I have called 3 times to give the right info about milage to update my policy. EACH TIME I WAS ON HOLD FOR 1 HOUR AND 30 MINUTES AND STILL NO RESOLUTION I WAS OVER CHARGED AFTER CONFIRMATION OF CORRECTED INFO THIS CAUSED AN OVERDRAFT FEE.
Each Call I was told different information. I have told, faxed, emailed my correct millage info. I have asked for a supervisior I was told I have to get a return call no transfer or voice mail set up, no direct phone number or extension.
I still have not gotten a return call from a supervisior (request made on 7-21-23 @ 11:20 am ) I THINK THE LONG HOLD TIMES ARE DUE TO COMPANY WANTING THE CUSTOMER TO DO ALL THEIR WORK THRU THEIR WEB SITE. I PAY TO HAVE COVERAGE BY THIS COMPANY I'M NOT ON THEIR PAYROLL, BUT I HAVE WAIT TOO LONG ON HOLD, ALSO AFTER GIVING…
