Bealls

I was really trying not to make this a racial problem. This is the second time I have visited this store on west Tennessee in Tallahassee, fl, and the clerk only greeted the white customers. When I chew out she asked did I want a bag both times and she almost threw my bag to me.

I called on Sunday and entered all my information including my ss#. It did not tell me customer service was not open until I entered all my information. Why not give the hours of. Operation up front? Very frustrating

I just closed my Bealls Credit Card which I had since 2014.

I was unable to "TALK" to someone to get to the bottom of why I had a balance of $117. I went around in circles for a hour yesterday between customer care and customer service with each telling me I had to speak o the other. I finally just paid the balance.

I went to a store today and was told in person, there was nothing at a store level that they could do.

While there, I browsed. As usual, my petite size 14 was unavailable in Amanda Jeans and Shorts. The mediums in the Life is good t-shirts were unavailable. There were no Gloria Vanderbilt T-Shirts I have wanted to support "brick and mortar stores" but increasingly, Bealls doesn't have the stock that allows me to shop in person.

My wife and I have enjoyed the Bealls store located at 2385 York Crossing Dr, Hayes, VA since it opened. In fact my wife opened a Bealls charge card a while ago. Until our visit today the staff have been very nice and pleasant to deal with.

Today when we checked out we encountered the most unfriendly, rudest employee. There were two ladies checking customers out. One lady, the rude one finished with a customer and walked away leaving us standing for several minutes before she came back to her register.

We greeted her with no response. When we paid we told the cashier to have a good day and once again there was no response. We didn't even get a smile throughout the process. The lady is a white female, little heavy with dark hair.

I called about returning two items I had never worn with the tags on but no receipts. They said they could use my card to search for the items I was returning. I was returning a dress and shorts. They never used my card and wanted to refund me less than $5 for both items. I was so disgusted.

I shopped there frequently while wintering in Florida. I feel like I never want to step foot in your stores again. I was a loyal customer who feels treated with no regard for supporting your stores.

I would give 0 stars for this store in Apopka, FL. My mother invited to take to Bealls to purchase a birthday outfit and help her find a perfume for my sisters birthday . We were in the gift area with smelling the perfumes.

All was great until I felt a turn in my stomach. I look up and see a gentleman that worked there staring at me and my mother. The first time I caught eyes with him he turned away like he was fixing something on the shelf but then after he was bold and brave that he was watching us and not once did he ask if mom or I needed any help.

He watched us all the way to the register and then went to another department . I feel so disrespected and that man was very unprofessional. The lady that was with him she also did not ask us she just stayed working around that area.

I purchased one pair of sneakers, i called associate to pay the entire bill over the phone. 47 in interest, after paying entire bill. I am a truck driver not home much at all. 05, which i just paid. The whole point of talking to an associate was to make sure the entire bill was paid.
