On March 11 2020 called AAA for a sewer problem at my home. a claim no. an property claim rep by the name of james ehko came to my home looked at my basement. found no damages to my basement.
james told me it wasn't worth me filing a claim, the problem was out side my home. It would not make since for me to file. So I told him then I'm not filing. 00. The person who I spoke with let me know he would take care of it.
Now its on my record as a filed claim why? I've asked them to remove t from my file, however this tammy told me its permanent on my record. What want is for it to be removed and a letter that its not permanent and off my record.
