I have been a customer for over 18 years and by far the worst experience with a bank. Only reason I stayed because I was scared to mess with direct deposit and money allotted. Get charged twice for using another ATM fees.

No where except FLW has them. Then limit customer service hours. Lord and never go negative our you pay 3x other banks charge. Then today once again nothing works on my online and when I did get help the rudest man.

Yes I was upset but I didn't come at him. He saw one part and said don't blame us for your mistakes. I wasn't but once again I'm paying for a mistake that a system did and a person that sees one part gets attitude.

Would never and haven't recommend them. That was the last straw. We are all human but remember some of us stayed and bared a lot with your…

This bank is NOT local to many Customers they try to service. The find ways to steal through fees from their Customers. I have had sooooooo many issues with this bank from holding Mobile deposits when they've not near me to giving incorrect information about depositing agreement with Walmart.

I highly recommend anyone Military stay away from this bank.

My complaint is that customers are only allowed one courtesy refund of overdraft fees. This is not how it should be, due to the fact that some overdraft occurrences may not be the fault of the customer.

For example when walmart and armed Forces had connection problems and customers could not deposit money into their accounts. The one courtesy is a poor rule / guidline.

I'm a veteran of 100% disabled been shot in the head I used to know how to read but I can't I don't know how to read now and I didn't understand fully of overdraft but was I'm glad I haven't overdraft but they're charging me for feeds since I had my account I never really understand until yesterday when I talked to someone there is an order they go about with listing things that are on your overdraft at the bank if you go into a bank that comes first taken out and

then a lasting say take out is what you use on the machine for your overdraft and I didn't know that when I use my debit card I was using my debit card and I know that I was how much I had my account and how much I didn't and so then I went in to get my overdraft to pay my rent and

I got $900 that I'm going to wait a minute…

I had some bad checks written from my account. I have tried to get a forgery packet to complete since 3 October 2019. I have yet to receive the packet after talking to several managers. I give rating my as a 1.

It has been a poor experience.

I spent OVER two hours today trying to activate our business debit card without success. I recommend our Executive Council change to a more professional institution.

I have been a customer with Armed Forces Bank, probably 20 - 30 years. I asked for a cashier's check to be overnighted to me and was advised that there is not overnight service (are you kidding me) and if sent it would take up to 3-5 business days to get.

Being a customer for this long should have afforded me the courtesy of overnighted a cashier's check since I needed it by 11/10/16. I will be closing this account, the one time I really needed Armed Forces Bank to come through for me you didn't since I can not gain access to the military bases even though I'm a veteran.

I used the Armed Forces branch bank in Las Vegas. I paid my mortgage #0485697502 with my debit card of Chase Bank. I clearly told the teller I did not want a credit placed on my card. She assured me that it would be a debit and no fees accessed.

Her communication skills was not good and I kept telling to her make sure it was not a credit. The teller name was Noemi. 52 for a cash advance. One would assume that if someone told that did not want a cash advance the transaction would have not taken place.

I am requesting my fees be reversed. I could have done the same transaction over the phone for $6. The date the transaction took place was 7/26/16.
