I purchased 2 items on 9/21/23 via on line order and to pick up at the AE store in Ross Park Mall. The email stated that my order would be at the store to pick up on 9/29/23. On 9/29/23 I received an email stating that my order was delayed for 3-5 days.
Every time I checked my status it stated that it was delivered to the store. I was advised to call the store. When I called the store they said there was nothing in the system on their end that they could see so they advised to call Aerie.
I did call Aerie and they said that the order was listed in the system but it was not delivered. They said to wait for a couple of days and to call back So couple of days and to call back.
So I called back on 10/27/23 and they then reordered my items and it was to be overnight to my house since I did…
