Entered chat to find out why earbuds were not pairing to be give phone number to ring as belkin chat does not support enquiries about belkin earbuds. I told the customer care person in the chat that it DOES and then got quick turn around.
The only reason I can see for this is that the person could not be bothered. There is no one to comain to except to the people you are complaining about. No email address either. I have taken the outdated road of actually physically sending a paper complaint just to see if anything happens.
I know I am just a tiny dot to this corporation and wonder where all this lack of human contact and customer support will end.
