Good Afternoon, My complaint is very simple why are you not bringing back Soft Musk ? I mean if it didn't sell well I could understand. But you could bring it back every know and again for the people who loved it. My Mom and I have sentimental meaning to that perfume and know we cant find it anywhere. Well thats not true I found a 1/2 bottle on Ebay for $64.00 and by the time it got to us it was empty BUT the box smelt GREAT. I feel that this is not fair to the people who really loved this perfume and that every few years you should have a special so we can stock up on it. This is my everyday perfume and know I dont wear anything. Because Im very picky. Please let me know your thoughts.

Fraudulent account opened

Hi there,

Please note that someone opened avon account fraudulently using my details.which I'm now being harassed by a company called ITCBA.Which avon handed me over

Was told to write affidavit from police station and send proof of address,also sign on 6 times to prove that I did not open the account.I hope this will be proof enough to make sure that I'm not scammed by avon ever again.

It's the audacity for me:-( and to make things worse no one from avon has ever contacted me about "not paying if I was your client "clearly it shows that you don't have right procedures in place as long as beauty sales are coming in right?hence anyone even the minor can join using a fake ID.

Avon is a company that does not respect and value the work of the representatives. For three days I have been calling customer service to ask them to tell me where my package is and they do not give me an answer and after I paid for an order they suspended my account with a work team that I formed.

I have request to get my account reactive because I was not información about other people having the same address I was not informed about but anything by email I find out because yesterday I was not available to sign in and when I call they told me that my account was suspended

I am a representative for a few years but every year this time then Avon delivers poor work every year. Orders are short or out of stock without notice.

I ordered four combos, but only received half of my products, I placed another order and it said that the back orders will be in the following order but nothing. My clients don't want to pay because they only received half of their order. What the F am i suppose to do now? It just out of stock but the fuck because then they should have kept their stupid order. I am suppose to pay now but no receive no flippen back orders!

I have placed two orders so far this month. 1 Oct 38218429 5 Oct 38229185 (received)

How come the order I placed later is received but the order I placed on the 1st has only been shipped today? I specifically placed that order early as my clients were in a hurry for it. Now they want to cancel and I sit with the problem because of incompetence.

I must say the new courier service Skynet is pathetic. They dont even deliver themselves but use a second courier service (Hibiscus coast distributors) to deliver stock. The box I received on 21 September was so damaged but luckily everything inside was ok. I can not attach the photos as the file is too big

I placed an order in Book 18 with Avon Representative Judy Madsen of Salinas, California via email on August 5th. I asked that she please call or text me that she received the order. I never heard from her so I called her and got her voicemail.

She returned the call and indicated she did in fact receive the order. A couple of weeks passed and I received a call from her stating she was returning my call. I advised we had already spoke regarding my Book 18 order.

She said okay and I thought that was the end of it. A few days later she called me back and indicated she didn't have my order so I repeated what I ordered. It is now over 1 month later and Campaign 20 is in effect.

Placed an order with a local Avon representative, Lisa and Jason Fowler back in June of 2022. I had to pay for the purchase upfront and used my credit card. I ordered a few bottles Skin So Soft and every time I phoned the representative I was told that it was on back order and to this day August 17, 2022, I still have not received my order.

I have been in communication with the rep and her name is Lisa Fowler, up until now, even spoke with her last week and she assured me the Skin So Soft was still on backorder, and she or he her son can't seem to get it. I tried phoning Ms.

I am having a problem with the accounts department. My account was placed on hold on Monday(4/7/2022) after placing an order. Payment was made same day and it reflected on my account by Tuesday. I have called twice everyday thereafter querying why my account was still on hold and order held.

Emails were sent to the accounts dep by the deferent people who assisted with no joy. Yesterday i was told my order my blocked so they cancelled it and i resubmitted it. My account is still on Hold. My Manger even sent them an email but have not received any response.

I am sick and tired of ordering something, told it's back ordered, then told it's not available anymore. I ordered a ring, #599-277, page 127, Cam. 15 and now it's in this book again. I think this company is being run by idiots!!

Also your items are over priced and your clothes are really ugly. I can get all these items cheaper in a store. Your catalog is so full of ridiculous and over priced items. Its really become like shopping in a drug store.

Tried the hair color. Terrible packaging for the dye and conditioner. Made it incredibly hard to mix or get out of the packaging. Conditioner was awful. Hair didn't feel conditioned at all. Color dyed my skin and hard to remove.

I would never purchase again.

Avon’s Online ordering is incredibly frustrating. If it wasn’t for a good relationship with my Rep, I’d just forget about ordering Avon completely. On numerous occasions, I have painfully gone through EBrochure, placed orders >$100 in product, only to find that there was an error, glitch, whatever... and I start over. And, eventually give up.

You need to improve the system as your company and your reps are loosing out. So, until you have a more user friendly app, I’m done with Avon. Let me know when you fix this. Roxy Junkin

I give Avon a 5 because their service IS good! But, my recent purchase of Dramatic Firming Cream is a disaster! It smells awful to the point I can't use it! I purchased a package of four (4) from AMAZON on June 16, 2021 to save money because I have used this item for some 2-3 years with no problem.

I would desire a replacement of cream that has been tested to make sure this bad smell does not exist. I can return what I have with free return shipping! Please advise me as to how to solve this situation.

My June 16 order of four jars of Avon Dramatic Firming smells terrible. I have successfully used this cream for plus-2-3 years, and I've never had this problem. I realize it's past return time, but I did have to finish using the supply I had.

Hi,i send a an order worth 1000 in July n AVON said I must pay 853 in advance I did pay that about about a week they send me an SMS that said my orders are in hold I must pay 37 Rand so that they can send my order instead of paying 37rand I paid 60 Rand even today I did not receive my orders I called several times to your customers care line they said the problem is the debtors but

It seems that every campaign my customers order something and it’s no longer available. I ordered campaign 12 brochures and was charged for them, but when my order came no brochures. They were unavailable. What is going on with this company?

I sold Avon a few years ago and it was a great company. If you don’t have the product that you have in your current brochures, then don’t advertise it. I’m trying to build a clientele and how can I when everything is no longer available and neither are the brochures.

Most of my customers are elderly and don’t shop online. Get it together. No wonder so many people who have been reps for years have quit selling. It’s frustrating.

I have been an Avon rep for over 30 years. Every 2 weeks when I put a new order in I pay my bill in full. It’s 1 day into campaign 9 I was told I couldn’t put an add on order in for campaign 8.

I was told I had to pay for the new order first which was just delivered today while I was at work and not even unpacked yet. I always put add on orders in for my customers because they don’t make the deadlines. 00 in sales. 1st time in years.

So I take any order I can to satisfy my customers trying to get back up there. With all these changes it’s very hard. 00 and I wasn’t going to refuse it. Customer service would not let put the order in.

My records show I always put add on orders in and pay all the additional shipping fees to keep my customers happy. I’m furious right now in all these years…

I would just like to complain about Avon discontinuing its Avon Care Deeply Lip Balm. This is the ONLY lip balm that cures my chapped lips and now it is almost like having to go underground to buy it. I think it should be brought back!

I have not been able to receive my orders since Dec 2018. My orders have been consistently sent to an old address. My address is listed correctly and everytime i call the reps i speak with are able to verify my correct address.

They just resend the order and it still goes to the wrong address. I am a representative and subsequently set up my husband as a new customer so i could at least order products and i do receive them when i order under his name.

When i called the delivery company here to see what was happening with my orders they told me that the packages from campaign 1 and 2 were addressed to my old address. I cant seem to get anyone to seriously check into this.

I am an Avon representative who has complained NUMEROUS times about the amount of shortages that is happening. The only answer I get is, this is a hot topic in our meetings. I live in the Midwest, so most items in the book are sold out by the time I put my order in.

Over the last year I have been shorted several hundreds of dollars in merchandise, the more I complain, the worse it gets. I am loosing MANY customers because of this. NOTHING improves, NOTHING!! I have sold Avon for 5 years I have made Presidents club 3 of the 5 years and am getting ready to quit.

If Avon cannot sell their merchandise than they won't stay in business. Things need to improve from the top down, If whom ever is in charge cannot run the company in a competent manner, than Avon will go out of business the same as…

I made 2 purchases from Campaign #14, page 187, Hanes cotton pullover 2-pk bras -- color: Black/Velvet Evening, size: 2X, for $15.99 and on the same page, another package of bras in the same color but in a different size, Hanes cotton pullover 2-pk bras -- color: Black/Velvet Evening, size: XL, for $15.99.

My complaint is that when I received said bras, there was a price tag attached to each package for only $12.99, for each set of 2 bras. Why was I then charged $15.99 (plus 5.5% tax) by Avon?? I feel I should be reimbursed the difference. I don't wish to return the bras. They fit wonderfully and I love Hanes products. I am however disappointed with Avon overcharging me!

Attended an Avon house party tonight and found some interesting facts out. I still will not buy because I think multilevel is a scam, but I thought you might want to know about the growth outside the states. When I was an Avon representative, I purchased a lot of items from Avon to perhaps look into doing house parties. I was told that Avon had an excellent refund policy prior to me doing this. When I found out that I couldn't do house parties with the way Avon was structured, I asked if I could send most all of my purchases back for a refund. They totaled somewhere around $1,000.00. I was told that they would refund them, so I packed them up and sent them back.

Shortly after that, I was told that refund to them meant exchanges, not cash refund. I attempted to get my money back, to no avail. It was not explained to me prior to this. On Friday 4 of march i applied for a loan they gave me 9000 and i was told that they will settle one my account for Avon which i owed 2982 but on their system it showed 4605. As a customer im not happy because the statement i had on that day of Avon showed that i owe them 2982 whereas fnb say its still 4605 who is responsible of updating the Avon system fnb or avon.

Yesterday when i previewed my statement on the internet still it says i owe Avon 2982 how long does it take to update. I do be gratefully if that payment is reversed and pay through my phone because now my manager is requesting me that i call Avon and explain to them of which to me its waste of money i don't have they won't believe me and

its expensive to contact a call centre. I am not happy with the service i got.
