I sent the forms from them on 6-10 and received confirmation that they received the forms and said that they should have the issue resolved in 5 to 10 business days, they had a website that I could check the progress of the claim,I tried to get on the website and it said that they couldn’t find the claim paperwork. I have emailed them and forwarded emails from the billing department that they owe money for services they preformed on me, and I get nothing.
