I bought a pack of 9 lives can food and when I got home most of the cans are dented up pretty bad and a few of the cans had came slightly open and the food was bad my cat really loves the 9 lives cat food and I don’t want to buy any other brand this hasn’t ever happened to me before and I wanted to let you know about my experience with the 9 lives cat food thank you so much if you could please get back in touch with me I would really appreciate it

I bought a 12 pack of gravy lovers variety pack wet food. I've purchased this before no trouble. This time 3 of the cans have nothing more than water inside. I spend so much money on cat food. Your packing machine is off track.

No matter where I buy this food my cat refuses to eat it not just my cat I gave it away to the neighbor and my daughter's cat who refused to eat it what is wrong with your cat food why won't any of the cats eat it

I bought nine lives wet canned food the variety pack with Hardy cuts chicken fish and gravy chicken beef and gravy and turkey and gravy so far at least one of the cans has been busted open by the time I got to it and all over the rest of the box it's disgusting

I bought a four pack if wet food. The tabs were missing.

My cats always loved nine lives but now every time I open a can of the chicken or the chicken with tuna they turn their nose up and walk away the contents is always dry and and it smells bad I've had to throw away for cans but for the last two years something has been wrong with a nine lives assorted varieties I every box I go through I at least got to get rid of two to three cans

My cat throws up 9 lives can cat food and My other cats refuse to eat it. Why is this food so repulsive to my cats. What are you putting in this food that they don't like. They love friskies but I don't know what kind of crap is used in your 9 lives can cat food.

Why do u mix the pate with the cuts in the surf and turf variety box? If I would've seen it had pate in it for at least a quarter of the box I wouldn't of purchased it because my cats don't like pate

Basically I cannot believe the ingredients in this food. The wet cat food has everything bad for you're cat. Crude. By products. Dye. ECT. No nutritionists no real protein no real meat. All crap.

3 days ago I went to a Dollar General store in my hometown and I bought some 9 Lives cat food and the last bag is very light color and my cats will not eat it at all completely . What I buy the m is Daily Essentials and that is dark color not light color I like to why the last bag is light color and we are worried about them because they will not eat it please respond as soon as possible .

I don’t know where to begin. I have been purchasing 9-lives for many years. I switched from Frisky’s for just the story I I’ll tell you about. 5 oz. can of Tender Morsels Real Beef in Sauce, with a best by date of 9/24/2021.

Lot 9268803 CBG A2 0053. I opened the can and I I saw was sauce. The product in the can could not be seen as the “sauce” was up to the rim. 1 oz.

My complaint is this where is a number for customer service? I opened four cans of food and it was so dry, no gravy what so ever, here is the lot number 9262803NSWA11426 and I have no way of letting them know.

I purchased my 9 lives at dollar general and my cats eat this brand a lot. This bag seemed moist like it was wet at some point and they refuse to eat it!

Last bag has large clumps o food stuck together by some mold substance

I picked up nine lives instead of friskies... I bought the meaty palette super supper. It had bone slivers and little pieces of bones in it. I LOVE my cat,MORE THAN SOME PEOPLE. WHY ON EARTH WOULD I WANT TO FEED HIM THAT FOOD.

I have no complaint my (3) kittens as well my (2) adult female cats love your 9 lives essential complete dry food as well the 9 lives treats just would love some coupons for the dry food because i have to buy several bags a month and its very costly but I love my furbabies thank you

I bought 3 boxes of 9 lives wet cat food n it was all clumpy n hard n dried up outdated it makes sense why they were .50 off I need a refund for it all 21.99 for all 3 boxes I would appreciate the inconveniences I have that u fix imediately please n thank you

I’m glad I can send a picture. Because you wouldn’t want to find this in your pets food. I was feeding my cats when I found a large hard lump in a can of food and when I cut it open I was disturbed to see what appears to be a chunk of moldy chicken that had hardened and then slowly hardened the food around it.

The can came from the pate favorites variety 12 pack and the flavor was the real chicken and tuna. I mix it with two other cans and I had to throw it all away because I didn’t feel safe giving what seemed like contaminated food to my pets.

My cat only likes beef. Why are the wet foods combined in a package with other flavors? That's the only reason I won't even try 9 lives with my cat.

My cat had recently gave birth to 7 kittens and at first we gave them soft food from the brand fancy feast which they liked and ate the heck out of it. we ran out and we decided to give them a new brand to see which they liked better, which was a huge mistake.

we gave them the 9 lives wet food and now the babies are dropping like flies. it starts by then throwing up and then laying as if they’re dead but they aren’t. they’re breathing and even purring . but when you pick them up it’s almost as if they don’t know how to keep their heads up and the heads just fall back to where you have to support their heads.

their eyes don’t close at all and just stay open all the time and their tongues stick out. 2 out of 7 kittens have been affected and we are just waiting to see how many more will be…

I bought a four pack of pate. ALL other cans of cat food I have bought from your company have pull lids. These did not, which I had no way of knowing, since they were sold as a pack. I have very bad arthritis, which may pull top cans a necessity for me.

2 LB cat food bags , from my local dollar general store, located in Somerset, Ky. 80 in total, I had noticed after the first few scopes of cat food that came out of the bag the cat food was molded and stuck together. Yuck!!!!

I’m very disappointed in this purchased, and strongly feel that it’s the company’s fault : for not realizing this isssue, and letting it go ahead, and be shipped to the stores. I strongly feel that I should be confiscated in the amount that I spent in full In exchange for vouchers, coupons etc.

I fed Nike hats hearty Cuts with real turkey and cheese and gravy. They have been throwing up non-stop. I have cleaned up 8 piles of vomit in my house. There is something wrong with this Lot number or whatever my phone number is 252-343-6980 and I do expect a call back. To resolve this.

This is the 2nd bag of cat food I bought our baby's and when open the bag its a chemical smell like chemicals been pored over the cat food not the normal smell some prices were stuck together just not 9 lives standard.

I had the most disgusting thing happen. This is not the first time I have purchased cat food where the box was in perfect condition but the cans inside were damaged. THIS time a can exploded on my wooden stairs leading to my attic and the rotten smell of cat food was so strong and disgusting that both my grandson and I vomited.

This is serious and needs much more attention then just sending a few coupons.

I purchased a bag of 9Lives Protein Plus cat food at my local Dollar General store and the bag had these little bugs in it they was little black ones, not quite sure what they were but I will not be feeding my cat this.. The last bag I bought had mold it looked to me, the store said they couldn't do anything about it, to contact 9Lives.

This is the second bad bag of food I bough from 9Lives.. This never happened in 7 years then all of a sudden.. I even tried two different stores & got two bad bag of cat food. I really do not have a complaint just a suggestion . I buy the boxed cans of cat food, my cats like the page but when puchasinh up or only choices are the either all seafood or all meat; it would be nice if you would mix the seafood and

meat together so their will be a combination of meat and seafood. Thanks

Opened scan of 9lives tendermorsels flaked tuna with real egg from a 4 packand filled to brim with live maggots. I have pictures of said infestation as well as label and pertinent info. Given past recalls, it would seem that you have not gotten your quality control improved or your distributors are not pulling items off shelves.

I jus wanted to know why your company don't make wet cat food with prevention of urinary tract ingredients my vet told me that if my cats don't have wet food food with the uti products in it the special care won't work on them

I have fed my cat with several brands of cat food and had had no problem. My husband by accident bought 9 lives wet cat food, the box that contains 36 cans and started to feed our cat with it.

She did not like any of the flavors and she barely ate for several days and when she ate that wet food she got sick and vomited. I am stuck with 33 cans of that food since we only made her try 3 varieties.

I cannot get my money back since the box is alrady opened. I am very dissapointed.

I usually buy the 9 lives 24 packs of cans. This time when I had opened the box a terrible odor came from inside. When i went to inspect i found a can was dented open with green mold clearly growing on the outer rim.

5 ounces. So (bennie) my cat wants to complain about wheres the gravy this is his special. I give him his food he gets 2 drops of gravy and then looks at me for more. I use to open the can and get half a paper plate of gravy whats up with that, wheres the gravy.

I bought 9 lives super supper for my cat family of 2. I normally buy friskies, however, I found a case of 24 of the 9 lives close to home and decided to try it. Normally I can only get cases of 12 of the friskies. The very first can I opened had visible chunks of what looks and feels like bone in the food. I found several pieces in the first can and every can I have opened.

This food is disgusting and should be removed from the market. I wouldn't buy this, or feed this, to a rabid wolf, or any animal. I'm going to be severely upset if my cats become ill, as I just had one recover in hospital from a flu virus. Why does this company feel it is acceptable to feed a family pet member this kind of crap?

My kitties have been eating your wet food for a week now. And I saw a white worm while they were eating. I watched each one pooped a watery miscolored poop.

I always by this product and the bag I bought the cat will not touch it. The bag has a burnt smell to it, which is confusing because I have the best by date 9/1/16. The SKU number is 5063TPO41210.

I want a refund from the 9lives company, so tell them to please send me a free coupon for a 20lb bag. That is the size bag I bought and promptly had to throw away because it smelled so bad.
