B&H camera shop's website and telephone number has absolutely NO accessibly information. I called both numbers and there is not one place a person can ask about how a disabled person can get to the store. No information about were the entrance is or that you have an elevator Your store is located in the garment district, therefore there is NO handicapped parking within 4 avenues and from 32 to 41st streets (I have the NYC placard for handicapped parking).
As I crutched up 34th street I see to my amazement a parking lot for your paying customers. Could you also include free parking for people with NYC disabled Placards? 3 and having two phone numbers and a website, a disabled person must plan to GET to the store first!
