Went to dinner after a funeral at around 9:15 pm she took our order at about 9:25 it is now 10:20 pm and our food has not even been offered to us! I have never been to an applebees and had such terrible service! Very disapointed in the service

While eating our dinner in the American Fork Applebees restaurant, a disgruntled employee walked by our table swearing profusely and complaining about another employee. I was embarrassed for my wife to have to listen to such language in any public venue, especially when we had come in to unwind and have a relaxing dinner.

Five minutes later the same employee came out and walked past us again, swearing worse than before, using the "F" Bomb loudly and complaining about the bartender. He was obviously irate, and made our dining experience very uncomfortable. He then said that our meal was on the house, but upon finding out I had already paid my bill, he had to retract that offer.

He did say that he had spoken to the employee and was sending him home.

Well on June 6, 2016 at maybe say about 8:30 or 8:45pm I met with a friend of mine at this location for a wrap up of our prior meeting. The food was great as it normally is but the server was nasty.

I hate eating a bar but that was where he was when I arrive at 11077 New Halls Ferry Road Florissant, MO 63033. The bartender served me water and used his hands to put a lemon in it glass. I wanted to go off but I just did't drink that water.

Mind you now he wipes on hand on his pants and goes to make drinks. He used his hands to place straws in both of those drinks, whomever ordered them. I share this with my friend who saw and said he would call.

Well he didn't and now i am. I am sure, there are sanitation laws against his behavior. Not sure what else you would need but we are on Camera…

We had a wonderful time at your Hudson,Ma location but when I tried to contact www.TalkToApplebees .com. survey ,I took a trip around the internet and never got through. I finally used the 800-535-4932 telephone survey. Our experience was great. Our server Rossini N was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, extremely welcoming and attentive without being disruptive. I was hoping to make that point but had only one minute to describe our experience on your phone survey. Hope you can make your surveys easier to find!!!!!

I visited the one in Holland, MI on Sat June 4, 2016. I did the two for 25 so i order the steak dinner y i ask for well done. when i got y plate y steak was not well done.

they took it back and gave e the same steak burned up. So i said i did not want anything else. I got up from the table ask to speak with manager. I was not happy with her service. Then they made y party pay for my salade and drink.

I was not a happy customer that day. We had about 16 people party so you guys made some money.

This Applebee's is the worst EVER. Every time I come to this location there is NEVER ANY SMALL PLATES TO EAT OFF!! You always have to eat your spinach dip from the plate or bowl it comes in so my party of 2 are eating with one hand and catching the dip with the other.

We got to ask for napkins and silver ware. THIS IS NOT THE only bad experience we had with this place!!! 66 I have the debit card to prove this total. WE WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN

On 6/4/16 we visited the Miller Place NY location at 10:15 on, We were seated quickly in the only clean both on the side of the windows. Around us was a sea of dirty tables, and I watched the service staff walk right by.

Not only that one server sat down and was talking to the one table that was seated behind us. The part that I couldn't believe is that he sat at a dirty table to talk to the people about his personal life and girl friend.

The server we had placed our food down never came back to check until he dropped the check. Yes, you can call a server on the touch screen I refuse to do that. Part of the service industry is to check on your guest.

The waitress did not come to get our drink order for 30 minutes. We observed her waiting on tables that had came in after we did. There were 2 of us. We placed a drink order with appetizers. One hour and a half later we were served. Food cold.

Observed the other 2 tables that came in after us had drinks and food and appetizers within the first hour. 30 minutes later our garlic fries were served cold, very cold. We requested to see the manager just to let him know how poor the service was and how unfriendly the waitress was.

I went with my daughter on a Friday around 2:00 pm to have some daughter and father time. My daughter is 6 years old and she was hungry. We went to Apple bees and we got a booth. We sat there for about 15 minutes and no one came to the table. We just got up and left and no body even noticed we left. What a terrible experience. Since then I haven't returned and most probably I will not go back. I guess they just lost another customer plus all of my family too.

I am a manager, and I wish I could run a place like Apple bee, for sure I would make a lot of money for that company.

This occurred on Tuesday ,May 31 ,2016 at the Lodi ca Applebee's around 11:00pm SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. We waited over an hour to get seated . After we ate our server brought us the check/receipt . We decide to leave her a $7 tip (keep in mind we already left a $5 tip at the table also) so she came back infuriated, upset asking " was my service bad because , we left a $7 .

Our meal was $180 . She does not make money off of tips . They pay her to work there . We let the Manager know but I also wanted a follow up . I'm upset . I'm not sure if I'll ever go back.

Manager on duty in the Applebee's on Dorchester road in summerville SC is totally unprofessional. He lied on the waitress, purposely gave us a fake number for Apple bees customer complaint. Finally, when the food did not look like the picture on the menu, the waitress understood but manager stated " he has nothing to do with the pictures on the menu"

our senior center went to applesbee for a lunch on 5/24/16. I was very disappointed,the server wasd fine. the food was ok. [cheese sauce, fried onions-which I wanted really is sauté oniinons for my steak. you price for onions and cheese sticks is outratous.

you would tjhink that for the price of your food that you should not have to pay for these items. you can believe I will not come again. the store I went to is the one on 422 east in reading pa it was better in Norfolk va.

we got yogurt and strawberries for 1child with her mac n cheese were later informed they were out of strawberries and they were changing it to apples. 24 not even a discount was offered ,we where not as upset as we where disappointed, the server who seemed new and a bit embarrassed for giving us constant bad news, she handled the situation politely and with a smile,good server.

First I would like to say over the 30 some years patronizing Applebee's last evening was such a fiasco I am still reeling from the experience. We went to the Applebee's in Maysville, KY. I had checked their online menu but decided to go in for my pickup because of issues we had with our curbside previous.

I stopped and picked up a Togo menu and went and sat at the bar. There was 2 patrons there that was eating and had their drinks. The young lady never addressed me at all. " I said hello to her which she ignored.

So I showed her an item from their menu I still had up on my phone, she says we don't carry that here. So I showed her the address of her location. She then shouted across to her Mgr and asked Mgr said no also.

" We were all pretty upset by his reaction, but impressed by this young lady's patience and excellent self-control who served that table. What we were extremely disappointed about was the fact the manager or any higher ups at this restaurant did absolutely NOTHING to assist this young waitress or even escort the man out of the restaurant.

We will never visit Applebee's restaurants again. We were thinking wondering an if you do not help your employees at this particular establishment, is this a common practice at all of your locations? We do not feel safe at your restaurant and we are all going to tell this experience to our family and friends and their friends and their friends alike.

on may 20 2016, my husband I decided to try a steak at our local applebees in Elizabeth city nc....the service was great but the steak was as tough as shoe leather...we were so tired and hungry that we tried to eat the steak and not complain to the manager..thank you linda and billy Gregory...339-6493..

Last Friday night my brother, mother and myself went to Applebee's which was a long time coming. We were all looking forward to having the riblet dinner only to find out you discontinued them. We were really disappointed. Now that is the third thing your company has discontinued that I for one have enjoyed eating at your restaurant.

First it was the chicken chimi chunga,, second was the soft shell tacos you could order it either beef or chicken and now the riblet dinner. We won't be going back as we walked away very disappointed. Hopefully you will put these great foods back on the menu.

I ordered 6 0z steak was maybe 4 0z tough could hardly eat it/ask for baked potato /was told we don't baked potato till 4 pm no salad wife ordered 4 cheese macaroni took forever finely when we got it look like box craft macaroni and cheese only one cheese and paid extra for it, we did not eat much of meal.

Horrible service, lack of communication in the kitchen.

Was told the kitchen staff was not familiar with the new menu (they'd had it one week).

My salmon was overcooked and kale garnish was not supposed to be cooked. My husband's beef tips were overcooked; they were tough and rubbery.

Applebee's Capital Circle location in Tallahassee, FL will not grace their doors again!

I waited 20 mins for water with lemon, got the water with no lemon. Ask again for lemon the waitress never came back another person brought our food and didn't give us the wontons on my shrimp dinner, looked for waitress can l have lemon plus wontons I have been waiting for the lemon can't drink water without lemon shouldn't have to ask or wait that long.

plus it wasn't even busy so I don't know why she would forget me. Ever customer sure be important know matter what it is. I never complaint but your serves is very poor, even the last time I was there as well, but it was busy I just let it pass, but this I am not going too.

We have had a bunch of bad experiences in service and product over the past few years we have come here but today we had tasted water that was extremely well.. Horrible and the server did not care she eventually after my wife's two wines and me and us well done with dinner finally bring us new glasses and we sipped and again something was way off here in LI ny!

Terrible and she never asked how anything was at all.. Nasty!!! We have been there and gotten extra charges that made no sense that didn't happen the next time and also servers that were either rude or actually sat down next to my wife and hit on her. Noo more for us.

She is a blogger and vlogger and so I guess it will come to light but thumbs down big time!!!

I went to the APPLEBEE'S located in Bwk, Ga. on 4\23\16 where I had the worse service . It was my Mom's Birthday and the dinner was ruined. It took us 1hr and 45 Minutes requested to speak with Manager that was on duty he never came to me I had to go to him and advise him what was going on he did NOTHING.

We had to ask the waitress for Silverware to eat with. Sad but, true the restaurant was not busy but, we still did not get Good Customer Service at all. My friend and I went to Applebee's on May 12, 2016. J. It was between 5 and 6pm. When we walked in, we were greeted nicely, and then the hostess proceeded to take us to our table. The table she gave us, was not appropriate for me, since I have back problems, and the chair would make me quite uncomfortable, That's when I noticed an empty booth on the opposite side.

I asked the hostess if we could sit there and said she had to check up front.... The hostess apologized, and said the table had to be wiped down, which I knew wouldn't take long, since there weren't any dirty dishes, or food scattered all over the table....

My daughter and I went to Applebee's in Tuscaloosa today for Mother's Day.

First off while the waitress named Ashley was taking our drink orders she was wiping her nose.

Second the drinks came out after about a 15 minute wait. My daughter appetizer came out after the meal was served by the manager. Two other people brought our food out. We ate some of the food and asked for a box for the rest.

Ashley was quick to bring the boxes and the ticket. We got the money together to pay the bill but it was taking so long (over 20 minutes) for her to come back that another server said he would take the money and make sure she get the change left.

As we got half way to our car Ashley comes running out saying excuse me excuse me did yall pay the bill.

There were at least 20 people waiting in the cramped lobby to be seated and 7 open tables. I asked why we couldn't be seated at one of the open tables and their reply was it would be overwhelming. I replied that the cramped waiting area was pretty overwhelming at that point and maybe if some customers were seated it would help.

They said nothing so we continued to stand for another 15 minutes waiting.

On Friday May 6 2016 called in a order to Applebee's located on HWY 45 N in Columbus Ms. Call in for curb side pick-up for 3 orders. Made call around 11:40 am order was for Chicken Tenders Fish and Chips and a Chicken Pasta Meal.

Gave a pick-up time of 12:15, arrive at location at 12:11 pm. Waited until 12:25 decided to go inside to see what the problem was. Got inside you lady asked if she could help me I told her the I had been waiting in my car since 12:11 and my order never came out, she check and

Me and my husband ordered off the 2 for 25 menu but got charged a significant amount separately for each entree instead of the 25.00 Plus tax...plus we did NOT get an appetizer which is included in the special. I contacted the supervisor, Terry Heavner & he refuses to look at my receipt and give me an adjustment or some type of compensation based on NOTHING. Hello, recently visited your restaurant location in Manhattan Kansas on 07/05/16 5:00 PM for a celebration meal with my family of five. My daughter ordered the mac & cheese with strawberry yogurt as a side. She was sadly suprized when crunching down on a metallic substance, after removing the spoon from her mouth.

It was the rumness of a steel Brillo pad used to clean crusty dried food from dishes. 00 dollars in this location, I think some quality checks are in order. If my child would have been actually hurt during this irresponsible activity in your location, you would be reading this in the news.

Being a Applebees customer for numerous years, I always order the chicken fiesta salad, The last four times, including today, Salads are just not the same, I have been at 3 locations in the last two weeks. J. J. J.

, I truly enjoy this salad, As working with food all day, I chose to order Applebees. But lately, They just seem to not be the same and less portions.. This is disturbing to me as I have always enjoyed your restaurant.

Upon being there numerous times , I have always brought alot of gift cards for others, But not to sure any more.. Even the cowboy burger is no longer on the menu.. Just not happy anynore with the food, Service is great though. Thank You.

While traveling from a business function with two customers, we stopped for a late supper at the Augusta GA, Windsor Road restaurant. Upon entering we saw several open tables and thought this was a positive sign that we could have a good meal and be back on the road soon.

We still had several hours of driving ahead of us. There were two couples waiting but no greeter. After about 5 minutes I put my name and number in our party on the list at the greeter stand. After about 5 more minutes the greeter returned.

I told him I had already put our name on his list. Two more couples had arrived while he was gone and he placed their name on the list. He then disappeared back into the restaurant. About 5 minutes later he again returned and called the 1st. name on his list.

Went to Applebee's in Covington va ordered mozzeralla sticks and bourbon street steak also fiesta chicken. The mozzeralla sticks were cold and the steak was in two pieces and was so small almost like a child size. The rice was well over done. Not happy at all.

My husband and I came in for dinner and the waitress had a trainer following her, no problem. I ordered the chicken with shrimp on top and mushrooms. The chicken was burnt and thin with 1 mushroom and the shrimp.

I sent it back to get what I had ordered, the table next to us had ordered the same but it wasn't burnt with 1 mushroom. After my husband ate his 4 cheese mac and hnychx I asked the waitress to have mine to go since it took so long.

When I got home the same food they served me was in the togo box! what a terrible experience! I will think twice before ever coming back, we usually go once a week for several years. You can look up the receipts from "Scott Raley" paying with American Express.

2 Years ago was the best, then everything changed, it turned into just another fast food…

Visited Applebee's at 12242 W 95 th St, Overland Park, KS. Arrived at 1 and left at 2:13 per receipt. Took 45 min to get our food. My Quesadilla Burger was almost raw rather than well done. We had 2 waiters because of shift change.

The young lady to ended up taking care of us was outstanding. She took the burger back and when she returned it it looked as though it was thrown in a microwave as all of the dressings had melted to the plate and the French fries were like leather.

The manager came and stated how sorry he was and left {he did what he had to do and left but did take $6 off the check). We paid our bill and left (my food uneaten). We have been customers of Applebee's for the last 15 years but sorry to say this is our last.

I came into your establishment 4/16 for my daughters 18th birthday with my husband and 4 other children. I was not greeted by the hostess and when she finally came to her post she stated in these words"just to let you know it will be 15-20 minute wait".

It's 3:00 pm and there was open seating . After learning that staff called off that's the reason we were to wait. Not MY PROBLEM I thought. Next the waitress did not write anything down she got orders wrong two times.

Drinks were wrong my 24 daughter ordered a simple apple martini she got strawberry .

Finally the manager yes I said manager helped with bringing out an order of salad and it was quite disturbing his thumb was in my plate . My husband wanted to get through my daughters birthday and requested I just overlook it.

Our party arrived at the location and checked in with the hostess. We were given a wait time of 30 minutes. I observed that there were 5 or 6 tables that had not been cleaned and no one was sitting there.

It appeared that not enough staff was available to serve the customers. The manager then attempted to tell another party (mistakenly thought it was us) that it would be another few minutes. We waited for the 30 minutes and were shown to a table.

Went to your restaurant around 7:00 pm. A host sat us down at a booth next to the door and we sat there for more than ten minutes waiting for some one to take our order no one showed up like i said for at least 10 min.

We must of had 10 server's walk by us and said or did nothing, Finally the hostess that sat us came over and asked if a waiter or waitress has come by we said no .

My wife and I go out each Friday night this night we picked the Applebee's Jonestown Rd Harrisburg. pa. it was 4 PM we had table 22. I ordered a small draft beer, ( a Man brought the beer) And an Ice Tea, Ann had water and coffee. She ordered pretzels and a chilly. I had a chilly and a full rack of ribs. Fry's and coleslaw. The girl ask about an appetizer or dinner Ann said dinner . So my chilly came with the ribs I had to ask for Ice for the beer, The soup was just warm and the ribs were just warm. the Fry's were cold. Applebees 9815 Nw 41st St, Doral, FL · (305) 716-4942 - As i walked in at about 6:00pm the hostess greeted me. I asked for a table or booth for (1). she advised I would have to eat at the bar.
