Arvest Bank

Notary service is a free service. I am going through a divorce and need a notary to sign a paper to get a copy of my marriage license. I was told I have to have an account with you. I do not have a bank account with anyone.

Arvest must be desperate for business since they try to force me to open an account just to use a “free” service. If this continues Arvest will be one of the next banks to collapse so much for Arvest providing good customer service.

Force someone to open an account for a free service is bull shit!!!!!!

My husband and I have had an account at Arvest for years and have received good customer service. After today though, I am closing 4 accounts with them. They are not the same bank that they used to be and definitely do not value their clients.

We moved and updated all addresses but they still mailed our new debit to an address from 2 years prior. Some database was not updated internally. I contacted the support team and they were not even concerned that they had not received the card back which they should have and that we had not received them.

I told them that they needed to make sure to cancel them and asked to have new ones expedited to me. 00. They said that I must have changed my address recently and it was my fault even though I had evidence from merchant statements that the…
