I just tried to file a complaint about ABT Customer Service and I got a poor, confusing response. Below is a picture of the response that I received. I cannot tell from the message as to whether my complaint was posted or not. See below.

First it said there were issues, then it said I would get an email to confirm my email address - which I did not get and THEN it said complaint filed successfully. VERY CONFUSING!!!! I need to know if ABT actually received it.

I also need you to know how confusing your system responses are.

4 Cu Ft Champagne Top Load Washer from ABT in Oct 2019. I am a senior citizen who lives alone - consequently the machine has little use. 25 years. I called ABT Customer Service first in February. ABT Customer Service first ordered the WRONG part.

They charged me $140 for service even though they have done NOTHING, except tell me they had the wrong product part. They were supposed to order the correct part. I have contacted ABT Customer Service twice now as they do not get back to me with any updates and they say Samsung is not responding to their emails. EMAILS?!

So I called SAMSUNG directly myself today. Samsung Customer Service agent said the washer is no longer made AND the part is no longer available from them. I have to either buy a new washer OR try to find a second hand part…

Just want to give a heads up when you order online from ABT Electronics. They will not do a refund whatsoever on shipping costs. They'll tell you sorry not sorry about the shipping charges we cannot refund you. Please make sure whatever you order from ABT Electronics you want to keep it forever.

Ordered and paid for a new dishwasher that I was told was in stock. What I was told could be a very quick delivery turned out to be several weeks later after multiple calls to customer service. I was also told by customer service that to compensate for the ‘inconvenience’ an order would be sent to their delivery company that the dishwasher should be installed and the old one taken away.

Several lies were offered regarding delivery efforts as well as the fact that the delivery company arrived today with no order to do anything more than drop off the new dishwasher. Extremely poor service. Customer service doe snot follow through with promises.

Absolutely the worst customer service rep I have ever encountered. He was rude, spoke over me as I tried to address the issue and basically told me I would have to wait 2 weeks for a service rep to come out to fix the new issue the service tech created yesterday.

Don’t stand by the “customer satisfaction guarantee”. I will not be using ABT in the future and I plan to share this story with anyone who will listen.

I live in southwest suburb of Chicago but was recommended by friends to Abt electronics for appliances. I went to Abt store and got a very nice sale service. I bought a new Samsung 36" induction cooktop and a KitchenAid downdraft fan.

Abt came to install by a very nice installer.

However, in early November 2021, the cooktop displayed error code "F0". I call Abt service department. It took a month before a technician came out. After confirmed the error code "F0", he called Samsung support who told him what parts to order.

It took another month before technicians came to replace 2 parts(boards) that was ordered on Jan 11,2022. After replaced those parts or boards , my cook top remain the same display the same error code "F0". Technician call Samsung support again and to to order 3 more…

On June 22, 2019, we visited ABT Electronics store in Glenview and purchased a brand new over, Café GE CGS700P2MS1, following recommendations of the sales associate Rich Rene. We also purchased installation service. The oven was delivered and installed by ABT on June 26, 2019.

Since the first time of its use the oven produced a very strong gas odor every time we turned on the oven making our eyes burn and difficult to breathe. We would open all the windows and patio door and would stay out of the kitchen.

We rarely used the oven during the summer and thought that the gas smell emits because the oven is new and it will eventually disappear. After months, the smell did not go away though. Whenever we had visitors and the oven happen to be in use, they all would point out that the oven is…

Went in to get my headphones fixed or according to them have it sent to apple. They adv me it would take 2 weeks wrong info. Stated that they don’t do repairs in house. Rcvd a call today adv that they connected with other devices everything was fine.

I spent $54 on them taking few min just to inform me nothing is wrong. Not only that they provided inaccurate info and when asked to be refunded, they declined. I could of gone to apple and had gotten a better service and in the spot answer.

Rather I have to take my time away to pick up a device they assured would take 2 weeks. Very disappointed in treatment and will know look else where to purchase items.

This is the worst place to buy anything the sales people always lie and push you into product that you don’t need because they make a higher commission. The customer service people don’t help resolve complaints. The sales guy told me he has to sell certain products to get a quota and bonus fund other wise they penalize him.

They do not care about there customers. There idea is yes to any reasonable request. All of there salesmen make about 80k plus becaus they lie to customers and push them into product. I’m all in for buying more Expensive product but they are the worst place to shop at.

I have a tap recording of the sales men telling me all of this and I’ve had multiple salesmen tell me numerous lies. The father knew how to run a business but the sons are a utter failure at the…

This is a fake company! I bought a refrigerator with them and I scheduled with them. The first time they tried to call me and the I did not get their call, and they did not leave any voice message to notice this is calling from shipment company.

when i called back they said they need to reschedule.

Second time, i rescheduled again, and I was waiting for them on that day, but they did not call me at all. So I asked whats going on, they told me my refrigerator was damaged! I was feeling like what the heck!

then I called ABT customer service, they told me I need to reorder! and waiting for a new one. Then I rescheduled with them again, guess what, on that day they delivered my refrigerator only to my front door, not inside the kitchen!

and they said I need pay more.

I have a problem to report to ABT corporate. We purchased Kitchen appliances Whirlpool oven 27 inch $1,525.00 Refrigerator $1,607.00 Dishwasher $497.00 & micro wave $200 after taxes and service charges total bill $4,699.18. Within 4 to 5 months the memory went out on the oven it took 3 weeks before it was repaired, now the memory has went out again and I was told it would have to be replaced again this will take 3 weeks. Our Refrigerator as and leak in the freezer this is the second time I have called. I have had to cancel both times our family dinner and this has been costly to us.

We have been patient with this process. We should not have to have a stove that needs the memory replaced every 5 to 6 months. Their has been no compensation from ABT Electronics customer service, even though…
