On 10-31 23 I ordered 5 items all on sale when I got the invoice I was charged the regular cost. 95 per the invoice. Today I got email giving me credit at sale price… I called spoke with Angel he said if I had looked at my bank would have seen I was charged sale price.

I explained was looking at invoice wasn’t aware your co. Could make a mistake on invoice. He said will there must have been mistake on invoice.. (ya think). I checked my CC not my bank was billed sale price ,advised him the trouble we went to ,to ship items back we were charged a shipping fee of 8$.

I explained wanted credit for shipping because your co. Misrepresented the cost or I never would have returned items, I wanted them. Ask for mgr. he refused said was not available. Said would take a call back for 24 to 48…

I had to return several birthday gifts for my granddaughter. They were from 2 separate orders but they fit into one bag. I included both separate return Forms and included a note saying I was combining the return since it was more efficient, more environmentally friendly and in my mind, more consumer and company friendly.

Nevertheless, they deducted their $7 return postage fee from BOTH return orders- even though one return was a$20 Tshirt the size of a napkin! Absurd not to endorse and support a more environmentally friendly and effor!. I will spend future gift giving dollars at other stores that recognize and appreciate efficiency and customer convenience and the environment.

My family visited the store at the gallery today on market st. St 1:30 pm. Cashier number 930560 was very nasty and unprofessional. She snatched my money out of my hand. The other black guy who was working.. he didn't want to check for sizes I asked him for.

He called security on people in the store for no reason. Then I cussed his ass out as I was leaving. They all needs to be fired. The are getto and don't need to be in sales...

My order was delivered Aug 9 - two navy polos were missing from that order. I've tried to contact by phone but the holds were ridiculous 30+ & 50+ mins without getting thru. I also tried to submit an email, but the agent, Pranita Patil, was definitely not helpful.

She suggested I call the delivery person, whom I don't know, then she suggested I do a return at the store.

First of all, I can't return something I didn't receive & secondly, I didn't want to return anything. I just wanted my missing items. Please help me.

I always go to aeropostale on Firewheel and sometimes clothes doesn’t fit and go and return it and they always comes up with an excuse that they don’t have money they supposed to have money and not send me to another store to return an item that cost less then $50 when I buyed it there very disappointed.

I am appalled by the customer service experience I received today at the Aeropostale in the Christiana Mall. My fiancé, daughter, and I came into the store around 10:30am , browsing around. Shortly into our shopping trip my 3 year old daughter suddenly began to vomit on the floor.

We immediately let the lady at the register know what had happened. She hands me dry paper towels and tells me to go clean it up because she is not. I asked her if she could call mall maintenance or if they had a mop bucket anywhere in the store. She told me no.

No to them calling maintenance and no to the fact of even having a mop bucket in store. She told me to go look for maintenance myself in the mall if I wanted someone else to do it. She did not give any cleaning products along with the paper towels or…

This is my first-time shopping with Aero and will be my last and will be spreading about my customer experience from this company. My order for 25080306 was never delivered to me. The carrier claimed they did. I do understand this world have dishonest people; I am not one of them.

Purchased a shirt 11/8/22, tried to return to an Aero store 1/14/23, unable to return. Store manager said it was past the date to return but extended holiday return is until 1/31/23, she then said system is too hard. 48.

I made a purchase with my Christmas saving money for my grandchildren through Aeropostale company online for my grandchildren on December the 9th 2022 I was told I will receive my order on December the 13th 2022 I contacted your company Aeropostale on the December 13th to see what time it should arrive because I never got a tracking number or anything from who was supposed deliver my package, I found out that UPS was supposed to be the deliver, while I was talking to customer service on the 13th, she told me that and she sent a link.

As I spoke with customer service on December 13th they told me that I would not be receiving my order because something happened with my order in Kentucky with UPS, I was expecting that order with my grandchildren presents in it that day to arrive that day so…

I recently visited an Aeropostale store inside Wood field mall, Schaumburg, Illinois. I went to fitting room to try few shirts and ended up selecting only 1 and I left others in the trail room. The store manager gave me this disgusting look that I didn’t folded and kept back the clothes and mentioned it is not her job and I didn’t event asked her, and later on gossiping about me as a customer to other employees. I stopped and mentioned to her if she is particular about folding clothes and putting it back she needs to put a sign instead of gossiping and abusing the customers. And she is trying to defend her actions but being a manager she should know the basic manners of customer service.

I never experienced this kind of behavior in another store except this one. Kindly please take…

I wasted more than 6 hours of my time trying to do an even exchange. I spoke to several agents, supervisors, you name it. The order was lost 3 times and nobody could ever find it via the order#s that were given to me, which means they were fake numbers.

I dealt with at least 15 different people. The online chat team is the worst. They intentionally end the chat when they can't answer your question so you have to start over with someone else. They did that repeatedly to me.

They also lied to me multiple times. I will never shop from them again. The corporate folks at Aero should know how their outsourced customer service is treating customers. They are definitely losing out on revenue because of it. I will never shop there again.

I ordered 2 sets of sweatpants and hoodies, more than 2 weeks ago. For some reason the package was never delivered to my front door. I have contacted customer service 3 times and requested a refund first time I contacted them. i was told that the refund will take 3-5 business days. At this point its been more than 14 days and the refund is not processed yet. The last agent I chatted with, Diamond, was very rude and unprofessional. i am very disappointed with you and your rude agents.

I am still expecting my refund, but will not ever do business with you again.

I went into the Aeropostale store located in the Premium Outlet in lutz, Fl, on 10/16/2022 at 2:09p. Salesperson No. 952325. The store looked very nice but the staff was not friendly at all! When I went to purchase my daughters shorts and a flannel shirt for myself the flannel shirt rang up more than I was expecting.

99 as expected per the 70% off sign and I was met with a shrug and that was it. So I stood there for a second and then said to please remove that off my perfect. Before leaving the store I went back and the sign said 70% off tops and there were plenty of the same flannels handing there.

Hi, I visited Aeropostale store in Austin, TX (2901 S Capital of Texas Hwy) at 6 pm and there was this guy who works for Aeropostale ( don’t have name, medium height and has long hair , beard and probably between 25-38 age). He was very mean and rude to me when picking up clothes from table and asked for the trial room to open.

I purchased like 100$ worth of cloths and then he tells me he gets mad and said on my face that he hates when people make messy around table though I did not ask or say anything to him . I still did not comment anything and I said have to good day and he says ‘WHATEVER’.

When other people came he was nice to them and but when with me he acted very rude for no reason (I am sure it’s because he is racist). I really hope Aeropostale takes this seriously as we shop…

I was shopping around aeropastel located at Quakerbridge mall Nj when I overhead a conversation between the coworkers discussing a hangover, feeling “tired” and so on. Of course that doesn’t seem bad but than they mention how they were going to leave the new employee to do all the work and how they even didn’t clock her in as they said they would.

I highly find this unprofessional, the poor girl seem not more than 17 years at that and for such thing to occur it just breaks my heart because she’s just trying to make money as any other person would. I decided to file this complaint because I could careless about what happens with those employees but this girl deserves to get paid even if it was just 3 hours or less nobody deserves to be treated like this.

The online store in Egypt doesn’t provide soze chart for vests. I assumed my size is the same as tops so i ordered 2 large tops (fitting) and one large vest (not fitting). I paid on instalments so I had to refund all the order; however, the website only allowed me separate refund button mext to each item.

I pressed them all; they were all rejected because apparently it was viewed as separate item refund which is not allowed under my payment plan. com

I went to the store to purchase some things and the cashier that was helping me and my friend was very unfriendly, she grabbed the piece when I was about to put it in the bag like if I was going to run with it, and did not allow my friend and I to put that in the bag until she gave him the receipt, I never felt so bad in a store like tonight. They lost my order and no one bothered to tell me. When I called and inquired I was told unfortunately it was misplaced. I said this was a Christmas order for my grandchildren can we expedite the order and was told no.

My advice is if you order from them don’t expect any good customer service I will NEVER use Aeropostale online they truly do not care.

I ordered due to a promotion of buy one get one free jeans. My shipment only had 1 pair and when I called, I was told the other jeans were out of stock and I would not be getting them.

Why was I not contacted to pick another choice?? Only receiving one pair defeats the purpose. The online chat person was of no help at all. At least the phone customer service explained I was only charged 50% for the one pair that I did receive, but still makes the promotion to be a lie and me skeptical to order through the site due to inaccurate inventory.

Online portal needs to reflect an accurate inventory!! Or at least make it right when your out of stock.... I dont even know if this will get to the right place since this site was the only thing I found to make a concern/complaint for Aeropostal...

The people that work at the store are wonderful. My complaint is about the clothing that you have in stock. You can find sizes 000 through 8, just fine. There's tons of those sizes. Any size above an 8 can only occasionally be found.

It's very frustrating when you can find ten pair of 000, but you can't find a 14 anywhere in the store. This store needs a new buyer.

I live in Greenville,SC. I drove to Gaffney , SC on 9/30 only to go to Arropostal. It takes 45 minutes to get there. This is the Only store that has clothes to fit my daughter. When we arrived we discovered the store was closed!! No note on door or anything! We went to journeys and they said the opening person called out and the manager said they were not coming in!! Really??? Is this how you can run a store?? I’m highly frustrated at this point! I feel I should at least be reimbursed for my gas to get there!

J. While there, I was followed around the store and watched by a female worker. I went to the fitting room to try on a few items, and the same female worker told me my daughter was not allowed in the fitting room with me.

I said this is my daughter and she said she has to wait outside it’s our policy. I proceeded to go into the fitting room and the same female worker let 2 women together into the fitting room right next to mine.

I just spoke to a costumer service rep about rude staff and deceptive advertising and was told I'd be mailed a 30% off coupon. Are you kidding me? When I walk into a store and I'm handed a flyer that states the ENTIRE store is 60-70% off then I expect the ENTIRE store to be just that, 60-70% off.

Not to leave out the fact that the gentleman that handed me the flyer stated "ENTIRE STORE 60-70% OFF" If this is how you treat your customers than I'll take my business elsewhere! If the store advertises a sale and states that the ENTIRE store is 60-70% off then the store should comply with what they advertise and not deceive people.

on 11/1/2018 I purchased 70.38 in clothing and received a cash card for 10.00 off through 11/27/2018. Yesterday my husband tool my daughter to aeropostal again andspent 65.24 and forgot to use 10.00 off coupon. I called today 11/26/2018 and asked if I could bring receipt in and they do a refund and I can rebuy using 10.00 coupon. I am a manager at Big Lots and we do this all the time. She said NO cannot be used on previos purchase . The coupon is good until 11/27/2018. This is bad service!!!

Was sent the wrong items 3 weeks ago, then informed items were on back order. Returned items and requested a refund on August 16th. We have spoke with several different associates about 5 times over the past week, all saying 3-5 days. On thispast Friday the gentleman we spoke with was very snide and offered nothing farther than just wait. this morning we find out the refund has never even been generated. This has been piss poor service and I will never shop with you guys again, online or in store. This is an awful time of year to be so nonchalant about a customers needs when the entire fiasco is you guys fault.

I did not realize that all Aeropostale sales were unreturnable with your sale, I ordered on line the items I received wasn't right color or size. I went into store they wouldn't exchange, I go in the store all the time.

Im stuck with 125 worth of Aeropostale clothes I can't wear. It was no fault of mine, I'm so disappointed. Im disabled and it's very difficult to save money to buy anything. Nothing will be done but at least you received my complaint.

Horrible customer service. I had an exchange and because the stores were closing the manager did not want to allow me to do an exchange even though I bought my items before store was closing. Marla from Ross Park Mall was extremely rude rolled her eyes as I was talking then proceeded to laugh with another sales person as if I wouldn't see her.

If employees are allowed to act this way to customers no wonder stores are closing. The likely hood I go back to this store when they reopen under new management is slim. I worked in customer service for many years and never treated a customer this way. Customer service is key.

Aeropostale store in Rockaway Mall refused to accept a return with the items tags still attached. Unfortunately receipt could not be located when returning the items. I have never experienced something like this in any other store when the tags are still affixed to the item.

At least store credit should be issued to the shopper. Just returned a few items to some of the competitors n had no problem making a exchange. Very dissatisfied customer and may have to rethink shopping at any Aeropostale stores.

Look forward to a response regarding this policy.

I am in the military, and I left this summer on active duty as a part of my training. This being said since its active duty, my job was supposed to be secure at this location. When I get back I messaged, and visited my location 3 times trying to figure out when I could be put back on the schedule.

My head manager finally texts me and tells me I am no longer employed there. This is against the law, so this needs to be handled. I don't want to bring in my chain of command in but I will do so if necessary.

Aeropostale should of never stopped making Promise Me. That's the only perfume I would wear starting in 09. I don't even shop at Aeropostale for clothes anymore because I would get pissed off. I would walk in there and couldn't buy the only perfume I wore.

Maybe should rethink about keeping it gone.

I bought a cami tank top last summer for a buy 3 to get discount price, you didn't have another small so i bought a medium and thought i would exchange when more came in. I went to the store 3 different times at least 2 months apart and was told they would not get anymore in. I went again in February 2016 still none were in but had online, but i can't exchange on line and pay shipping for a 6.00 top. I do not have the receipt and the store will only credit 1. 50 for the shirt when the tag reads 16.99 still on it. I just went to the store since they have a black and white cami with the shelf bra in for 6.00, the new shelf bra is only 12.99 priced and my exchange top is 16.99 but only worth 1.50 with no receipt.

The store would not do an exchange evenly because they want me to pay 4.50…

I am a concerned parent who's underage child has been scheduled at your Tanger Howell location to work until 2am to change store sets. Michigan law states that persons of 16 yrs old are not allowed to drive past 10pm.

Please address this issue with your managers as my child does not want to lose her job for making a complaint. As a parent I feel it is very irresponsible on Aeropostale companies part to let this continue to happen.

Ordered 4 orders on line 12/1 during Cyber Monday as of 12/10 4 orders still not shipped. 1 Order shipped on 12/8 and was received. I finally was able to get in touch with an actual human and tried to cancel the remaining orders.

I cannot take a change on them not arriving on time for Christmas. I was told they would try to cancel the order but may not be able to. " Totally pissed at the Aeropostale corporate offices and will be emailing my complaint soon.

It should not take 10-15 days for an order to ship plus delivery time. Totally ridiculous. I will never shop from this company again no matter how popular they are with my kids.

I went to Aeropostale in Waine NJ. While I was looking for my card to pay the cashier reach over to press the credit button on the credit card machine. I told her that she was not supposed to do that that it was facing the customer for a reason.

She proceeded to roll her eyes at me, I told her "please don't roll your eyes at me" she responded "I did not roll my eyes" I told her You are been very rude and she kept answering back at me a told me I was the rude one. This young lady was extremely rude and arrogant.

I took my bag and went looking for the store manager, who apologize for her behavior and stated that she will speak to the girl. I am a 51 yr old grandmother and was totally disrespected by the cashier and the manger did not seem concern by that behavior.

Took ten minute argument at Aeropostale for a return. I have my receipt.. with extended holiday return policy.. no tag cause there weren't one on it when we bought it. Its very sad to see an employee with such an attitude.

The customer service was horrendous.... I was accused of kicking an item tag that was on the floor. Technically I slid it over so I wouldn't slip n fall.... so long story short customers pay your rude employee to be treated disrespectful.

Hello, I called the Greenwood Mall store; Aeropostale on Monday, November 16, 2015 to inquire about a particular sweater and size. The sales clerk said that they no longer had the item. Well, I called back today, and talked to a sales clerk and told her exactly what item I was looking for. She said they did have the item. So, I go to the store to exchange my items. The sales clerk had pulled the incorrect item. The manager went over to ask her about it and she said she was asked to pull the items that she had pulled. I told her that I was the lady that called and that was not the item I inquired about. She literally wanted to argue with me about the items. She said well the person I talked to on the phone asked for the item that she had pulled.

So the store is offering an extra 30% of to celebrate its birthday but when you get to the register everything is ringing up for a different price than you are seeing. I have a complaint about the new return policy that Aeropostale has implemented and will never shop there again! I live 100 miles from the nearest store & waited 2 days past their return date to return my items with a receipt and tags on!

The merchandise was still being sold, it was not out of season. I could not even get an in-store credit! I have unsubscribed from their email list & banned my children from shopping there--take a look at Kohls return policy & maybe you could learn something...
