The worst insurance company I have ever seen! They even deny refuting dental that is in line with the schedule! Scammers!!!!!!

I requested to receive a copy of my life insurance policy #U000028304 on January 19, 2023. I spoke with Skye at the 1-800-745-1112, customer service number. She assured me that she would send an email copy of my policy immediately and follow-up with a hard copy thru the mail within a few days. I never received either.

I called back on January 23, 2023 and spoke with Maxwell at the same customer service number. He said he could see the record of the request with Skye. He said he was sending me an electronic consent form to sign and send back, which I did immediately. Maxwell stated that as soon as he received the consent, he would send an email copy right away, and send a copy thru the mail within 5-7 business days. I am preparing a formal BBB complaint . The summary of the string of emails and phone conversations between Ashly I. (who I assume was a customer rep for Spirit) went like this, and will appear on The BBB complaint: 1.

Spirit claimed that they never received any of approximately 8 billings from The Perio Group (TPG). 2. Isabella from TPG documented and sent to Spirit copies of the claims/billing for services (paid in full) sent electronically to Spirit, claims that actually were confirmed by Spirit as received and accepted by Spirit. 3.
