but i'm really disappointed last 2 days ago when i joined the quick guest survey for customers. and i dn't want to experince it again even to my friends.

I drove through the Baskin and Robbins in Arnold, Mo. 63010, on October 29th, and ordered a pint of your dark chocolate ice cream, and one of your Halloween donuts. So, that night I sat down to eat it, and to my surprise, the ice cream had ice crystals in the ice cream, and tasted funny, and the date on the carton was 2012.

Your ice cream isn't cheap, so I expect higher quality from Baskin and Robbins. Wayne Wehking

My wife is pregnant and was so excited about eating the pink bubblegum flavored ice cream that she always had as a child with her dad. When the branch in Granbury Tx first opened they had it but only for a short time we went there everyday to get it.

Now it's gone and they no longer have it. But yet they say they get new flavors in every single day. I think if you advertise 31 flavors then you need to carry all 31 flavors. This past Sunday we went to see if they had bubblegum and they did not so my wife chose a rocky road instead.

And guess what they didn't have that either. I am not pleased at all and thus the nature of my Baskin-Robbins complaint today. We are a family of 5 about to be 6 so every time we go through the line and don't order you are slowly losing a good customer.

Why is the Baskin Robbins on Westchester Ave and Southern Boulevard in the Bronx NY charging an additional fee to write a message on the cake. If I purchase a birthday cake, why should I pay for a message and why is the fee not printed on my customer receipt when I pay for it? I wish the CEO was here so I could tell him to his face.

My children and I was at the Bask in& robins on 11mile & Ryan yesterday at about 1:45-2:00pm . and the service was horrible the cashier got my oder wrong and had and attitude when I ask to correct it, she put a chocolate eclair glazed donut for my daughter in a bag without any wax paper chocolate was all over the bag.

My other daughter order a bagel with cream cheese get to the the car no cream cheese to much butter. I was running late to an appointment and was unable to turn back around.

I was not going to complain, but I have thought about it a lot and I decided to. I watched Fox News today and in West Hartford, CT and Rhode Island Dunkin Donuts establishments seem to be anti cop by 2 incidents that happened there.

My son is a cop.

Also my husband and I were at 4525 N. Sterling Ave. Peoria, IL at the Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins store. We were ordering 2 cones in the drive thru. We were having a problem hearing the young man. My husband had him repeat the order.

As we started to drive around to get the order the intercom was still on and we heard him say f. . ing something. ing and not the other word. We do not speak this way and don't like being spoke to this way.

My wife and I went into the Joplin Mo. location and both ordered 2 scoops in a cup. At checkout the girl asked if we would like a freequency card said sure. After paying (which we did not get a receipt for because the receipt didnt print and she would have had to charge our card again to get it to print) we sat down to enjoy our ice cream.

While sitting there my wife noticed on the card that it was only punched for 2 scoops instead of the 4 that we had paid for so I went to the counter and told the girl that we had only received 2 holes punched when we had paid for and received 4 scoops.

She informed me that it only counted as one as per her boss. I looked at her quizzically and asked her how it only counted for one when there were 2 scoops in it. She said thats what her boss told her to…

I visited your store in Southend on Saturday, the whole family had a 3 scoop sundae. When my 14 year old was about to put a spoonful of mango sorbet in his mouth I said STOP! in it was a massive bug!!!! Disgusting!!!

I went to shop and the team member from baskin n Robbins told me that he cannot use coupon code which i had got from free charge.I mean why you people give such offers to public when you cannot give them the facilities. He was not having internet facilities to use the coupon code and stuff. The shop is located in nerul east called chaya Quality foods and have such a wrong attitude towards customer and spoiling the name of your brand. It is such a bad thing when you go to a shop and ask for things and you don't get it.such a bad service .

I'll never recommend any body for Baskin and Robbins ,i'll share my Experience with my friends and relatives as well.

This is a complaint against the staff at the Baskin Robbins in San Diego, Ca. I ordered a Spiderman ice cream cake for my grandson's birthday on August 3rd. Around 7pm I entered the store to retrieve the cake. Two caucasian young ladies entered after me.

The gentleman behind the counter addressed them and asked them what they needed, completely ignoring me. I quickly told the gentleman that I was there first. " I told him that I was there to pick up an ice cream cake.

When he brought the cake out, I inspected it and approved of it. I told him that we were planning to cut the cake there, and if I could have 4 cups and 4 spoons. He quickly said "We don't do that here".

I went to Baskin Robbins on July 31 , 2015 the one that located in Artesia , on South street in Ca. 31 special , so I purchase my 4 scoop of ice cream . I received coupon stating to come back on 1, 2, or 3 to get special.

I went back today 8/3/2015 with the intention of using that coupon , I was told that the coupon only good for one scoop , which was not in written on the coupon . I purchase two scoop . Can you please clarify why is it that the other 31 favors that I visit on 31 of month allows this special and this one did not .

This store was very busy that day because a lot of people asked about that special was told the same lie that I was told . Please correct this problem , I will not go to that store again , I love 31 one flavor ice cream.

At the store on 14th Ave and 65th Street in Brooklyn, NY, I have had nothing but bad experiences. They never have marshmallow topping for their sundaes, yet it's on the menu board. This is FALSE ADVERTISING. And they repeatedly allow this derelict and degenerate lady to loiter and sleep in the store, not to mention cut the line and attack customers, and also cuss repeatedly and spit on the floor.

I talked to the employees twice and apparently they don't care about their customers' safety and well being since they continue to permit this unsavory lady to loiter there, potentially frightening and turning away customers. Please take appropriate action and please reply within a reasonable amount of time. Thank you.

I ordered an ice cream cake for my daughter's 11th birthday party. They spelled her name incorrectly! The brainless teenager that was working behind the counter on the day before the party would not fix, refund my money or make a new cake!

She also said that she was all alone and could not give me the number of the manager but would call me back after speaking with the manager. She finally called back and said that I could talk to a manager on Tuesday, three days AFTER the party!

And, so sorry 'hope you will still come to our store"! NO FLIPPING WAY! BR sucks!

I am writing this in regards to a horrific and truly traumatizing experience I had at store location #345444, 24870 N. Lake Pleasant Parkway.

I don't even know where to start with the extent of true Hurt and Disappointment in this company resulting in a Once in a Lifetime experience I will never get back. The experience will affect me for years to come.

I went into Baskin Robbins @ 177 College street Covina Ca. @ 7:00 pm July 19,2015 for national ice cream day. I was informed that location does not honor this day. They have a 31 flavor ice logo and Baskins Robbins on their building and don't promote this is not fair!!!.

I than proceeded to hand the girl a coupon for buy 1 sundae/get 1 for 99 cents. I asked if this included he hot fudge browine sundae and she said yes. Upon paying which at this time I was informed the price was extra.

Needless to say, I should have been informed at the time I inquired if the hot fudge browne was included in the coupon and have the opportunity to order it or decline and pick something else. If this location is independey owned they should honor all special days as a Baskin Robbins day.

since june 1st I have tried to order a double dip cone and all we get is they don't have any or twice the employee had an attitude about making them. this has happen 5 times now and its got to stop I think Baskin robbins owes for not getting a cone with our icecream the Baskin Robbin im referring to is 7028 us hwy 301 Riverview Fl Ive been there before and

I am wondering if you quit making the peanut butter and chocolate ice cream. I have gone to several Baskin Robbins locations to get a peanut butter and chocolate milk shake and none of the locations had that ice cream. In my family's opinion, that was the best ice cream you made. Please bring it back!!!!!

I have been going to the Baskin-Robbins in La Puente, CA (Hacienda) 91744 for many years. I go to the store often and in the summer at least everyday. Lately there has been a worker called Karen. This worker is rude and when I asked her if she can add another flavor in the blizzard she rolled her eyes right in front of my face.

Some bask in robbins locations practice not putting in their pint containers the right amount of ice cream that you pay for....I call it air stuffing..some locations pack in the right amount OTHERS try to screw you over..the location in chattanooga tn near Brainerd road is the worst I have seen..after catching them on more than one occasion..I told them what they were doing and they only put half a pint on my order..when I complained the guy behind the counter just jerked my debit card out of my hand. I had ordered an ice cream cake for my 18 year olds birthday today, and I had ordered it online and picked it up from a Colorado springs location off of Stetson hills and tutt, 809022. Online it had said, the cake description, said it would feed 6-8 people ....

and we have 4 people over for the calibration, and didn't even feed all of us!! 2 of which are under the age of 9. I couldn't even FIT 18 candles on said cake, and paid 26 dollars... on LITERALLY a 4 inch personal cake.......

Ordered 1 single scoop, 1 double scoop on a regular cone. Got to the car and realized the man had charged me twice for each one. Went back into the store and he said that he didn't overcharge me. Showed him the receipt too.

Couldn't talk to a manager because there was no manager there. I could have gone to the store and gotten a gallon of ice cream for less. 64 for a single scoop.

Rating- 0. On March 20, I went online and ordered a Spiderman cake for my grandson's 3rd birthday, I received a confirmation and my account was charge on March 21, 2015. I went to pick up the cake at 801 Penn Av Se, WDC on March 29 and there was no cake.

There also was no manager onsite and thus I am assuming no licensed food handler. The staff called the manager and only wanted to refund my money. No explained what had happened or worse, no one would give their names or the absent manager's name.

I want to be compensated for the use of my money, the pain, humiliation and discomfort of not having the special cake for my grandson's 3rd birthday party.

Baskin Robbins location in San Pedro Ca on Western Ave. I went in around 7:30 on Wednesday on March 25 and the girl claimed to be out of pistachio, cookies n cream, mint n chip, chocolate chip and who knows how many more.

I used to work for baskin Robbins and there are always at least 3 other bins of ice cream in the main freezer in the back and one full bin of ice cream underneath the one that is empty. Either the girl was way too lazy to grab another one or someone did not place the order ( I find this hard to believe).

Someone teach this girl how to do her job correctly. How can a place known for having at least 31 flavors be out of over five of the original flavors ever made?

This branch in Clermont FL 34711 never has 31 flavors. I take my Grandson in for peanut butter and chocolate they don't have it. My husband likes Mint chocolate chip and that is out also. My favorite is the love potion 31 usually only available in February but not at the Clermont store.

4 times my husband checked and they didn't have any, didn't know that they would get any and really didn't give a damn about customer service or the fact they are always out of many flavors of ice cream. Not worth wasting time to go there anymore unless you want donuts.
