, Lakeland, FL location on 6/24/23 at or around 5:25am. I went to fax papers to Capital one Fraud Operations. An associate by the name of Ladonna assisted me and told me Ladonna was her name. I gave her specific instructions as to how processing should be done.

She left the counter and never said that she would be back. I was a female, alone in your establishment close to 20 minutes waiting for Ladonna to return to counter and help me. I hollowed several times for her, no response.

She was sitting in the area asleep. She finally came to counter to assist. I asked her if she leaves customers without say, I'll be back. She still did not follow my faxing instructions. 00. I questioned the charge due to her incompetence and she said I still had to pay.

I went to buy 3 money orders. Vlad (Ulmerton Road, Largo, Fl) was very unpleasant. I felt very harassed during the transaction, to the point that i gave up on buying money orders.

First, he said that he does not have me in system and ask how often i come to buy money orders. I said that i did not come for years, not remembering when was last time. He asked me to fill out form, what i accepted and fill out my info.

He started to ask questions, who i am giving money orders, why, and again how often i give money orders to someone. if he did not have me in system, i do not think he should have asked me few times how often i give money orders to someone, and why i am giving those money orders, common sense is that i do not give them ever.

The amscott located at 5041 N SR-7 Tamarac, FL 33319 United States. An employee named Tracey got an attitude with me because I asked questions about cashing the check I had. I was unaware of the information needed and I just asked her why does she need the information and she caught an attitude stating I had an attitude.

I stated to her , all I did was ask questions about the process of cashing a check. I usually get deposit but this was a check from someone I was renting from. I requested for her to cancel my request of cashing my check and she got an even worst attitude and walked away without even giving me my receipt to confirm of my cancellation.

On, September 23, 2022, I went into, Amscot, to purchase three(3) money orders. 00. During the process of transaction I was asked to show identification which I had never encountered this before. So, I asked the question as to why I was being asked for my ID?

The only answer that was given to me was that she couldn't reveal that information. But the machine was showing that! After providing my ID to the teller she kindly gave me the money orders that I had requested. Before leaving, Amscot, I asked the teller who assisted me if there was a limit on the amount of money orders?

Those are a "BATCH OF DEVILS" that works at Amscot at 083 W. Colonial Dr. On 3/1/22 I entered about 11:30am, there were 2 Latinos male&female & 1 foreign colored female ALL employees of Amscot, There was 1 customer being waited on by the foreign colored employee, the two Latinos back there twiddling thumbs, I stood at the window a long while, until other customers starting coming in, then

that 2 Latinos came to help, and the foreign colored female employee started going from window to window helping 2 and 3 at once, but I had to stand and wait until Amscot employees wanted to serve me, MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE! I let them DEVILS know I DIDNT CONDONE THERE WICKED WAYS.

The Amscot of 128 Bruce B Downs & Donna Mich has officially taken the cake for worst customer service I have ever seen. There was only one person in the while building working there and this man's behavior towards me and the other customers was terrible.

There was a gentleman ahead of me who needed stamps. I was in line behind him on my phone, waiting my turn. The man behind the counter calls me up and I thought he had finished with the gentleman before me but I guess not because the gentleman asked about why he started helping me before he finsihed with him.

The man behind the counter said that was because stamps take a long time. The gentleman asked how long does one sheet of stamps take and the man just said a while and kept insisting I give him my id.

I've been cashing with amscot for sEveral years now and for about the last two to three months every time I have come to cash my check after normal business hours at the amscot in Leesburg Florida I have been denied. I have been given every excuse from we don't know why or we can't tell you why to we need to verify the writer of the check.

They tell me to come back in the morning during regular business hours where they can verify it and then charm it astronomical rate to cash my check when I can very well go to a regular bank that I have in the morning and cash my check for free.

The purpose of having a 24-hour check cashing store and paying a ass high price it's for the convenience of being able to get the cash right now when I need it not in the morning. This is absolutely got to be…

I was told by your associate that it even look like fraud activity. no problems the card is secure. now I'm getting told that upon your investigation whatever that may be that you're not giving me back the money in my account that was took for me.

Lady working at the location in Inverness doesnt like her job. She is the most rude, nasty person I have come across in over 35 years. I have now had 2 separate experiences with her, and today my fiance had her second.

My fiance, Amanda Howard, paid off a payday loan this past Tuesday, and came into the local amscot to take out another small loan. We provided a copy of our Chase bank statement, showing that the check from the previous loan had indeed been paid off.

She refused our loan, stating that she didnt need a reason other than her opinion of the clothes we were wearing. The other Male employee dressed in a white shirt allowed her to get away with this nonsense, and we were forced to leave without the loan.

I have cashed my payroll check at amscot a dozen times unnecessarily but i like being able to cash anytime 24 hours. Never complained about the fee either. Now these morons lost all future business from me because they didn't cash my check for reason that the rear of the check next to my endorsement i scratch out the words i had previously written when i considered doing a mobile check deposit.

The words were "for deposit only". I didn't expect it from amscot but its truly their loss. God speed amscot :)

I was called by 1 of your representatives at my place of employment instead of contacting me on my preferred number which is clearly noted on my account.I went to pay my loan and the rep confirmed my cell phone number as the number to contact me.This is not acceptable in my vocabulary.I look foward to you full reply.Also it was not a pleasant experience when I called back and asked why they called my employment phone number.

Hello, my name is Grant Sommer, I am an extremely happy customer of yours and perhaps one of your most raving fans. The reason for this is because of the manager that you had on duty yesterday, Saturday 10/13/2018 at your Auburndale, FL. store.

First, let me back up & tell you that my sweet wife Annette fell & slipped on Saturday, 9/15/2018 outside of our home and unfortunately broke her shoulder and elbow creating a lot of pain and making every day chores practically impossible. This brings us up to date, where we needed Annette to get her monthly payday advance, just like we do every month (this helps us so much and we thank you for it).

Let me first reiterate that prior to this experience I've never had a bad experience with Amscot but after this experience I'll never do business with Amscot again. This was at the Spring Hill Fl location on Spring Hill Dr.

I'm disabled and fighting for my check without the help of my mom and grandma I wouldn't have any money. They began sending me money via Western Union. Closest Western Union was Amscot. Getting the money took five minutes. Recently they gave been asking who this person is to you. I'm sure people who do regular business there don't get this. Then Amscot Corporate tells me I have to provide documention that my mom is my mom and they need to know where the money is going. First of all my mom and grandma are sending me money. Have been cashing personal checks (written from my checking account, to myself) for 8 years. Tonight I was told, at the Haines City, Florida Amscot Store, that personal checks written to myself, from my personal checking account can no longer be cashed due to a policy change. As stated above, I have been cashing said checks at Amscot for eight (8) years. I have also utilized your Notary Public service. My complaint is not directed at any of your Haines City employees. I have always been treated very well.

My concern is Amscot corporate headquarters and their policy change... Is this indeed your new policy, I am logging this complaint per your policy statement : "let us know if Amscot will not cash your check". Perhaps you have been burned too many times, but long time, no fault customers,…

I went to the Amscot store at Curry Ford and Chickasaw in Orlando on 1/30/2016, to get a money order for $420. I gave them $420 and said I wanted a money order for 420. The teller stated 440? I said no, 420, again she stated 440. I said no, 420.

This went on 4 times before she realized I was saying 420. I don't have a speaking problem, she must have a hearing problem. This isn't the first time that happened at this store. I think they're being malicious and pretending they don't understand.

Maybe the need to have their hearing checked.
