1st there were no other customers in the store. 2nd they 2 sales woman were so into thrur cinversation it was hard getting thru attention - in every other store at the Avenue in W Cobb we had been greeted upon entrance 3.

I asked for help finding gloves, scarf combo. I told her the color which she must not have heard because when I said not that color she replied. That's why I asked you the color so I wasnt wasting my time. 4. I bought nothing 5. ither stores.

I walked in to your Garden State Plaza store on Friday November 10 to be greeted by one of your racist employee. Not only was she rude she advised me that the item I was inquiring about had to be on sale, if i wish to purchase.

I repeated myself at least 3 times requesting that the lady (Sue) assist me with the item. Sue refused to assist me and continued to make in appropriate comments regarding the price. I request to spreak with a management who advie me that he would be addressing said issue and comment.

I have yet to receive a follow up. The manager has yet to contact me. He didn't requesting to my request as well.

I just walked into an Ann Taylor factory store at around 10 am (just opened) today, Monday, Oct 9, 2023, located at Austin Street in Forest Hills, NY. I saw two ladies at the fest but no one greeted me. I am Asian. I walked around for a few minutes and saw a black lady ( customer). I then walked to the front door area and heard a loud greeting to a customer just entering the store, a white lady. I believe the black lady walked into the store after me, and I didn’t hear any greeting! This is very poor customer service, intentionally to let the other customers already at the store know that non-white customers are not welcome!

Please improve your customer service and if your employees can’t treat the customers with same appreciation, then I recommend not to be in their service industry as…

I am a customer of Ann Taylor and people are always very nice and helpful. The last time I went there to buy a top I had a bad experience with Evelia Bautista ( store 1150 Pembroke Pines). She doesn't have any idea how to treat a customer; the way she spoke to me was a total lack of respect !!!!

I treat people with respect and consideration ; I deserve to be treated the same way. Thank you

My experience with customer service was beyond below average, I made a purchase in January and returned the unwanted item within the time frame given, with no money received back to me. I contacted them via chat and was told the same thing till this day, "you'll get your money back within 3-7 business days" which of course I'm fine with, only to have a week and

a half go by and I've made three more calls that consisted of them trying to say I've done something wrong. e. d (may be true but nonetheless). I've waited for over two months with different Information, false expectations and the hassle of the experience that left me disheartened to the point I can't recommend them, granted giving grace I might be a one off situation but it might help someone else.

I just got approved for a Loft Store credit card this afternoon with a $450 limit. I was so excited. I immediately went online to purchase something on sale. After I got my items in my card, I was so disappointed that it didn't auto populate my card number, but it did give me the $20 credit.

I never got an email regarding my account. I called customer service three times and chatted once and NO ONE would help me place my order. Once I was told that I had to go in the store to use my card that I couldn't use it online. lol.

I really want the items in my cart but was told the last time that I would have to wait for my card to arrive in the mail to place my order. Now I am afraid the items I wanted will be gone.

This was an awful experience.

Hello ~

I need to let you know of a headache of a situation that the staff at the Ann Taylor location in Naperville, Illinois put me through unnecessarily. Briefly, after placing an online order for pickup in store, a clerk, Andrea, said the item is not at the store and wasn't helpful thereafter. So, I called the 800 number for Ann Taylor and they told me the order was processing and that the store will receive the item and contact me. When I called the store back for an eta, another clerk, Jessica, said the item was in the store and that I can purchase it separately from my order as "they will not be fulfilling any orders due to short staff." When I asked if my online order would be cancelled since I would be paying for the item again in person, she continued to say "we will not be…

I have a gift card that I received in April for $420. Every time I try to use it for an online purchase the funds have been put on hold for no apparent reason. I have called the customer service line MANY times to try to resolve this.

Either they can't resolve it or they put me on hold until the call times out and it hangs up on me. Yesterday I was assured that the funds were available. I went to make a purchase and yet another hold has been put on the card.

There is absolutely no reason that you should put a hold on funds that should be as good as cash. This hold needs to be released NOW. Gift card number: 6006490982047994774

I contacted them to tell them about a sweater coat we bought. I literally wore it TWICE and it PILLED terribly! I look like a homeless person wearing it. No offence. They told me no problem just return it-which of course I also pd for shipping.

After a week goes by I get an email stating they will not do anything and she made a mistake. Well let me say this-I am a VERY LOYAL customer there and we spend a ton of money there-NOW I am going to find a BETTER company that actually handles an issue!

NOW I have lost $140 and $14 for shipping!

Received no call back about an order purchased at the Somerset Troy, Mi. store. I tracked my USPS order and never rec’d it on1/2. The post office was no help for two weeks I waited to hear from them. Contacted AT main office on 1/30 and explained what happened to LaLa and she handled the situation by ordering me another top and stating it was AT responsibility to follow up to find out what happened to my package.

was in line waiting last night (12/19) to ask price on a pair of pants. When the sales person engaged me she abruptly stopped what shew was doing for me , logged her terminal to the punch out for an associate to punch out and decided to have a conversation with that associate about what to bring in for food today.

this went on for 3-4 mins. no apology of anything to me, it was like i wasn't there, and maybe it was in my mind that i was holding a pair of $100 pair of pants in my hand. When she finally finished the conversation she then took the pants to check the price while i got the stink eye look as i was bothering her.

Hi my name is Suzette Mack and I'm the Sr. HR Generalist for Care Synergy. I'm a career woman that has worked in business settings for over 30 years. I need to wear clothes that are fashionable and well made as this is the expectation of my career. My complaint is that the last 4 Ann Taylor shirts I purchased, the material ripped after about 4 wearings. They all seem to have a hairline rip that eventually gets bigger and bigger. I really liked all 4 shirts but sadly they ended up in the trash. I didn't complain until the 4th shirt. These were all collared shirts that I like to wear to business meetings. I've paid various amounts from $50 on up.

Your customer service from the staff is always impeccable. I really like your store but not sure I can keep purchasing clothing that doesn't last.…

I always loved shopping at the Loft and Ann Taylor. Over the years, it has become difficult to shop at these stores as they have closed. I've made purchases on line and have had to travel to a store for returns and exchanges.

The closet store is on Montague Street, which is never easy to get to with travel, traffic and parking. My most recent experiences with the Loft have me so turned off by the quality, or lack thereof, of customer service.

The "team" including the manager at the Montague Street store could really use some training on customer service and how to talk to customers. Anyway, the purpose of my visit to the store was to make exchanges. I shopped, tried on, and exchanged, and paid.

The store wasn't busy and many team members were around in the store. Not one team member…

Store located at Citadel is my favorite store to shop. I always go there for myself and for gifts. Usually I have a great customer service experience, but this time I felt very disrespected by an employee, Bernadette. I asked her for help on a size, and she said she would be right back. I waited for a long time and after a few minutes I realized she was behind the register, ringing up customers. I decide to get in line and risked taking the wrong size.

I went to the Ann Taylor store in Towson last Saturday to return a pair of earrings I bought online. I had the receipt, but I did not have the card that the earrings are attached to. The woman at the cashier told me I could not return them because they needed to be attached to the card.

" She was so rude, and embarrassed me. I was so upset because I have an Ann Taylor Card, and I spend a lot of money with Ann Taylor. If I was able able to return them I would of spent more money.

A very bad experience with an Ann Taylor salesclerk while I was paying for the pants I bought there. She asked me for all kinds of Id's and then told me to come behind the counter and use the cash register to sign up for e-mails from your store.

I never had a bad experience and she ask me for my social security number she didn't need that I didn't give her that information. I filed a complaint about two months ago and still have had no response please e-mail me back or should I take this to a higher level.
