I purchased a 3 in 1 Crosswave late March 2023, as I have severe arthritis and it looked a great product for me to use. The machine has already become faulty and is no longer spraying water already. I rang Bissell for help and because I haven’t my receipt ( problem with emails so had to delete everything and reset it)they couldn’t help me. My husband is an engineer and stripped the machine to find that the pump is no longer working. We have tried everywhere to source a new pump, but everywhere is out of stock It is a common problem with these machines, but surely as it is a current machine parts should be available. Please advise what I can do with this machine as 3 months usage is really appalling. Look forward to hearing from you
