Amazon accepts and publishes seller feedback and complaints but buries their own, not only on their website but the internet as a whole. Amazon doesnt take responsibility for it's own errors in process or product. In the last two weeks I've experienced two product refunds denied even though they resulted from Amazon problems.
I reported a product that didnt work as advertised causing a buffet table fire and metallic food contamination. I'm the hot potato for responsibility between Amazon, the seller and the manufacturer. I tried to notify them of the problem and ask for a refund, no damages, but was denied because I didn't take pictures during an urgent situation.
