Refuse to speak with me when complained about their online payment polices. I asked for a supervisor and got threats with legal action for bad behavior. Website has online payment options but they refuse to take payments that way.

So , if your blind . And u call to pay your bill . You are charged a fee . But not charged if you give your bank info out . You can pay ur bill online but how is someone supposed to pay that if they are blind .

So ur making money off the disabled. Sounds to me discrimination. When you are on pip they don’t get to choose supplier . But aes will charger you 2/3 of ur bill for supply. What a joke , bill was $25 supply amount was $45 smh

Not professional at all and lack any empathy or understanding when comes to customer calling to gain clarity on a request. I scheduled for a tech to come out and check my meter which should not take long at all.

She could not give a an estimate all I was told was all day. Having a complete stranger come in my house late hours is very unprofessional and disrespectful anything past 4pm is uncalled for especially when all I’m requesting is for someone to come and check my meter.

Regrettably, it’s inside and not outside. Just wish they were more considerate of peoples time and respect hours of service. It’ll be nice if they had a text alert or something so doesn’t waste someone’s time being stuck in house from sun up to sun down.

My street also had a power outage other day for over 5 hours…

WE have been with DP&L/AES for over 50 years. Now, we are moving to a new address, and AES is requiring us to provide a notary certified copy of our Social Security Numbers and Drivers License. In our judgement, that is asking us to open ourselves up to fraud situations.

With perhaps, only two late payments in over 50 years, due to special circumstances (never received an invoice) we have never been late. And yet your company is making us jump through hoops and do special work that you seldom require hundreds of thousands NOT TO DO.

I have a problem with my student loan and tried to call AES support to dispute it. They simply passed me off to a credit dispute PO box. When I asked for their contact information they directed me back to the website to download a form to mail in.

Great, when I tried to find their corporate address to escalate this to management, that website page was broken. Guess what else? All the contact pages were broken too. I am sure they get so many complaints they had to "pull these down for maintenance".
