I would like to make a complaint on this dealership name Advantage Hyundai. On Feb 26, 2022, I walked into Advantage Hyundai dealership located at 430-440 Plainview Rd, Hicksville, NY 11801 looking to finance a 2018 Hyundai Tucson Limited. I was greeted by a salesman name Peter.
Peter asked me if I wanted to test drive the vehicle, and I insisted that I would take it for a test drive. Once I came back from test driving the vehicle, I asked Peter if everything goes great will I be able to take the vehicle home today.
He replied yes, and proceeded with a sale. I told him that I was Pre-Approve with Capital One bank and only wanted to deal with my bank. He said okay and went to ask his manger if they deal with Capital One bank.
He came back and said okay. I showed him the letter that I got…
