I renee ann king recently moved from Montana to Minnesota and have several accounts with ace cash express. I called and spoke with a rep. They informed me my account was closed due to inactivity so they said I would be receiving a check for 2619 dollars I never received it . com.

I file a dispute a month ago they allow someone to go into one there Ace cash express store in Inglewood California store number 4702 and withdraw all of my money out of account I called everyday and the dispute team said they call and they claim I keep missing there call and that's a lie I have never received a call from now I feel like they're avoiding me

35am in Missouri they withdraw @ 2pm u tell me how can I be in Inglewood California when in that time frame and reported identity thief and file a police report and these peoples wrote me in two days not three or the ten days that say in two days on a Sunday to tell me they didn't find an error in there investigation I call these peoples every day and

they give me the run every time with lies telling me they going call be back and never call and detectives gave me forms to give to the bank and no response back at all

As an ACE Cash Express customer, I'm writing to discuss my observations and experiences with the staff Micheal at store 821, which is located at 603 S. Marietta Pkwy SE in Marietta, Georgia. I was told to go to this location on Friday, November 4, 2022 because the store at 2697 Spring St. in Smyrna, GA, no longer had any cash and was unable to help me cash my check. When I arrived at shop 821, Michael quickly helped me through a laborious and time-consuming process (through no fault of his own), from which we both gained a lot of knowledge.

I went to wire money I give the man $50 cash I would do $20 from my credit card to send the money he said it was $5 to send I give him the $20 and the 50 he gives me $5 back I said no I should have $15 back we are good there for at least 20 minutes and I said go ahead and keep it I'll file a complaint the store number is 2102 this is not the first time but

I recently went to your ace location at 4311 Clark Blvd ste j laredo texas 78043 on saturday July 2, 2022 and Jocelyn attended me. Honestly I've gone to ace for many years now and have never been treated with such disrespect.

When I went in there was only one other person in front of me she was flirting with him. As soon as she's attending me I got nothing but sarcasm and her treating me poorly. I will never go to this location as long as she's there honestly. Worse customer experience ever

I had 17 checks from unemployment $600 a piece, 1 money gram for $160. There was 12 total checks cashed and deposited. 5 checks missing not accounted for. 3 failed to upload, 7 cash app into account*5135,2 into Go2 bank*2854,1 money gram.

This was on 2-21-22 teller : Richard ace 7th st Euguine, Oregon. $4200 is the amount I never received and was rudely asked to leave because they committed fraud . I was told that the general manager would be in contact.

Never received a call back. I've called several times

I withdrew R700 from one off the cash express atms. CXB02220 and the first attempt it said communication error. I tried several minutes later and it gave the money. But on my account it showed that the money was drawn twice.

This morning R700 was deposited back into my account and immidiately withdrawn again. Can u please look into it. Regards

I went to ace on Thursday December 30 2021. The clerk was on her personal phone for 10 minutes. then she said can I help you I told her I wish to apply for loan. She ask for my proof of income driver’s license .

I gave it to her my rewards letter from Social Security was from 2021 She refuse to take it I had not received my 2022 rewards letter. She was very rude refuse to let me apply for loan. I had also given her my Debit Card.

An employee cashed a check at ace. The check was paid and the employee was denied 6 days later when he tried to cash a second check. I called on his behalf and was told it wasn't the check. He called and was told it wasn't him.

Why would any of my employees not be able to cash a check? Customer service had no answer.

I took out an installment loan with ace. I made my first payment and second payment in advance. Even so they decided to with draw an additional $700 dollars. ACE decided to empty my bank account and refuses to return my money. 90 cent left.

There seems to be no one in charge or available to assist you when issues arise. Don’t use this company someone here steals

To Whom it may concern. I am a customer at your Cash Express 1219 Fort Campbell Blvd Ste A, Clarksville TN 37042 (931) 645-8514). I have a family matter that will take me out of town during my next payday/line of credit payment is due (Friday Nov. 29) I asked for a hardship extension until the following Monday (2 Dec.2019). I have been denied this first time request by your local store (denied by a regional GM). I've been a long time customer. And I see it as poor customer service to treat a great and timely customer with such little regard. Any assistance you can give will be greatly appreciated.

I tried to get a loan from them and they told me that I wasn't able to get a Payday loan from them because I had things on my credit report and I told them that I didn't make those accounts and finance so could they please take it off my account information.But they have not done so

Ace store clerk sent a Moneygram payment to wrong account with Time Warner. Filed a complaint with the corporate office and money has not yet been corrected. District manager has not made any attempt to call. Now been 2 weeks.

This stinks and will never do business again. Bad business practices with Ace Cash for a company that's supposed to be helping people on hard financial times.
