I purchased 2 items on 9/21/23 via on line order and to pick up at the AE store in Ross Park Mall. The email stated that my order would be at the store to pick up on 9/29/23. On 9/29/23 I received an email stating that my order was delayed for 3-5 days.

Every time I checked my status it stated that it was delivered to the store. I was advised to call the store. When I called the store they said there was nothing in the system on their end that they could see so they advised to call Aerie.

I did call Aerie and they said that the order was listed in the system but it was not delivered. They said to wait for a couple of days and to call back So couple of days and to call back.

So I called back on 10/27/23 and they then reordered my items and it was to be overnight to my house since I did…

Today when I went to pay for my purchases the cashier at Almaza city centre mall in egypt was empty with no one attending. Not for long someone came to assist me and some items were left with no tags .

They were keeping me for 24 mins until they could price a dress . When I complained they did not seem to bother much . Is this normal to keep people for half an hour with no apology or any discounts.

This isn’t a complaint to American Eagle but it’s for aerie. Let me start off by saying, the manager there (Stephanie) AMAZING! I love her and she embodies aerie. Company needs to give that girl a raise!! The girls at aerie are amazing!!!

I love them so much! They make me feel sooooo comfortable and beautiful! I always feel appreciated and wanted when I walk in. With that said there is this one girl who works there with THE WORST B/O, and she dresses like she’s getting ready to stay home.

I’m sorry but if I’m shopping I DO NOT want to see your butt cheeks hanging out!! I know the team apart from this person is amazing! Like I said I love them but this one person I can’t remember her name, needs retrained, her customer service is trash!!

Today 12/30/22 I go to the Garden State Plaza location to return a Christmas gift unbeknownst to me the receipt I had was an exchange receipt which contains the original receipt information as well as the payment type the register clerk would not except the receipt, so I ask where does it state you cannot except the receipt the clerk then told me read the back of the receipt in the most horrendous tone, she then told me she would give me $5 according to the exchange receipt, the manager Josh then

Ordered online used rewards got order and was not good, returned at tilton outlet and only gave me 8 dollars for jeans and didn’t factor in my rewards used! Will not but online again or deal w this super at tilton location again!

Hello,

I’m unfortunately extremely disappointed with my visit this evening to the Governor’s Square Mall location in Clarksville, TN. Not one person greeted my daughter and I when we walked in, not one person asked if we were finding what we were looking for during our visit, not one person advised us of any sales, etc, and finally, not one person would open a dressing room for my daughter to try on a single pair of jeans. I’ve never had an experience quite like this at any AE I have ever visited. Please offer additional customer service training for employees at this location. Customers should feel welcomed, not unwanted. I was extremely uncomfortable and upset by the lack of regard for another human being. I really hope they are taught to do better in the future.

Your customer service for stores in Egypt is rubbish and unprofessional, my whole experience was very frustrating and devastating, i’m very disappointed in such a service i received for only wanting tO exchange size for 2 items I price tag has fallen from them yet i kept them and showed then to the cashier.

I got those items yesterday at night and today in the morning i eent to exchange the size, so in less than 24 hours. the first store in Mall of Egypt which was the worst of them all the managers in there were unprofessional shockingly having the worst attitude ever and doesn't know a thing about handling customers kept saying that the items were washed and

I ordered online and less than 15 hours later wanted to cancel my order. My email says the order was received but not shipped. It gave me the choice to cancel but when I clicked it it didn’t cancel anything or give me any further choice to cancel.

I do not agree with paying shipping for an order I no longer want and have to return to the store. When I called customer service they refused to help me.

I went to the American Eagle at Pier Park in Panama City. I went to check out at about 5:40 says my first receipt and they talked me into signing up for a credit card for 30% off of this purchase.

Since I am a college student, i love to save money so I did this. We got me signed up and everything was fine but then i realized they didn’t give me my discount which would save me about $40.

so i showed them my receipt and they had to do a refund and then redo it all over again. they refunded me $119 and then charged me $119 again. so after i realized that before leaving the area, i went back in and showed them.

they then had to refund me and charge me all over again, they did this 3 or 4 times. i finally got to leave the store at 6:45. that was an hour of me trying to check out. they were…

Good afternoon this is my first time in 25yrs that I actually had to put in a complaint. I order something on the 6th of August and just get an email today saying my order was cancelled. So I call and ask them why and why didn't anybody call me sense I have a number on file.

First person told me my address didn't match up to my credit card on file. I explain to him my address hasn't change for 13yrs and I didn't use a credit card. I used a gift card. After being on the phone for 44 mins nothing got resolved even after speaking to a so called supervisor.

Very poor customer service said nothing she can do about reorder the items without another payment. I said use the same gift card. 87 left on the card. 20. They should have never process my gift card till the order was ship.

I went to shop at Tyron Square Mall this evening with my girl friend, we stop by American Eagle which I myself always shop there. There is 1 manager name Akasha (I don't know I spell her name right) but I ask for her name she said her name is Akasha.

I stand infront of cashier , she has 2 young male customers she help them to check out it took 30 min. she was not done with them , we approach closer to see what problem whey it take long time for them to check out , I see why because she kept flirt with these 2 young boys.

30pm there was no other customers besides me my girl friend and 2 young males. I asked Akasha are you open another cashier here we have to go. because Princess saw me and my girl friend standing and waiting to check out , she ignoring us.

Go figure they only have two stars. This company stole money out of my account. 42 then two days later they charged my card again for the same amount. Then proceeded to tell me they couldn’t help me and to contact my bank.

Lisa Spezio, My former Manager of the store I had previously worked at was entirely, rude, unprofessional and did not know how to run her business. I was hired right no the spot after an interview and which case I thought things were going to be going well.

The first thing I had notice was that I received no proper training, no training videos, no orientation, no proper way to approach my first day of the job. I was thrown on the floor with practically nothing to do but figure out what exactly I was supposed to be doing.

95 two days ago. I wore them once and washed them and there are loose threads on the knee area that will obviously turn into a hole. For the cost of your clothing and for them to be so poorly made, I am very disappointed.

I asked the girl wearing glasses with dark brown shoulder length hair if any one was in the fitting room to open the door and she had a bad attitude. It seemed like she was upset she had to stop doing her folding to assist me.

She didn't say if I needed anything to ask her, nothing just opened the fitting room door and walked away saying here you go. I don't know if she was upset that she was rearranging the clothes but she was just plain rude even to other customers there.

The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the young man that was tall and slender had good customer service at the register. This occurred at the Baybrook Mall location.

While I absolutely love the fit and feel of American eagle jeans, the new dye that is being used is so terrible!!! I have had my jeans (darkest Wash skinnies) for almost 6 months now. Obviously been through the washer many times now, the dye still comes out on my skin 6 months later.

I have been a customer of your store for many years---but I must say you have one of the rudest employees I have ever encountered at your Dartmouth, MA store---I went into the store to make a return, I had my receipt and made a purchase of new items. When I inquired about the military discount we receive, the employee said I need your ID---I said -I just came from the gym in most be in my purse--I only have my wallet. But what I did mention is that my previous receipt from the return should demonstrate the discount we usually receive. The employee literally made a face, rolled his eyes, and said as loud as possible so I could be embarrassed by the folks standing behind me--"well it's not on this receipt".

Went to your outlet store in Waterloo NY 13165, and I am very disappointed how my mother and I were treated. E. app and the 25% off and do you have to do it online to get it and his answer was rude and no helpful.

He childcare if we walked out of the store buying nothing. 00 and I asked him you would really want me to walk out and he didn't care. I don't get why this happens and the workers can't treat you descent.

Or for that matter why have stores open anymore, if you get better deals buying online and you don't offer them for either or that kind of stinks. I spend a lot of money in your store I have for years, but lately it seems like you don't really care.

My daughter and I was shopping at the American Eagle location at the Market Place Mall in Champaign Illinois on March 29th. We entered the store with a great greeting, but after we chose our items we stood in what we thought was the line.

There are two registers opened. One facing the north and one facing the south. We both seen the enter sign where the line started, and there were people in front of us. There was a young red head girl working.

She told us where the line was and to move back, we did. There was no one else in line and she was finishing up with the customer she had. She than stated very verbally and rudely for us to move back to the enter sign, I than asked how far back she wanted us to go.

She was rude and said all the way back to the enter sign. It made no sense for us…

Gave myself an new look and make over after purchasing some great stuff at American Eagle. AE has a wide range of Tees,Shorts,Shirts,Sweatshirts,Hoodies and many more. I had made a purchase online and received my package within 4 working days.

I love the quality of fabric AE uses. They have quality stuff which one would really look for while purchasing. The package was neat and they had kept me updated during the purchase on the status. AE has given a good value for money and has lived up to my expectation.

I would definably buy stuff from AE going forward.
