B&H camera shop's website and telephone number has absolutely NO accessibly information. I called both numbers and there is not one place a person can ask about how a disabled person can get to the store. No information about were the entrance is or that you have an elevator Your store is located in the garment district, therefore there is NO handicapped parking within 4 avenues and from 32 to 41st streets (I have the NYC placard for handicapped parking).

As I crutched up 34th street I see to my amazement a parking lot for your paying customers. Could you also include free parking for people with NYC disabled Placards? 3 and having two phone numbers and a website, a disabled person must plan to GET to the store first!

How much would it cost to have a link to explain the total lack of…

I’ve been purchasing from BH for 30 years or more and I’ve been a happy customer. That all ended today when I received my second Canon R5 camera only to find no warranty card, and I was unable to register the camera with Canon.

I absolutely cannot believe I’ve been treated so poorly after all of the business I’ve done with BH, and a whole lot of business I’ve sent your way. A whole lot! Very unhappy. Order 891194518

I purchased an item (laptop computer Acer Concept d7) on August 31, 2021 from B&H Photo-video and made a mistake with purchasing and 3 seconds later immediately cancelled the order online. Well I thought that B&H couldn't possibly have processed an item in 3 seconds.

Well last night I was looking at my bank account and noticed that they charged me for the item! I was just floored how I cancelled the item immediately and they pushed it through disregarding my mistake, cancellation! This is not fair, cruel, nasty way of dealing with customers.

I have been a loyal customer of B&H now for a long time and I get treated like this. I just called the store today Sept. 1, 2021 and they told me that yes it has been cancelled but I will have to wait 5-6 business days until I get a refund.

No longer a friendly place. Long time customer here, many orders, but the last few years have been less than enjoyable. In a recent exchange of emails with Henry Posner about customer service, he did not say hello or hi or address me by name or even thank me for my business.

B&H does not care about people. They do not do relationship. They've paid millions out in discrimination cases against Asians, Hispanics, women, etc. They've gotten too large and too focused on units and dollars and scale. When you order, you're just meat ground through their system.

Choose another vendor that still honors old-fashioned values and earns your business. Or shop LOCAL where they need you and want you. Life is too short and we're all ground through too many systems. Avoid B&H. Not recommended.

com the case that i requested drone car charger which cost 69 including shipping and they deducted money from my card as usually any will do then next day they asking me send ID to proceed with shipping and if not send they cannot ship i was wondering why asking ID ?

this never happen before so i felt awkward i asked to cancel order they asked me send ID to cancel order which is again something strange and i will not send my ID for some site specially its first time i deal with them and sent email to customer service they didnt help at all instead they blocked me and canceled my account with them now i cannot even log in my account there what kind of site do this ???
