Today 3/11/23 I visited the Grove City outlet location. While in the fitting room. Another customer walked in on me as I was changing. I closed the door back quickly and said someone is in here. They apologized and then spoke with the staff attending the fitting room.

instead of him saying what he said to me as I entered the fitting room. "Go to any OPEN room," he asked her well did you leave anything in there? She said she didn't think so. He then stated because I will go in there and get it.

I was thinking I'm in here trying clothes on why. When I walked out it he gave me an attitude like I did something wrong. I don't want to be mistreated and I feel dumb for buying the time I did.

I drove home thing I will no longer shop at Banana Republic Factory.

I spent $300 to purchase a coat on sale from Banana Republic few days ago . It was a no return and refund item . So I carefully went through the size chart just to be accurate. According to their chart , waist size 33 inches should get a large size . My size is large.

But it was way too big for me . As the mechanize did not specified it is a big fit and not to follow their size chart . I think I should get an exchange to a smaller size .

Banana Republic refused to refund where a different size needed to be purchased in exchange for a larger size in the same item as advised by BR when I called in about an exchange. Advised to return item and purchase new item, but later refused refund for the first item.

Horrible customer service over a less than $60 dollar item. Banana Republic treats customers like a shell game.

They used a cheapo shipping service. I wasted hours trying to get my stuff delivered. The management is overpaid. They set up a system that treat customers like trash. These m*r*ns told me I had to wait at home for 12 hours on Saturday and that MAYBE they might deliver the merchandise that was supposed to be here the day before.

There was a worker at the MENLO Park Mall location that was extremely aggressive and rude to me as I was riding the elevator in the mall I would like for someone to reach out to me because he even threatened me and I would like to know if this is how business is conducted . I already filed report with mall security and police

I did my shopping today at one of your outlet store in cookstown,- tangers and on the clearance sale , the sign placed on the top of the sale rack posted, 50 percent off ticketed price then beside it , it says take extra 40 percent off clearance then i asked one of the sales rep and she calls the manager incharge and said its a mistake and

said we have to removed it both sign of the two rack and said we will give you the price . they removed the sign , so i said its my lucky day i grab the sizes that i need but then i was sooo disappointed that the manager in-charge change her mind when i pay the items , said cant give both 0nly 50 percent ,that's the sale price so

i said to her you don't have word of honor and its very clear on the posted sign and you should give that to your customer.…
