I called into the store to ask for an appointment to have my old iPad transferred to my new iPad. The very nice lad said there was no need for an appointment, I just had to take both iPads in and a member of staff would help.
I then went in with my husband during the following week and was met by an assistant called CHRIS who told me quite rudely that as I hadn’t bought it from the store itself I would need to wait for an appointment. I tried to say they should make sure all staff members should be telling the same thing as I had made two special journeys into town.
He then became very obstructive and told me I had to shut up and listen to him. I said if my son or grandson spoke to an older adult the way he spoke to me I would slap them for being so rude.
