I had the installation of a shower and toilet with bidet on August 1-3. It was not a pleasant experience. I honestly regret having the work done. I have many complaints and may have let them go if I had not been treated so rudely by your customer service department.

I have called numerous times because a broken toilet was left in my garage and I have repeatedly asked for someone to remove it, all to no avail so far. For 20 days at this point which is ridiculous. I contacted the installer at first at least 4-5 times and left texts.

He called me once and was supposed to get back with me but never did. So then I started calling the company and over 2 weeks spoke to several people. Everybody had the name of someone else that I needed to talk to but when I asked for that person I would be…

I have ordered a tub to shower conversions, which has been installed, mostly. It needs a different cartridge for the faucet. The one that was sent was the incorrect one. The Production Manager, Zach @ 405-403-4552, sent a replacement Fed Ex that supposedly took 6 days to arrive.

He sent the exact same one that was originally sent. I have a very expensive shower sitting there since April 21 that I can not use. Zach does not answer his phone and does not return calls. Mark Diamond is the Senior Consultant @ 480 707-2447 and he no longer returns texts or calls.

How can a company this large with their own warehouse not have a simple faucet cartridge? I am very disappointed and angry at the point. Thank you Linda Chesnutt 3259 S Bowman Rd Apache Junction, AZ 85119 602 643-8496

We purchased an American Standard Liberation walk-in tub, signing the agreement on March 1, 2023. The final cost, after installation, was over $18,000, so we really expected a quality product and quality service. Neither has been true thus far.

Installation was on March 15, 2023. Apparently all was good, but the next day the drain knob was loose and would not work properly. We communicated with the installer (Jennifer, a contract installer instead of the American Standard employee we were PROMISED by the representative) and she said she would order a part to fix the issue. About a week later, she called and said she was on her way, and I told her the part had not yet arrived. She said she would come anyway.

When she arrived, she said "maybe" she had some spare parts in her truck that she…

American Standard promises big things, but not deleivered as Brand looks like. Bought some product, which is still in warrenty & support team refused to solve the issue. Raised complaint number of times, but no solution so far. Not sure why American Standard includes any warrenty if they can't support it.

Worst product & post sales support.

I purchased a Liberation Walk in Tub from your company in 2018. I inadvertently voided the warranty when moving it to me new residence. I have been trying to get a part for this tub for about two months. When I call your company, they say someone will call me back with the info. This is after I have already talked to three people that could not order a simple item and let me pay for it over the phone.

I spent nearly $15,000.00 for this tub. American Standard has been the most uncooperative vendor I have ever tried to deal with. All I want to do is order a door handle with a shim kit. This tub was originally installed at 2694 Buffalo Valley Road Cookeville, Tennesse 38501. I now reside at 6581 Cabot Drive Nashville, Tennessee 37209.

Your positive response to this complaint would be…

I purchased a walk in tub in April 2022. In September, a plastic knob controlling the direction of the jets, broke off. I contacted the company and they immediately sent a replacement part, assuring me that they would send a repair person to install it.

After a month, I called customer service and spoke to "Nikki" who I was told, is "handling" my area. "Nikki" told me that she could not send anyone to fix my tub until they received a part for ANOTHER customer near my area.

"Nikki" claimed that the repair people refused to travel to just fix my tub, they needed to have more than one repair in the area due to the cost of fuel. Although I seriously doubted that any repair company would turn down the work, I "accepted" her explanation at that time.

Now, a month and a half later (it's a week…

I called to order a Walk in tub gasket, on Tuesday 11/29/2022. I spoke with Nicky and she stated she would send one out to my home at 6581 Cabot Drive Nashville, Tn. 37209. Because of my situation, I asked her to expedite shipping.

She said she would advise them, and I may receive it on Thursday. This is Friday and I just received a message from Fedx that the package would not be here until next Wednesday 12/7/2022. I asked Fedx could they expedite the shipment.

They stated it would have to be done by the shipper and it had not left the facility so it could be done. I call American Standard back talked with Nicky again and all she could get across to me is that she sent the email to the person that approves that but he was no there.

She refused to escalate the issue to anyone else. She…

Wanting to buy a toilet cover to find out they are made in China. I am sure that labor is not highly needed, but the jobs should be kept in USA. China STANDARD can be the new name. Buy Bemis brand, made in the USA!!

We paid around $15,000 for a new American Standard heating and cooling unit less than two years ago. We called our dealer early on to let them know that the compressor lines were unusually loud. No action was taken. Now, less than two years later, the compressor is locked up.

Labor is no longer covered by the warranty, but much worse than that, American Standard is not making compressors available for repair work! So, even though the unit has a 10+ year warranty, it doesn't do any good because there are no parts to fix it.

We live in Madisonville, Kentucky. Even in September, it is extremely hot and humid. Now, as a result, everyone has had to move out of the house. Due to the humid conditions, mold is now a concern. Who fixes that?

I tried calling American Standard Consumer Relations.…

I bought an air conditioner, brand new, on June 16th which was installed on Saturday June 18th. Today is July 20th and I am dying. It barely worked for a day or two and one part was replaced early last week.

Now it is another part that needs replacing. They told me it was shipped UPS Red and would be at American Standard on Friday July 15th. Today is July 20th and I still do not have the part. What's up American Standard?

I paid full price for installation on June 18 and it has not yet worked for 24 hours and one part is replaced already. HELP!

I purchased a American Standard Water Heater on November 13. I have not had hot water for over a week. I have been contacting the American Standard office at one 800– 900–9063. They have informed me that they have been unable to find a technician to come out and service my water heater even though it is still under warranty.

My phone number is 832-350-6736 .

I purchased an American Standard AXIS 72x36curved shower AM363A 140 series. The bottom rollers will not stay on track. The display in the store has a roller with a spring action on the bottom. The one I bought does not.

I do not think the right rollers were shipped with the one I purchased. What can be done. The shower is installed.

I'm a homeowner who has had a contractor redo a bathroom. Upon installation of the American Standard model 4000 toilet the seat attachment hardware (unique to ANY I've ever seen) was apparently stripped. I vainly searched plumbing suppliers then found the same toilet at one of the large chain do-it-your-self retailers but they didn't have the part.

I finally phoned an American Standard service rep. on 11/21/2019 explaining my desperate plight and the unique nature of this unfortunately designed toilet seat mount. I was assured parts would be supplied with an extra and instructions as I requested and at no charge but was but was apologetically informed of a few weeks backorder. Great service, right?

On 03/21/2020 the parts arrived and they are incorrect. They will fit any other…

I purchased 2 American Standard toilets July 28, 2018 and installed August of 2018. For the last six months or more I have a rusty colored stain coming from the hole in front of the bowl. It sometimes stains the water in the bowl. The inlet water flow is excellent. This is very annoying and I would like your help.

Thanking you in advance, Gilda Colannino 401-353-1479

Good Morning, I was awoken to running water, thinking that I had a broken pipe, and to my surprise I found that it was a faucet that I had replaced the valve cartridges back in 2013 without an issue from American Standard. (Let it be known that I purchased the house in 2011) So I called to get replacement valve cartridges once again, and was greeted on the other end of the phone by a Stephanie!

I told her who I was and that I have a faucet with a life time replacement warranty Stephanie stated that I would need the receipt. I explained that I had replaced the valves with out incident back in 2013, and gave her my name which Stephanie found that I indeed received valve cartridges.

Stephanie's tone changed and she stated that they were only sent to me as a courtesy. Sorry Stephanie, and…

On or about June 1, 2016, we purchased a Standard AC unit for our 2nd story. We paid Mr. Huff over $6k for the unit. The unit had a warranty. Within 6 weeks of the initial installation, the AC unit flooded our upstairs causing substantial damage to our ceilings, crown molding, etc. Mr.

Huff allegedly "corrected" the problem, but refused to remit payment for any property damage caused by the defective product. The week of September 18, 2017, once again the AC unit began to flood our 2nd story. Mr. Huff was contacted.

He came to the property and "blew out the line" stating it was solely a plumbing problem. As of October 3, 2017, we still were experiencing water pooling in the attic and draining out of the ceiling.

First, we had a plumber inspect the plumbing. No plumbing issues were…

Purchased a walk in tub thru Ferguson in Charlotte, NC. Upon my request, the sales person contacted the American Standard representative to confirm what we were looking at would be what we we wanted and it all worked together. (Tub with heater). Your rep confirmed to Ferguson that all we were discussing would work. After confirmation we placed the order. Upon arrival, it was determined the tub and heater were not compatible.

Your rep advised that not only had they provided incorrect information but their internal shipping procurers did not do their job, the tub and heater should have never got shipped to go together. This has cost me the addition of a new on demand water heater at $5000.00. I asked Ferguson to work out something with American Standard since they provided bad information…

I purchased an American Standard Boulevard Dual Flush toilet Model 2891200.0020 from Home Depot in October 2015. It was shipped on October 15. This toilet was purchased for a guest bathroom renovation. The toilet was installed on November 2. After installing the toilet the contractor noticed that the seat was broken. I immediately contacted Home Depot to inform them of the broken seat and requested a replacement. I contacted Home Depot again after I did not get any feedback and was told that they are awaiting feedback from American Standard - however they only sent the request to American Standard on the November 12 when I initially contacted Home Depot on the 2nd.

I called Home Depot on November 20, to find out the status and "was given the same story "we are awaiting feedback from…
