I just tried to file a complaint about ABT Customer Service and I got a poor, confusing response. Below is a picture of the response that I received. I cannot tell from the message as to whether my complaint was posted or not. See below.
First it said there were issues, then it said I would get an email to confirm my email address - which I did not get and THEN it said complaint filed successfully. VERY CONFUSING!!!! I need to know if ABT actually received it.
I also need you to know how confusing your system responses are.
