Good morning

I purchased a 3 in 1 Crosswave late March 2023, as I have severe arthritis and it looked a great product for me to use. The machine has already become faulty and is no longer spraying water already. I rang Bissell for help and because I haven’t my receipt ( problem with emails so had to delete everything and reset it)they couldn’t help me. My husband is an engineer and stripped the machine to find that the pump is no longer working. We have tried everywhere to source a new pump, but everywhere is out of stock It is a common problem with these machines, but surely as it is a current machine parts should be available. Please advise what I can do with this machine as 3 months usage is really appalling. Look forward to hearing from you

I bought a Bissell robot vacuum cleaner. The battery didn’t work. Bissell replaced it. The battery is very heavy, located in a compartment on the bottom of the vacuum with no clip to hold it in with only a fragile plastic cover over the compartment, held in place by two tiny screws.

The cover has broken a half dozen times. The clips that hold the roller brush cover in place broke off. The clip on top of the vacuum that holds the debris compartment in place broke off. Now my vacuum is past the warranty period and Bissell will nor repair or replace it.

Customer service gave me runaround for weeks. Poor materials and construction.

I haven't bought anything from you in 5 years. I bought a vacuum that last a crappy year I bought a floor cleaner that broke within 4 months. You have screwed with my bank account recently and fucked me over.

When I called you could not give me any answers for 24 hours but when my bank called they got more of an answer than I did. Why are you in my bank stuff you have no right!! I had problems with your company trying to charge me double I had problems with you taking money from my account 5 years also.

I would never recommend you to anyone. Your company has been a nightmare.

Also I never got my 24 hour call back either

I have been waiting since January for my faulty and potentially dangerous Bissell Crosswave floor cleaner to be replaced. On 15th February I was finally promised a replacement to arrive within 10 days. It is now 7th March and it has still not arrived.

Bissell customer service (when they do bother to answer the phone) are rude and unhelpful. It seems impossible to get any help from Bissell. Really atrocious customer service!

I bought a crosswave #25542 in 2019. I barely used it. When I did I had no issues. I recently went to use it and it does not charge.

First I bought a new docking station. That didn’t work so I bought a new handle, that didn’t help either. Waited to return docking station to try them together. Didn’t work. Now I can’t get a return label to return the docking station.

I looked into buying a replacement battery and there are none available!! I have had this vacuum only @ 3 years! I paid more then $400 for it and like the last Bissell carpet machine I bought it will end up in the dumpster!!

I will NEVER buy another Bissell product again!

Also I will spread the word on how all your customer service did was try to sell me another! So disappointed with your products and service! Maggie Dawson

I bought a Bissell crosswave 2 years ago. I have lightly used it. It will not charge. The repairman says he can not get parts and it can not be repaired. 00 for it. I want a resolution of my problem.

My vacuum that I have not had for even 3 months started smelling like a fire before I could shut it off to check it out I see a spark and tons of smoke from the motor. I purchased it at Lowe’s with a warranty.

Called them for them to tell me bissell needed to send them something for my exchange. So I call them, and guy offer to have me send in my vacuum to be “fixed” IT LITERALLY CAUGHT FIRE!! On top of that why did I spend extra money on a warranty for them to make me wait 2+ weeks the check it out and send it back?

Who can wait that long to vacuum a house? Who would want that vacuum back? This would be a whole different ball game for this company if it caught my house of fire, or my children! Never in my life would I think a company would be so rude and careless.

I ordered a carpet cleaner on the 30th of last month. It said it would be here in 4 to 6 days business days. Today is the 13th. send it out until the 15th. On the phone message it says 7 days.

I find being lied to unacceptable. From what I read in the reviews, I think I am dodging a bullet by not even opening the box and returning it.

I absolutely HATE your commercial, where the girl cleans up the dogs dirty footprints, and then dumps the dirty water down the KITCHEN sink. How horrible. Why not down the toilet or outside?. That is disgusting!!!!!! It turns my stomach every time I see it.

You prepare food in the kitchen, not dump filth into the sinks. Just had to tell you my feelings. Penny.

I bought my 2nd Bissell Vacuum in less than a year and they have both quit working. It’s too late to return to store as it’s been 6 months. I keep it clean so that is not the issue. It’s the motor each time.

Bissell is not what it use to be at all. Very disappointed and will not buy a Bissell again.

The new range of pet spot cleaner with the silly plastic brush is nowhere as near as good as the OXYPET PET BOTTLE. IF ICOULD GET THE ORIGINAL CAN SPAY I WOULD BE HAPPY TO PAY MORE FOR IT. IT IS USEFUL IN AN EMERGENCY.

I HAVE 2 CATS AND A DOG AND I USED TO BUY A LOT. IT IS NO GOOD YOU WRITING AND TELLING ME TO USE THIS OR THAT. NOTHING WAS AS USEFUL AS THAT. AND DON'T TELL ME TO TOILET TRAIN THE ANIMALS. THEY ARE TOILET TRAINED.

little green machine by Bissell when turn on is running but will pump the good water down the line to clean your spot , I have only used twice on carpet and it stopped working, I cannot find my bill of course bought last year from Canadian tire and of course they wont take it back.

I tried cleaning out hose running water through No Luck . I am going to throw in garbage but was asking what else I might be able to do? , Cathy.

I was given a Spotbot pets I have only have this vacumann about 3 months. It was a gift, It work fine until about 2 weeks ago. Now when I put on it on quickclean it make a spot that was cleaned socking wet very wet.

I took it to a repair shop but they said they do not work on it. I am at wits end, I amgetting nowhere. Can som oone reach to me and help. This is terrible for the price.

I bought The Bissell Pet Hairerasor I lived it I recommended to my niece and a friend and they both bought one. I have had for 3 years and it doesn't work as well anymore. It is always getting clogged pet hair is always collecting on bristles.

I am always taking it aprt to clean it out. I didn't think these things wer suppose to happen. What can be done about this. Thank You Sue Kubica

I bought a Bissell Revolution Pro heat 2X on 11/25/18 for my daughter for x-mas. I have the receipt. My daughter was showing it off and I have to say it works amazing. Just as she finished the 1st carpet 10x10 the brushes stopped working.

- OK so it's a belt. We ordered one on line from Bissell and the service rep looked up the numbers and assisted with the order. So today, I attempted to replace the belt and in doing so was unable to align the geared belt as instructed.

I noticed that the drive shaft ( small drive gear) to the motor was out of round- so it went in an oblong turn. closer and then farther away. I do not wish to attempt to place the belt on it as it is obviously not aligned and will only break the belt again.

Please let me know what to do. It has been over 30 days since…

I have gone through 2 Bissel pro heat pet carpet cleaners in the last several years for the amount of money they cost they are not lasting worth a darn the first one I was moving and had to place in storage even though the unit was empty of water and cleaning solution most of the undercarriage plastic parts broke off and when I took it in for repair I was told it would be less expensive to purchase a new one..

So I did just that. Even though I have only used the new unit a handful of times it has already stopped working properly. It will not spray out clean water from the main machine. Of course I have utubed and googled all about this problem checked the hand tool and that sprays water so I know the pump is working tore the machine all apart .

Can't get the upper body to come apart even…

We purchased a Bissell Pro Heat 2X,,a couple year ago to clean our carpets with,,,It worked great was very impessed,,,cleaned it out and rinsed good,,,we got it out again and it will not spray by the cleaning rollers,,,went through all the cleaning steps ,,nozzles not plugged will not spray through that hose,,,the Edge sray works as does the wand on the hose,,,but nothing on the carpet,,,Now Im Very disappointed,,we only got to use this about4 hours total,,,,Will you replace this carpet cleaner,, I know its been 2 years ,but come on,,,one use,,,I read some where that a selanoid is probly bad,,,,If you will not replace this ,,I will not ever buy another Bissell Product,,,,I've read too many complaints,,Thanks for reading this,,,,Steve Lampson 2505 west state rd 64 , Taswell Indiana…

I broke the belt on my Upright vacuum Model 1700. You replaced it with two belts and a roller. Those two belts broke soon after installation. The last one was labeled P/N 3031120. I searched for the belt part on the cpu.

You list the part as 2031093(2 pack).. Were the other two belts the correct replacement? I don't need the roller but do need a belt. Please help. Thanks -rct

I have a model 1700 Bissell. A power belt broke on me and I reported it and you company graciously supplied a replacement belt and roller.

The Belt part no weas 3031120. It broke. I have looked up the Belt No.for the Model 1700 and discovered it was 2031093-2 pk. My question is : was the one you previously sent the wrong belt or is the equivalent ro the 2031093. It seemed the previous was too tight..

CHRISTMAS GIFT BOUGHT AT WALMART WITH 2 YR WARRANTY ,LOST BOX AND RECEIPT I HAVN'T USED CLEANER 10 TIMES BECAUSE ALL SHAMPOO LEAKS OUT ALL AT ONCE AFTER 5TH USE. WALMART CAN'T HELP AND WE TRIED YOUR EMAIL ON CHECKING PRODUCT DIDN'T HELP.

In 2010 I bought a Bissell rug shampooed and it broke after 2 uses I took it back to a west valley store you didn't have another Bissell but you did have a Hoover I took it to customer service and the clerk started to do an exchange when the manager came out and he called the customer service to his office the agent came out and said he had to charge my card and assured me the credit would be applied back to my card I told him I would be upset if this was not credited to my account.

He then gave me his name and telephone number if any problems to call him, when was not credited to call him. Low and behold it was not taken off.
