I order a couch that was supposed to be delivered today, 7/3/24. When I checked the status, it said it was canceled. I moved my schedule around to be here for the couch delivery, and was not notified that my purchase had been canceled.

This is very unprofessional, and I am highly aggravated!

I placed the an order on July 30th through Bed, Bath & Beyond (BBB). When I clicked on the item, it said it would be delivered between 1-3 days and showed August 2nd to August 4th. I will be moving to Florence Alabama on August 10th and thought the extra boxes would help secure my other belongings I have in the POD Storage Container.

Today is the 6th and my items have been sitting in China since August 2nd. I emailed, support@jaidservice.com which was the email address given on the confirmation email. That email got returned. I logged into BBB and looked up contact info which had a different email address. I then emailed, BedBath-e@service.com. That email also was returned. I then called 888-605-2801. I bought a 1000 dollar coffee machine and asked for a replacement. I provided order number and the BBB agent told me its free of getting the replacement. the online agent asked me to file a local police report( which sounds really weird to me).

so i spent lots of time to file the police report and talk to him/her for replacement. in the end the agent told me its few days over the replacement day and i cannot do an replacement. this time wasting

I went to refund a gift that I bought online. The girl that was there was kind of repulsive. I didn't like the way she answered me or her attitude.. I lost my key and I went back and I asked her, is she find any keys.

I have consistently received bad customer service and have usually been given a dead-end after weeks or months of reporting the same issue. I receive a wide array of agents with varying skills, but the session always ends with a false promise AND the chat being ended prematurely after less than a minute of idle time. Even when actively typing a response.

Each and every time I call for an update because I hadn't received one in over a week, you have to start explaining the issue from the beginning, even though multiple tickets have been created. Some agents will express an interest and express empathy, while OTHER agents will dismiss all the facts you have presented and insist that the issue is something you had already debunked many times, and refusing to hear anymore, will hang up on you…

This is simply the worst company to ever work for , no wonder so many are going out of business, they allow everyone to simply just steal from them with ZERO consequences. Managment fudge pay on regular basis to allow favorites to get paid more time than they actually work , also customers just walk out with products all the time and you do nothing or else you will be the one to “GET FIRED”,and then

I placed an order for three items in the store on Oct. 30, 2021. I received the two toothbrush holders in a timely fashion. My shower curtain has stated, “Shipped” for many days. Yesterday, I went into the store. The sales clerk verified that it stated the article had been shipped.

Today, I spoke with an agent for Bed, Bath, and Beyond. After she investigated, she told me that it was NEVER shipped. She readily offered to issue a credit. I felt as though she should have offered to overnight my package instead.

I have company coming on Monday. I ordered this item in a timely manner. Now, I’ll go to Belks and get the merchandise from them. I am one very unhappy customer!

Today I walked into the store and a black girl that works at the Palm Springs store on the corner of gene Autry and Ramon road yelled at me “sir do you have a mask”? She startled me and it was extremely rude and unprofessional and I was highly offended!

I grabbed one of the masks she pulled out and took it and put it on so I could go purchase the shower curtain I needed. I feel she was being unprofessional and I felt racism was also involved. I want her reprimanded and possibly fired.

She should not be talking to customers that way regardless of race. I’m highly offended and would like someone to look into this matter.

Spent over $300 dollars online for this item with same day delivery ordered at 1 pm for a house warming gift the next day.

It did not come the same day by 9 pm. I called first thing in the morning and spoke with am agent who called the store to personally make sure they were going to ship the item out. He told me it would be there notblater than 4 pm.. early enough to still be a gift for the party.

It is now 4pm and agents can not tell me what is going on with the item or even where it is at. COMPLETELY FRUSTRATED. I am on the phone trying to cancel so I could spend my $300 where it's appreciated and customer service is provided.

On 6/22/20, I attempted to call to find out if I could return an online order that was not the color I ordered. I do expect to have "extended wait times", but after an hour and 25 minutes, I heard a connection sound, which I answered immediately and the person hung up.

Multiply that wait time by 5 and you will have the time it takes me to try to establish communication with companies I order supplies from to make more protective masks for people with pulmonary problems. That's time away from people who will continue to need protection from the virus.

Maybe it may seem in consequential what color a mask is, but these pillowcases were more yellow that white. White is good to assure older people can see accumulated dirt or oils easily and wash the mask, as instructed. My local store is open…

Pendergrass Ga Ware house I was offered two different jobs went and filled out my application and spoke to, two different people on interview when I did my screeningand it was negative screening with validation of doc calling me so I passed the screening. I had a 40$ in store gift card for returning a hose. I called a couple of weeks before and they told me 40$ was on it, when I went to the store last week to buy rugs and washcloths to use my card there was nothing on it.

Now u tell me how I call there to see how much is on it and they tell me 40$ go to the store ready to check out and my card reads nothing on it. Very disappointed. I was so upset.

I should have just walked out. I bought the wash clothes but the more I think about it I wish I wouldn't have bought them. We bought the hose gave me a gift card and now I am out that 40$ u people ripped me off 40$ and I hope u r happy with this situation because I am not.

Your local store was pushing a sheets & pillowcases, HEARTLAND HOMEGROWN COTTON, USA. 400 THREAD COUNT, IMPORTED MEXICO, MADE IN INDIA. I ORDERED 2 PKGS. OF THE PILLOW CASES, WHEN I WAS OPENING THEM, EXTREME REACTION, EXTREMELY TOXIC. IMMEDIATELY WAS REPORTED TO THE STORE, A MED WATCH ALERT TO THE USFDA AND NOW THIS COMPLAINT.

Before making a trip to our store located on Sunland park drive, I called to check the availability of 2 flawless products and to ensure they honor online prices; I received confirmation of the product available and yes they honor online prices. Traveled to your store and saw a long line of customers waiting to pay, got discouraged but went and got products.

Went to the Embassy Crossing store, in Port Richey, FL. Had purchase and credit card in hand. No one was at the check out aisles. Two associates were engaged in a conversation behind the "pick-up" counter. The female associate saw me, but continued the conversation.

After five minutes, I gave up, left my purchase on the counter and walked out. I won't return.

I bought very expensive >$300 Egyptian cotton >800 count thread - King Size sheet sets in late 2017. I went into their Coquitlam, BC store and spoke to Suzanne “that the sheets had started to develop tears on the fitted sheet - I told Heri didn’t expect sheets to treat so

I received a Bissell SYMPHONY ALL-IN-ONE VAC & STEAM MOP for my birthday 10/122/2017 and still under warranty. I called Willow Brook, IL store spoke with Mgr. Larry. Told him steam trigger not working & leaking all over the floor.

Been used about 5 times. Asked to get credit for a better machine not a refund he said no. Take it to the store where it was purchased Lombard, IL store but why? 00 minus 20% with your coupon. 91.

My mother can't find a receipt she moved & lives in a retirement development in SW Florid she's 89 years old. PLEASE TELL ME WHY I AM HAVING SO MUCH TROUBLE TO GET A CREDIT FOR THIS PRODUCT. Don't want to write Consumer Complaints. Please advise. Thank You.

I was in the Manahawkin NJ store today about 1030am to get 20% off what I bought. I had problems getting the emails so I found one and printed it they said it was no good but the manager would probably take care of it due to the problems well the manager was quite rude and

since she was just talking and would not let me speak I finely told her to shut up and try listening to the customer and with her smartass attitude gave me a look to let me know she just did not care so I left.

Your manager was the ruddiest person I have meet in a long time.

Purchased a pillow yesterday. Use my 20% off coupon. Realized as soon as I got home that I had accidentally bought a stomach/back sleeper instead of a side sleeper. Went to exchange it today for the other one and they would not let me have my 20% off. That is ridiculous!

I am a good customer and really wanted that pillow. Not happy that I couldn’t have still gotten my discount. Will rethink future purchases for your store!

I went in the store to exchange an item and buy other items. The customer service told me to go stand in the check out line which was very long.When I finally got closer one checker told me to come over but as I walked up the other checker rudely told me to stand back. When I said that the other checker told me to come this employee told me no she didn't she has another customer so just move away. I said I don't expect to come into a store to buy something and be yelled at and basically called a liar. Another man in line confirmed that he heard the checker call me over. When I finally got waited on to exchange an item I was told I could go get the one I wanted but I'd have to stand in the long line again.

It is so much easier to order from Amazon and not have to put up with rude employees…

I purchased a Crock Pot Thermashield 6 qt about a month ago and used it for the first time 3 days ago. The smell was so bad I had to put it in the garage to finish cooking. It smelled like burning wires.

Anyway, I took it back to the store in the box. I don’t remember the daytime managers name yesterday which was Dec. 17th but he was not trying to please me. I did not keep my receipt which I usually do until I know I am pleased with my purchase.

He wouldn’t even give me store credit or make an exchange for another crock without my receipt. I guess he must have thought I took it out of the store without paying for it which would have been very difficult because it was so big and heavy I couldn’t even lift it.

I went to bed bath & beyond store in Middletown, new jersey looking for an advrrtised product. I looked online, and the report was that it is availale at the store. when I got there, one cashier could not be boyjered with directing me to the area where I would find it.

another then directed me in the right direction. when I got to the area. it was nowhere to be founr. then a salesperson happened to walk by and when I asked why the product was not available, she said you cannot always believe the internet.

I went home and purchased the product on line. this is why stores are going under. nobody cares anymore. very. very sad.

I had a very bad experience at the cash register today 6/10/18 at Bed Bath & Beyond store #197 in Aventura, FL. They refused to accept manufacturer's coupon which was for ANY Cerave skincare product, except travel size (please see the coupon attached, it's downloaded from the Cerave brand website).

I wanted to purchase a $16 face moisturizer (not a travel size). Apparently both managers that were in the store didn't know how manufacturer's coupons work. They said the exact name of the product has to be stated on the coupon, or the picture has to match, which doesn't make sense since the coupon was for ANY product.

I received the spring 2018 catalog and I found a quilt that I loved so I proceeded to try and order it online but it stated that it was out of stock. I then tried to locate a store that my have it and couldn't find one so I call my local store in north Attleboro, mass. For some assistance.

The girl said she was able to place the order on her end and when she read back the description it was not the same color as in the catalog so I told her to hold off and that I would go to the store to show her the product.

Saturday August 19th at Las Palmas shopping center in El Paso, Texas

There was a huge confusion up at the register's and customers were just moving around trying to find a register. My husband who is a CPA, was talked down by the gentlemen in the front registered with no uniform who was so rude. The customers all looked at my husband with disbelief, and the could probably not believe this gentlemen. My husband was so humiliated that he put the stuff down and walked out the door.

We love your store, but I guarantee you that my husband won't be back for a long time. Your employees should realized that any customer that walks through the front doors and buys merchandise helps pay for their paychecks. As consumers we have options and your employees should realized that.

I decided to explore the Bed Bath and Beyond store near Metrotown mall today (8/15/2017) at around 1:20pm. I moved to the area recently and wanted to get familiar with the store. In my 20 or so minutes in the store I was approached by 3 or 4 associates asking if I needed help finding anything. The last time it was by a heavy set Caucasian man who asked me if he could help me with a product (that said try me) that I had tested out on my back...where my pain is. I wasn't satisfied with the strength of the vibrations, so I put it back on the display. The man then asked me to put it back, like I was stealing it! After that I was ready to leave. I only had three items in my basket totaling maybe $25, but I put my items back on the shelves and walked out.

I am beyond upset at the indecency of Bed, Bath and Beyond located in Chicago Ridge, IL to knowingly put a returned, highly defective storage bench on their shelves to be re-sold to an unsuspecting customer (myself!). I could tell the box was taped closed and made a comment to the sales associate. They assured me all would be fine and don't worry, I can always return it. The box was extremely heavy and I am a 60 yr old short female. I had to carry this from my car to my 90 year old fathers new residence in an assisted living quarters, which was near impossible and beyond exhausting.

I had to get it to the second floor on top of that. Imagine my horror after emptying out the box and laying all the pieces on the ground to realize all the little bags that held the screws were totally empty.…

We went shopping at store #100 in Miami, Fl, we got help from a great employee name Rick, we found every Item we were looking for , but our great experience in the shopping aisle were damaged by the front service, there were more than twenty peoples on line waiting to pay for the Items we bought, there were not enough cashiers working. I went to customer service and they told me that they did not have any one else.

It is not acceptable having to wait more than ten minutes so I could pay for the merchandise while the store Manager save on pay roll and the hell with the customers. Employees like that should not be representing a chain store like Bed Bath & Beyond. (5:08 PM).

I live in NC and shop at the Winston Salem Bed Bath & Beyond location. I have never had a problem with getting sales associates to help me. While visiting family for the holidays in New York.
