wrote toyou a few weeksago about a not so nice visit tothislocation, tried again today and yet another poor visit. the fries were dry amd not hot, orange drink dispenser came out clesr with just a hint of orange soda, didn't know that until we got home.
hope some changes will take place so we can go again. thank you
The staff Brittany who served us at the drive thru was very unprofessional. 99. When my kids opened their packs, they did not see the chicken nuggets, I also did not see my fries so I went into the syorewith the pack and told her the chicken nuggets for the kids and my fries were not included...
She yelled at me saying "I am sure I included it but I am giving it to you again just take it and get it out my store" I have never been accused, insulted and humiliated like this in my life... I am still asking myself why Brittany would think so lowly of me and speak to me like that?
I will appreciate if the management of Arby can ask her why she was so mean to me... I am assuming it's because I am black and a foreigner but I may be wrong but would really appreciate an answer.

Hello, I work at Arbys on East broad street and I am filing a complaint on 3 people.
Last week on Thursday I had to leave work early because Jamie a manager, Awshana, Dezion, ans Naizayah were all smoking weed and it made me sick to my stomach due to the smell and Naizayah is a minor at that which made the situation worse, but I had to leave because i got sick and had a nose bleed...Earlier this week on Tuesday I had another incident happen with Jamie, Awshana and Dezion, I had just clocked into work and everything was okay until either 1 or 2 hours go by and Jamie and Dezion start talking very disrespectfully about other employees that were white including myself, They talked for a bit and it made me very upset so I stepped outside and called my sister for a bit to calm down then came…
Was left waiting in drive thru for over 10 mins for a shake .
Finally went inside to ask for refund just for the employee to mouth off to other employee I haven't been sitting out there that long and actually they seen I had been sitting out there 14 mins. Then had to stand there and wait for refund didn't think about taking my card back but then was told I had to go get my card if I expected. Refund.
No apologies no offer of ANYTHING ... I was late getting back to work and now not only did I not get shake I was late getting back to work and now have to wait for the money to go back on card for his knows how many days .!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE Arby's Cloverdale Indiana
Just picked up double roast beef and classic roast beef w/medium crinkle fries 8-17-23 5:15 pm. Got home the buns were stale, cracking and falling apart, lived in Hilliard oh for 32 years and visit your store twice a month, 1st time a problem, my wife told me to throw hers out, I could only eat mine by throwing away top bun, don’t like to complain but 1st bad experience..Thanks for your time, Todd Bland (614)980-7414
visited arbys locatyion 4000 block of lindell in saint louis mo and told in drive thru no orders being taken until uber orders were filled return next day told drive thru wait for at least 10 min needs new management despartly
Ordered 2 meals. Large sized. Waited for 20ish mins in drive thru . Got food completely cold. Can't even eat it. Gross. Waste of money. Please refund my money. Thank you.. Dissatisfied

I am a frequent customer at the Cordele, Georgia, Arby's at the Pilot Travel Center. I have severe PTSD from sudden loud noises, and who knows how many other people may suffer from the same issue. Recently, this establishment installed a loud obnoxious bell for customers to ring, this is very inappropriate for a restaurant and can ruin the dining experience. It should be removed.
And I hope this complaint will get it removed, thank you for your time and consideration.
I’ve visited the Arbys on Hwy 280 Birmingham, AL countless times. Restaurant 05301. Usually always good. Went through drive through, ordered 4 sandwiches, curly fries and a coke. Pulled to a waiting space, which I don’t mind at all. ) packets.
When I checked my bag, I didn’t think to check for the fries, but when I got home, there were no fries. They were on my receipt. Then my wife couldn’t eat but a couple of bites of her crispy chicken sandwich.
Her comment was,” the food is just getting worse and worse”. I fed it to the dogs. I’m not sure what’s going on…maybe being short staffed or maybe the employees aren’t as good on Sundays as weekdays. But, this was a real disappointing visit to your store.

I have always found Arby's to be my favorite fast food restaurant in Abingdon, Va. They have a viariety of menu items from which to select and their food is always very good. I usually spend $50+ a week on lunch there.
Today, however, is my last day to eat at the Abingdon, Va Arby's. 13. The drive-thru employee handed me my drink and sandwich at 12:12 PM, asked me to pull to the end of the building and they would bring my fries out.
I was still waiting at 12:30 so pulled back into the street and turned in Arby's, parked and went inside. The girl said she didn't know anyone was waiting on fries - the guy at the drive-thru said he told them customer was waiting for fries.
Yes I was upset-I waited 20 minutes for french fries and I couldn't count the cars that went thruy the drive-up window…
Everytime I frequent this store my order is either missing an item or made not right. Today I ordered and got home to realize I was gypped out of 2 things and my shake had a hole in the plastic cup to have it leak all over my white shirt. Talk about a shitty experience.
The Arby's in Raton, New Mexico is never open by seven AM. I arrive about 7:15 to 7:30 have found your establishment still locked tight I have tried to buy breakfast five time in the last three weeks. One time I arrived at 7:25 and they were just unlocking the doors!! Thank You. Jeff
Several weeks ago a sent in a complaint about the food I received thru the drive thru Arby's here in St Louis Mo. The employees have always been pleasant, the issue was with the food. 00 or more everytime. This time I ordered 5 roast beef sliders and a large Jamoche Shake, the shake was fine, but the sliders were smaller in size hardly any meat on them and the cheese looked like it had just been laid on top, wasn't even melted and the sliders were cold.
I won't be going back. I haven't heard word one from Arby's, shame on your company.
Had one of your garlic ribeye steak sandwiches about a month ago and it was fantastic. My husband had one a week ago and it was horrible. Today we are in another town and ordered the garlic ribeye steak sandwiches and they were horrible.

nearly 45 minutes later I got my order. On way home I began to eat . The fries were cold and so was sandwich. I dontbthink I'll eat arbys again after this experience.
72 worth of lunch, so i paid for my order, and i left the counter and went out to my car to get in it and i looked at my car , and it looked dirty after i just washed it. So what really happened is that the manger was out side blowing leaves and trash around and on my car.
So i asked him would he blow that trash off of my hood and top, and he started blowing it in my face. So i went back in the store and they told me that he was the manager. This happened at Restaurant at 1463 State road 436 Casselberry, FL.

The Arby's in Fort Collins, Colorado, off College St. is usually a great place to eat. Lately, the lobby is closed due to employee shortage, and most recently during 2 visits they were out of Fish, and Apple Turnovers, and tonight, they were out of roast beef, and apple turnovers.
Last visit, an employee Dakota went out of her way to please us, and we went away happy, despite the issues. Tonight, the young man at the window was also very courteous and did what he could to please us.

The lady at the window was rude, I was looking at my receipt looking to see why it was so much. The lady said here, as I looking at my receipt. When I got to work I was missing some of my good that I had paid for, and I don’t have time to go back out to have it fixed.

If the sandwich I had was what the classic now is you will not be in business long. I understand the increase in price but this was like paying for nothing more than a mini slice of bread. Have always enjoyed Arbys but this was redivilous.
I last few times I went there to eat I ordered a Sandwich and asked for lettuce and mayo on it. Barely any lettuce and mayo and it was cold. I believe you better get another manager in there that knows how to run the restaurant they it should be.
The new cardboard straws make the drinks taste terrible! I got a chocolate shake and it would not let me drink the shake. It acts like a straw with a hole in it. And the after taste is terrible! How do you drink a drink when your driving if the straw doesn’t work properly?
Someone should’ve tested this straw out before just switching it trying to be green. I will not stop there for another shake or drink if that’s the new straw!!!
ordered my usual and i wanted plain chicken, ranch, wrap and I new no different because I get this weekly. She said I am the GM for today and I am not doing that so I ordered plain chicken sandwich and I got back to work and she gave me a chicken sandwich with extra hot sauce.

Wrong sandwich to begin with, they made the correct one, had green mold on the bun. Found this out when I bit into it. Absolutely disgusting! I go to the lowville ny location often. Will NEVER step foot in ft drum ny location again.

We went to the Noblesville Arbys at Noon on 7/24/22. The server told me he couldn't hear me. I hung my head out the window and talked as loud as I could. I asked what I could do, he said talk louder, but then he said come to the window.
When I did he ignored us. so we drove off and ate elsewhere. How could he not hear me but he heard when I asked for instructions? very poor service

I wanted to reach out and say that Store # 6875 at 138866 Independence Blvd, Indian Trail NC today June 9th at 12:15 demonstrated the most outstanding quality of customer service I have ever experienced at any fast food. This store is managed by a superior manager who I witnessed handle a very large order , cars lined up all the way around the store and a dining room with excellence.
She was fast, friendly, accurate, professional and handled her team with dignity. Her staff though pressed and stressed still delivered the food with a smile. One young man with dreadlocks ( sorry I didnt get names) I personally witnessed going the extra mile with class and a smile!
That young kid and manager compliments your store to its finest. I was so very impressed! I hope this manager and the young boy…
