Abbiamo volato il giorno 22 Febbraio con il volo AZ 630 Roma - Miami e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del servizio offerto dal Capocabina Daniele Delia e del suo staff. Sono stati tutti molto cortesi, sempre sorridenti ed efficienti. Il nostro volo di rientro sarà il 7 Marzo, sappiamo che Daniele sarà su un’altra rotta ma siamo sicuri saremo coccolati dall’equipaggio di questo volo. Complimenti a tutti. Bravissimi ! I reached out to Aitalia Airways via e-mail to gather more information on their cancellation policy. They provided me with a phone number to call, but no written information on the policy. I called the number and was told that my flight had already been cancelled and only the taxes would be refunded.

I informed the representative that I had not agreed to cancelling my flights for a tax-only refund. I was instructed to e-mail the complaints department with medical documentation for a full refund consideration. I completed this request and continued to follow up on a regular basis.

I have been told numerous times that the case is already closed because the refund for taxes was already processed and that I did not follow the proper procedure. During some of the phone conversations, they…

Fight AZ1784 from 12pm Palermo to Rome

Look we love Italy , My heritage comes from here Dad from Treviso and Mum from Catania , they settled in Malta. We are in the process of buying a place in the heart of Palermo. With Tony La Porta from La Dolce Vita +39 334 952 2443 We went on a flight from Sicily to Roma with Alitalia and we had overweight in our Luggage , by 5.5 kg in mine and 3 kg in my wifes . As I through out my 450 euro portable printer and underwear and wearing my heavy leather jacket bought from a department store in Palermo (made sure it was made in Italy) , I was Still over by 3.5 Kg and the wife 3 kg. With this and the heat we paid another 120 euros over the baggage weight as they rounded it up to 10kg .

I am writing to inform you of the problem my wife, Marian Carol, and I experienced when checking in for our ITA flight #AZ608 on August 24, 2022. I booked this reservation on January 11, 2022, upgrading both of us to the Premium Economy class (booking number DVKQGP). Because I am a special needs, partially blind disabled person flying with a vision-assist service dog, I telephoned your special-assistance department to reserve the bulkhead row, because it has additional floor space for my service dog. We have flown this route many times in the past using this bulkhead row. We were assigned seats 8J and 8L.

I purchased 2 tickets from Rome to Miami on Nov. 28, 2021 for $1,154.00 US. Flight # AZ630. Booking Number TXNUCK. My son was getting married in Menorca, Spain and my friend and I wanted to go to Rome where our grandparents came from.

We got our Covid tests on Thursday afternoon, 06/02/22 for a Saturday morning flight, on 06/04/22, unaware of the 24 hour rule. When we left Miami the rule was 72 hours. I am 75 and my friend, Anthony Randino, is 77. When we arrived at FCO at 8:00 am for a 10:40 flight we were told to take another test, which we did.

We came back to the gate at 9:30 am. and were told we could not take the flight. Since we were pre-checked and the line for TSA was very light I thought we could make it. When I checked online the flight did not take off until 11:20 am.

two tickets purchased for April 2020 and July 2020 could not be used because of Covid. Spoke to Alitalia who gave me two vouchers . Then, Alitalia went bankrupt. ITA took over. Was told ALITALIA would reemburse money for flights because of bankruptcy.

I upgraded to business class on line because email stated we go into lounge at airport . The person who checked ya in said since we upgraded on line we were not entitled to the lounge in Athens thus was unfair misrepresentation by Alitalia.

I also called to change my flight from the 22 to the 25 they told me my flight was not eligible to be changed . I had to book another flight on the 25 th I was willing to pay the difference.

I purchased a ticket with your airline from LHR to NAP ON 9-April-2019. I was charged a total amount of €45 and received a baggage receipt with my luggage to arrive in Naples, Italy. My bag is now missing and after calling your unhelpful airlines they stated that my bag was back in London...why? I don’t know. I talked to someone from the Alitalia counter in Naples and she stated that my luggage is on its way on the 13:40 flight on 9-April-2019 and would be delivered to me in Sorrento, Italy. I have been unable to resolve an issue of confirmation that the flight I booked for my family for an upcoming trip with confirmation #SWZJLCis in fact an economy classic ticket as per my confirmation documents state (I have forwarded this information numerous times to infodoc@alitalia.it). I have made more than a dozen phone calls to the "customer care" phone number to ask for resolution but they keep telling me a supervisor is unavailable and will review the issue....I have been more than patient and have spent numerous hours trying to resolve this issue.

I had the opportunity to use another airline for this special family trip but I decided to go with Alitalia as I have flown with you many times in the past. Unfortunately, I think I made a very big mistake being loyal this time.…

I missed my flight, to Rome, on Sunday 16 December, I am a student in Poland and I attempted to catch another flight from Warsaw that would connect me to the return flight that I had booked , but once I called the customer service in Alitalia they said they wouldnt allow me to get on to the next flight to Rome so that I could catch the Alitalia flight to Africa, Johannesburg, Now I am trapped in Poland and I dont have any money to buy another ticket, All I want is to get back home. Flying from London to Italy tomorrow, but it is impossible to get the Alitalia web site to serve boarding passes. g. 641 bytes). I've tried contacting Alitalia customer service, and they were no help (even claiming that printing a boarding pass for a flight tomorrow is "too early").

If they can't even successfully generate boarding passes, I worry about their ability to keep planes in the air.

First I will like to let u know since approximately October 2015 when I started looking into our trip to Italy we were 6 traveling I had nothing but great experiences polite helpful I think I know all the names of associates. Everything was great from checking in at JFK/ CATANIA/ NAPLES but then from Naples checking in to Rome I met the rudest, nastiest associate.

She never welcomed us or smiled. I traveled with same luggage throughout flights checked 2 plus 1 carry on on inter flights. I believe I was discriminated against because I was not Italian. She said I had to check my carry-on and pay 68 euros I was not happy especially when I saw all the following luggage being carried on. I really doubt that mine weighed near what theirs weighed. Recently I had arranged a flight To Milano ( Italy) through ORBITZ. Departure dates April 11 New York to Milano. Due to an emergency I had to fly to England the week before. Three days before the intended fligth date to Milano I had contacted Orbits asking them to cancel my flight to Milano as I was there already through another airline BUT lo leave alone the flight back to Milano the 28th April. With my surprise three days after the intended departure date ( Which I had asked to cancel) I have received a note by ORBITS telling me that the flight back to New York was duly cancelled and the flight to Milano was still...standing.

Had taken my family for a visit from Rome to Athens using Alitalia. I must say I got a good deal when compared to other flights. Food and service was good and they have taken good care while on board till the departure at Athen airport.

I am pretty much impressed with the quality of service. There was no delay in the flight timings and it was on time. The crew was welcoming and seemed to be very professional in their work. They took care of our children on the flight and provided some video games on their screens.

The seats are spacious and have ample leg space. I am happy with Alitalia and recommend this to anyone travelling and want good deals with quality service.
