Ameris Bank Mobile app is not accurate and as "real time" as they claim. I've been relying on the Android app, found I had well over 600 in overdraft fees over, almost a 3 month timeframe. When I started comparing the website portal vs the app ..
the website showed charges that were made when the account was in the negative... where my app showed positive balance. The branch tried to explain it away and tried to educate me on how to balance a checking account, just pissed me off more I'm pulling all my money out, going elsewhere.
Sad thing is, I've been a customer for about 12 years. I'm disgusted with their practices.
