I got a new policy with another company it was a term policy I call them to let them know. They still took another four payments of $269 each. Called them again said they was aware of the other coverage and no refund offered

I’m trying to cancel my annuity. I was told I would get my money in 24 ton48 hours then 7 days now 10 to 15 days. No wait period is in the contract which was verified by customer center. Basically told they do what they want and get to it on their time.
