01 when they took out more than $1,000. Customer service all useless chat reps forget it Corporate complaints bunch of morans. They can't hear a call that I had made remove a vehicle with one of their reps when rep gave me runaround about removing car.

I've been waiting for reimbursement and they want to give me penny's compared to what they been WITHDRAWING FROM MY BANK " I stopped MY Auto PAY but they still continued to withdraw from bank. DONT GET THIS INSURANCE BUNCH OF UNPROFESSIONAL MORANS AND THIEVES.

dealing with loss on two different claims at same date may 2023 is loss date. still to this day 10-26-203 no settlement, repairs , or payments. this is the worst company of all time high. maybe that is what they do high...

customer service is a joke, on 10-25-2023 they hung up on me. the slocum agency in Rockwall tx is by far huge idiots. allstate will way underinsure you on all property. their follow though is non existing. if you have this company please run as fast as you can.

do not trust them to enter the correct value of anything, please go over any policy you have and good luck on their cooperation.

I missed a payment and they cancelled the policy . i made a payment and they would not reinstate it even as a new customer! Gary Vivinetto 9736612886 was very nasty and hung up on me and im on the policy!

I am a lady who owns an apartment. I woke up to find my house was leaking water from my 40 gallon water heater. The water is not deep but it leaks everywhere especially under the cupboard, kitchen and bathroom.

I called Allstate Insurance to issue an accident claim and case. The agent sent a cleaning company to my house. I asked the agent? Who pays for this company. The agent said the insurance coverage agent. The agent did not mention that the insurance is paid to this company from home repair coverage.

I have no experience, and this is my first accident with water. I mentioned it in my claim. Unfortunately, I was misled. The insurance sent a cleaning company and it was not delivered. I have the option of looking for a company that does the work or a contractor that will do the cleaning…

I got Allstate in November 2022 and within 3 months my insurance went up. I have No tickets and NO accidents and I'm paying 217 a month for a 2022 Toyota Camry. This should be against the law to raise the price just because you can.

They need to be investigated!! Can someone please tell me how I can get a investigation started? To make sure their being fair on what they are charging their customers.

To whom this may concern, My name is Mary Newsome claim #0603962622. On October 10th, 2020, I filed a claim because my property was vandalized. In July of 2021, I was issued two checks from Allstate. 08 for personal property.

These checks were issued to me, but were in the name of my deceased mother, with whom I shared this property with. My name is on the deed to the property, but for some reason 21st Mortgage classified the property as an estate.

My family experienced the trauma of a house fire in November 2021. We lost our home and a large majority of all valuable things in it. We were displaced and living in a rental house for a year while construction was being done to rebuild our home.

The customer service we received from Allstate during this time while handling our claim was atrocious. We were treated like numbers, not humans with hearts and emotions after a serious traumatic life event. We were barely given explanations about our claim and how things were broken down into different departments and also different claims.

No one we ever spoke to knew what was going on with our claim nor could they answer our questions. Over the course of a year we were given very little help. We had to beg and plead for someone to please…

To Whom This May Concern: I am in need of someone that can help me with correcting what has been wrong for over a year now. It is impossible to get in touch with my insurance agent! He has never called me back since last January, 2022.

My automobile insurance policy is incorrect and has been for over a year. I have been paying for two cars on my policy, one (the VW Passat) I haven't had since last January, 2022 and paperwork showing the sale of it in May, 2022.

My problems all began last January 6, 2022, when I had left a voice mail message for my Insurance Agent, Mr. A Clark to drop my VW Passat vehicle from my insurance policy and add my new Subaru vehicle. I have been waiting for a reimbursement March 7th 2023 I switched Ins. Co. to save $. Well I didn’t inform the ones who automatically take the payment out of my account so therefore I am owed a full reimbursement. I went in person to our local agency and gave to him the Declaration page of my new insurance. Michael O’Connor of Blakely Pa Allstate Ins took my information and was supposed to forward it to Corporate.

I have Allstate insurance and Thursday afternoon at 1:46 pm someone else that had allstate insurance ran a stop sign and hit me. I work for instacart and if i dont have a car I dont get to work. ive been asking for one since the 24 th.

Why should I have to suffer when it wasnt my fault or have to pay for a rental out of my pocket. I was sent an email today which i will attach to this letter that states theyre not even inspecting my car til march 14 that someone would call me back.

Of course noone called me back and when I would call their phones would ring and stop after the fourth ring and no voicemail. So I had my sister use her phone and they picked up on the first ring.

My Allstate agent is Adam Kelly, 3280 McEver Rd. , Buford, GA,30518-1589. My wife and I had 3 auto policies and the above listed homeowners policy. When it came time to renew our policies we had questions for our agent.

We emailed him on; 1/17/23,1/18/23,1/27/23,1/30/23 and 2/3/23. On several occasions we tried to call the office and were put on hold for minutes at a time and never spoke to him. He did not respond to any of the emails we sent to him.

We would have renewed with Allstate had he answered our questions. Only when we asked him to cancel our policies did he reply on 2/15/2023. He stated that he needed proof of coverage from our new insurance company - when I asked why, he did not feel the need to explain.

Rob Dyer from NC is the most incompetent representative I have come across in my 62 years! He is never in the office, doesn't return calls, as well as doesn't follow through on what he states he will do! I returned an email from Rob on 12-23-22, stating to cancel my policy.

I emphasized MANY TIMES not to withdrawal my account in January! I called many times and talked with a girl named Tori and she did nothing as well! Today, 1-6-23 your company tried to withdrawal money from my account! Unbelievable!

I have been with your company for many years and I should not be treated like this cause I found a cheaper policy! My phone # is 828 395 5110 I have copy of 2 emails I sent Rob to stop my withdrawal.

I have been a customer to Allstate for several years. In Sept 2019, I had a phone conversation with my agent and he advised me that my daughter needed to get her own policy, due to an accident she had. She did that.

y renewal and she was still on the policy. I called my agent and her dismissed my concern and said it was some kind of typo. In June 2022, I am looking at my renewal. I called their office and we realized that I was still paying for her insurance on my policy all that time!!

The agent accepted full responsibility and said it was all his fault. But Allstate was not going to give my money back? I asked him to pay it from his office and got a hard NO! All I am asking for is the overcharged amount be reimbursed.

This has now gone on since June Can someone help me??

I have Roadside Assistance with them and after waiting 2 hours for a tow that never showed up, I called to cancel and get another one. I was told I had no right to be upset because I wasn't paying for it and just to wait on that tow.

I still haven't had the car towed. They can refund my money and I'll get AAA
