I filled out a form online for an insurance quote for a replacement policy. My current policy through Hiscox doesn't allow for an increase in Damages to rented premises, going from $50,000 to $300,000 per a request by the building owner.

I was directed to a sales attendant named Brandon. He condescendingly accused me of having an insurance policy canceled by Berkshire in the past. I corrected him and stated that I canceled the insurance policy on my own after closing a construction company.
