For 3 days now I have been locked out of my online banking, and can’t log in to my account. I have called bank of Hawaii literally 10 times in the past couple of days trying to get a temporary password, I have had bank of Hawaii employees hang up on me, give me the wrong temporary password, I have asked to speak to supervisors to get help and
explain my situation and they will not even let me talk to a supervisor. Bank of Hawaii has the worst customer service I have ever received in my life, and this has been the worst banking experience of my life.
I have 2 other banks and I never have had any issues like this with my other banks. Bank of Hawaii does not care about there customers at all and have shown me no willingness to help me, they show absolutely no care in what I’m going through.…
