Acura doesn't have a problem selling you a car, but if something unfortunate happens, they could care less about supporting they're product. Been waiting 9 months for two seatbelts for a 2023 Integra, with NO ETA , Dealer , Manufacture can care less you already bought the car and are making payments on it .

This is unacceptable behavior by a corporation, I would just think, rethink about buying an Acura, with "don't care" mentality it doesn't make good business sense. I wish they would step up and get behind they're product.

We had an accident with our Acura MDX. It has been 3 months we are waiting for a driver's side seat belt. As per Gerber collision center, they ordered the parts but have no information on when to expect the parts from Acura.

This is causing a great stress and tension in our life. We are spending on uber and rental cars. As we are not getting any answers from Acura, we are losing our trust on Acura. Please do the needful.

Horrible experience with local Acura Dealer (Doral Acura), Acura Financial Services and Honda Corporation. I leased my 3rd vehicle with an Acura Dealership that had changed ownership 2 months ago. I signed my contract, drove the car off the lot, and everything was great.

I really liked the car and all the new features in the 2023. Unfortunately, the finance department at the dealer ship was "a mess" (per the words of the sales manager) and either lost, never submitted, or messed up my lease contract.

I reached out to Acura Financial Services several times and they never helped me, at the 5th call and with my insistence, asked for me to forward the contact, which I did, and that they would get back to me, which they did not. This happened several other times.

We purchased our second Acura TL type S from Acura of Bayshore in November 2015. We had a great experience with the sales department. We received free oil changes for the life of the car with our purchase. The car has always been serviced at this dealer and free oil changes have always been honored.

Recently had brakes put on there and tires last year. I made an appointment and my wife brought the car in Monday April 17, 2023 for an oil change. This was the first time I didn’t go in person because I was sick and a woman went instead. 00.

If I can give o star . I would do so! Two months ago, When we bought the new car from Chevy chase, on the way home, my kids found a blade in the back seat. One month ago, my new license plates and key FOBs arrived.

They gave me not quite right instruction to use the key FOBs and doubled plates on the back of my new car. I have to make extra trip for unnecessary. When I pointed out there is no new plate in the front of my car.

They dismissed my concern by pointing me to report a lost in MVA. In the end, I had to find out by myself that they doubled my plates on the back of my car without their any apology . The service I received way below the standard Acura promised.

I am hesitated to recommend Acura to any of my friends.

Hello my name is Ladonya Carrier. I live in Lake Charles,LA I've been trying to get into touch with anyone from the Acura dealership in Milwaukee, WI for over a year now. Stay waiting for an email or a phone call.

I keep receiving airbag notifications. There is no local dealerships in my area. How am I supposed to get something fixed that may kill me or someone else if I can not get to where I need to go. This is on Acura not me.

So something needs to be done ASAP. Send a flatbed trailer to come get my car & pay for me a rental car until the airbag issue is handled. This is beyond disgusting disturbing and belief. Do I need to get a lawyer involved in this situation?

I purchased a 2022 Acura MDX in April of 2021. On September 9, 2022 my sunroof exploded while driving to work. I immediately contacted Acura and was told to call my insurance. Which I then did. I was told by them after further looking into my claim that this would not be an issue for insurance due to ongoing class action lawsuits involving other Honda/Acura vehicles all experiencing the same issue.

Through all of this I was told to “patch it up as best as possible.” I visited 2 dealerships and a glass company in search of help. During this time I was also told that the glass needed to do the repair is on backorder and there is no estimated date of when it will be available.

I then searched the internet to find out that 2014-2015 Acura RDX cars manufactured between July 1 and Dec of 2014 had a recall on the headlights due to a glue on the lenses which produces a dull light effect. I told the manager that my cars manufacturers date is within this range of cars recalled and asked him what t he could do to rectify the situation .

I further explained to him that I have been night driving with my high-beams for 2years every time I drive in the dark or in the rain as my headlights do not produce satisfactory lighting for night driving. I also told him I read about the recall effecting 9000 cars .

Bought a car from acura of temecula on August 16th 2016, I paid off my loan 1 year early I bought gap ins, chase bank sent my pay off letter in July of 2021 said that if I had gap I could get refund for early payoff just contact dealership I did all that on August 2nd 2021 I emailed to them all the info and payoff letter and signed the forms they said it would take 3 to 5 weeks to process.

14th 2021 saying there moving forward with it, Andy prado sales manager and Armando fianace manager are still there after 5 or 6 years and they can't figure how to process a simple refund crazy it's been 5 months now. I have know idea what to do anymore, thank you for help

Acura in Duluth, Georgia did an oil change on my acura zdx and did not tighten the bolt, I had a severe oil leak which could have damaged my engine all because they wanted to make money from claiming it had an oil leak. I took it to another mechanic whom just simply tightened the bolt.

Am highly disappointed because I expected first class service because I paid for it and because it's acura brand. Am never going to get my car repaired at acura again since all they know how to do is try getting money out of their customers. Thank you

In 2016 I bought a car at temecula acura, I bought the gap ins, I paid my loan off in July 2021 1 yr early. My bank sent a pay off letter to me saying if I bought gap ins I am intitled for any refund, I called acura gave them everything they needed plus the letter from bank.

They said it would take 3 to 5 weeks to process last I heard from them was oct14th2021 saying they are still working on it. Do they think I'm going to forget about this, I'm sure I am not the only one that has dealt with this matter.

The same sales manager is still there after 5 years & he can't figure out how to fill out a simple gap refund form. thank you Deanna coleman.

Pohanka acura and acura client relation staffs are very rude, bad services, discriminated, did not even trying to listen to the customer's concern. Extremely rude and terrible services ever!! I thought that acura name value comes from high quality services with high performance and luxury car, but why would you pay higher price for the car when the service was terrible compare to other brands.

My first horrible experience started while trying to purchase a new vehicle. I went in to try and buy a car however, they did not want to work with me. I ended up getting the same car I wanted from another Acura.

My next experience was when it was time to get the car serviced and give me my complimentary oil change. He seemed to not only not know the policy as it relates to complimentary oil changes for customers that bought a certified vehicle he never tried to find out!

Instead I had to call the dealership that I bought the car from to explain to him the policy. He said things like well you need to call that dealership cause someone has to pay for this oil change. When this is in not a dealership incentive this is an Acura incentive that applies to all.

I am leasing a 2019 Acura TLX. This is the 3rd time in a year and a half that I have to tow the car to the dealer at my expense. The car does not start.

I was told to call AAA since road side assistance takes too long.

I have to pay AAA for towing 14 miles from my home.

I will tell my leasing company to make sure that NO ONE buys an Acura.

Several costly repairs at a tremendous amount of expense with poor quality resulting in additional need for repairs.

second opinions at certified acura dealerships identified mechanical errors and initiated repairs at additional expense. The general manager at the Acura of Limerick erroneously stated that the latest damages were discussed when contacted by client relations. This has been an egregious experience as well as expensive.

In the end, a non operational vehicle is the final result.

There is an Airbag on my 2008 Acura. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get this set up. I have talked to four different people. No one communicates with anyone else and each time I have to give them my VIN number, my phone number, my name, my address, my zip code—all in the same day.

Also when I make the initial call to Acura, the automated system asks for my VIN number then gives me my phone number. When I try to proceed it says that that phone number is not associated with that VIN number. What a joke.

I have had three case managers within one day and get put on hold for long periods of time when they try to figure out what the previous one did. I finally was given as my case manager Melissa, who is apparently the expert for the Acura Airbag recall.

Do not purchase a vehicle at this establishment. They will cheat you out of money. 00 from me. I was told to put a $500 deposit down on a vehicle to hold it while I went to the credit union to get a cashiers check.

The salesperson said verbatim, “this is just to hold the vehicle. We’re not going to charge you”. I came back to the dealership in an hour with a check to pay for the vehicle in full. When I checked my credit card statement, I noticed they DID charge me.

I left emails and called and they refused to get back to me. My credit card company took their side when I filed a dispute because they are a corporation and I’m and individual. Because this was said verbally, I have no proof of what the salesperson said.

Had contacted corporate Acura to get reimbursed for a battery purchase as this is the third battery in four years. Got a really rude lady from corporate to call and said no but could not say why I am on the third battery.

They lost a customer as once my 100k warranty is done am not buying Honda/Acura again. I will be using social media to make sure future customers understand how customers are treated with acura especially corporate Acura.

My first experience with Acura Financial was a nightmare. I was pressured into leasing a car at Fountain Acura (that is a whole other story)in 9/2015. About a year and a half later I was hit and injured in an auto accident.

Not only did I have to step away from work to get better, but the medical and loss of work as a single parent was awful. I fell behind just a few payments (life happen). Not only was I harassed and insulted by the woman I called to help, they could not have cared less.

It took escalating that just to get help getting my account current. They half helped with late charges and moving those payments back. I once again had to escalate the issue to get a lease extension after a nearly 2 year ordeal with my injuries and getting back to work.

So you know what Acura will do?…

Along with many other problems the AC clutch failed at 80,000 miles although over 7 years old. Acura extended the warranty to one hundred thousand mile or seven years whichever comes first as the problem is close to all vehicles between 70 to 90 thousand miles regardless of age.

Since my vehicle is not driven much the failure, which is directly related to miles driven and the climate did not occur within the time frame. Those that drive more miles had the problem develop within the miles and age limits and Acura covered the repair.

I requested consideration for Acura to cover mine but was declined due to being past the time limit and "because of not having non warranty service performed elsewhere". I live over an hour one way to the Acura dealer. I do live midway between two Honda dealers,…

I went to acura fremont last year to get my car check for oil transmission oil leak. They changed the gasket of axle. After a few days I went back because oil leak was still there , I was told that it’s only the residue from what they did.

Today I went back because the oil leak was still there And I was told I need to change the transmission problem is my warranty already expired. To sum up they mis diagnosed my car.

In 2016, the oil life on my vehicle 2012 TL was at 40% and the oil light came on indicating that the oil levels were low. I contacted American Honda -Acura Division and I was assigned case # 04925899. I explained what had happen with the vehicle and I was told to take it to an Acura dealer to have an oil consumption test done.

The Oil consumption test was done at First Acura and they stated that the oil consumptions were normal. It was hard to believe because the oil life was at 40% and I had a warning light that the oil levels were low.

After receiving information about early turn in for my leased car waving all remaining payments I went to flow Acura which previously was Stevenson Honda and Acura with whom we have dealt for 12 years and told the salesman Steve that I wanted a black TLX with a tan interior.

He showed me the “old cars from Stevenson”which included a black TLX with a black interior but never offered to locate a black car with tan interior. When my husband said we were going to BMW he said go scratch that itch and I ended up buying a Mercedes black with tan interior.

I have been leasing a 2016 MDX from Acura dealership, smithtown, New York. My car has 20409 miles right now. On July 21, 2018 I went for oil change to the dealership. After multipoint inspection, I was told that I was due for rear differential fluid change as well as air and cabin filter change and wiper blade replacement.

I agreed and the service was performed. I paid $263 . After coming home, I went to visit my friend locally who lives 7 miles away from me. When I turn the ignition on, I felt the car was little shaky while still on park .

I leased a new TLX with the Tech Package. My phone contacts all of a sudden could not be imported due to what the dealer described as a problem with the phone not the vehicle. The dealer basically said that this was not their problem and offered zero help to fix this.

I researched on line and fixed the problem. I am not a tech savy person & with little time I found a solution. As I am sure I am not the only person who has this problem. It would have been helpful if the people at the dealership could have this information to assist their customers.

Brought car in to repair auxiliary outlet. Left to discover Bluetooth not working. Return to complain. Several minutes later they tell me the Bluetooth is out because when they, according to them, replaced the auxiliary plug, removing the battery shorted the system. Causing the Bluetooth to die. He then offered me a discount to fix it. A discount, REALLY?!

I have two acuras, a 2010 tsx and a 2016 mdx. While overall I've been satisfied with both cars, I was recently somewhat disappointed when I went to the dealership for service and to buy some accessories. I wanted to purchase driver and passenger side window deflectors as when it's raining and you need to "crack a window" while smoking or to get some air, water pools and drips inside directly on the window buttons.

It's bad enough the water pools and drips inside, but drip directly on electrical switches is not good.

However, when I tried to order the deflectors, I was told Acura does not have them and that I would have to find aftermarket/universal deflectors to try and fit my vehicles. While I am surprised at the oversight in this flaw in design, I was wondering if this is something…

I was looking for design,quality,high performance in a car and found Acura to be my perfect choice. From a budget between 28,000$ to 60,000$, you have various models to choose from. I have purchased Acura RDX as it suits my budget without compromising on quality.

Ample legroom, comfortable and supportive front seats, leather upholstery and many more great features made me choose Acura RDX. I would definitely recommend this to all and give it an A+ rating.
