In the past I used to be impressed with Apple support. They seemed to actually be informed about the products and troubleshooting. lately though my last couple experience seem condescending and blaming the end user over their product or software.
Even if the issue was being reported by many other users. It's as if Apple started using the same pathetic third party support that a Dell or HP uses. Don't even bother to ask the Apple forums because you will also get either sympathizers who have the same issue, or snooty Apple KoolAid drinkers who again question if you even have an issue as if saying "Maybe it's just you".
Or you get those who simply add nothing to the discussion such as "I don't have any issues". That's great, but does nothing to help those of us who do. Again, we still see…
