My husband and I arrived at Wolf Road location at 330 on 4/2/25 upon entering a young girl ( dark hair) asked how many of we said 2, she proceeded to take us up to the bar area, my husband walks with a cane and we didn't want to sit up there so we asked for a seat on the ground floor away from the noise, the look she gave us was horrible, we were seated needless to say it took 15 minutes for waiter ,10 more minutes for our drinks we asked for a appetizer which we never got along with him saying at 4 pm he would rush order and

they were changing hands by 4:15 still no food appetizers with lots of wait staff around we left, terrible service we will not go back to this eatery, we went to outback was seated had drinks in 5 minutes appetizers I. 10 minutes and our order all in 20 minutes, take…

I’ve been to BJ’s restaurant for the past four times and our food is cold On the second occasion, I told the waiter to please tell the head cook, and the manager, he offered to exchange them, but I refused just didn’t need them. No one ever came over to speak with me.

I’ve been back twice and it’s the same thing. It just seems like no one cares.

Experience -0. I had a horrible experience yesterday 10/15/2023 at BJ's located in Stockdale HWY Bakersfield, California. I called the restaurant was told I could not make reservations. Walked in with all my family was told there was an hour wait.

We patiently waited and other people walked in as soon as they arrived. After waiting for more than 1 hour I asked the two hostesses for an update. I was told we needed to wait 20 to to 30 more.

At that time I was upset I asked to speak to a person in charge. A man came out claiming to be Supervisor he looked dirty and unprofessional had un unkept facial hair and smelled bad. He explained that the people that walked in had made reservations two weeks prior to 10/15/2023, I strongly doubt it.

I felt I was being ignored and discriminated because…

I ordered through Grubhub. This is the second time I have ordered through them from here. It seems that they through your food together. My order yesterday the pizza had no sausage, 2 pepperoni, and maybe 3 mushrooms. And to top it off there was little to no cheese. TERRIBLE! Twice in a row!

I am a highly disappointed customer. When my wife and I come to the restaurant it is much different. My name is Sherman Mckenzie.

But tonight was strange. but I didn't realize that tell the Waitress brought back, $205 and said were a dollar short. Now I know there was no money dropped or put back in my pockets. My sister gave me two $5 dollar bills to make the tab, and then the waitress brings back to the table $205 instead of $210, and tell us we're short.

So I asked the waitres. Can you check to see if you may have dropped it, and she said I counted it like 5 times an walkedaway. And so At this point, I'm a bit irritatedbecause I know what I gave the waiter.

On July 11th I was in your restaurant at 5881 centennial center in centennial hills Las Vegas. The waitress switched my cc with another tables. I didn’t notice til I tried to use my card at a nearby store. I immediately returned the card to the restaurant and Jason Whitehouse the manager assured me he would remove my charge for the meal and call me before shift end. Well….

I got no phone call and no charge removed off my bank account for the trouble. They attempted to contact the other party who got my card with no response that i am aware of. I received no follow up call after calling and talking to another manager.

m. Upon arrival it took 5 min for hostess come another 4 to be seated. The restaurant wasn't crowded. I ordered kids tender meal with extra side broccoli for my daughter and nachos and berry colada drink for me. It took 20 min to receive the non alcoholic beverage and 40 min overall to receive the meal.

My daughter food was luke warm, but because it was late and she was hungry I didn't send back.

However I sent back nachos because it had chicken in it that I didn't ask for and it appeared to be sitting due to cheese hardening. The waiter forgot the broccoli which I reminded him after 20 min flagged him to remind him and 5 min later he brings out dry slightly charred broccoli I sent back.

My Chicken Club sandwich was all burnt it was not even assembled like a club sandwich either. My husband had missing ingredients on his order and my daughter had her burger sliced down the middle because she wanted it well done.

Why wouldn't they use a thermometer? What's going on over there with the chef? Our bill was $116+tip it's ridiculous we all wished we just went to In n Out burger. That's not what the customer should feel like after wanting to go out and celebrate Father's Day:( We were all so hungry we had no choice but to eat.

Our waitress was very kind though.

My friends and I visited the BJ’s restaurant in Culver City California on June 16, 2023. We had reservations for four at 5:30 PM. We were seated immediately. We sat there for approximately 20 minutes without being acknowledged. We asked a waitress, passing our table, who would be serving us.

The waitress informed us the she was going off duty.

However, soon after a waiter named Andrew informed us he was just checking in and would be assisting us. He brought water and took our order.

However, we did not receive our food for Another 30 minutes. The food was semi cold and the jambalaya that was ordered was extremely dry. The waiter was nonchalant about the entire ordeal. We wanted to order dessert however, we chose not to because we thought we’d be there another 30 minutes.

I had the most horrible experience. never got my beverage. Your supervisor Lou unprofessional and unprofessionally dressed pants sagging . Waiter never visit the table. My husband needed to return his burger no server. Never got my salad or my beverage.

It took 30 min for a check after I ask and even longer to pay. in your restaurant 2 hours and 15 min and only had just my meal. never had a manager come over only supervisor. Horrible service What happened you were very good on my first visit.

We arrived at Happy hour and it was unexpectedly quiet. I ordered a HH Margarita with no salt and Husband ordered a blonde. The Server was lovely and gave us ample time to make our food choices. BTW we were sitting at the bar. i used a straw.

and a burger that was the Bar special. good. our BT explained that it would only be a few more minutes. Now I realize perception is reality but every one seemed to get their food before us. The BT apologized but actually we were in no hurry on this particular night.

was telling the couple next to us that she was indeed new to this store but was a trainer for BJs that had Just transferred. which really is not that unusual. so many items are missing from menu. We have been customers for almost 20 years.

Hi, I went to the restaurant in Pinecrest on 4/29/2023 for m son's birthday. There was going to be a 1 to 1 1/2 hour wait. The end up cancelling our reservation and stated they texted and no on replied.

However, a text message was never received and once we showed proof the hostess stated it would be a 30 minute wait at the max. That turned into an almost 2 hour wait. Once seated the waiter took our drink and food orders.

There was more waiting and waiting.

Finally after about 30 mins we received our appetizers and I asked how our food was going and the waiter responded it's going good. So about 20 min our food came out. Two people in my party their food was cold, I asked for my steak well done and it came over medium rare.

We recently visited the BJ's location in Pembroke Pines, Florida. We have been there many times before. To begin with, I was very surprised to see the big increase in pricing on the menu. In any event, we ordered our usual items that we liked. I usually order what was called the Power Ball. It cost $18 and I asked for chicken. The dish came with 5 very small pieces of chicken. The waiter explained to me that now the portions are smaller.

For my son, we ordered the small pizza with BBQ chicken. It cost over $14.45. The dish was very small and was more like a small appetizer. I was surprised how small the dishes have now become. went to eat out tonight for Ramadan, at first the waiter was very patient, and we were very respectful to him. I was unaware that the friends we were with only tipped him $5. As we were walking to our car, the waiter stepped out of the restraint 3 times to yell at us and flip us off.

Today March28,2023, my neighbor and I were at BJ’s Brewhouse in Attleboro,Ma for lunch. We sat at the bar. Our waiter was very attentive. We each ordered a glass of wine and burgers. I happened to notice a sign on the wall of the restaurant that said half price wine by the glass or bottle all day on tuesdays.

I asked the bar tender and he said that Massachusetts by law cannot honor happy hour pricing. I explained that the sign did not mention happy hour. It advertised all day on Tuesdays. He went and asked the manager and apparently she told him that Massachusetts does not honor what was advertised on the sign.

She did not even have the decency to come over and talk to us.

You think for $107 being charged for a meal that it would be fantastic no issues. Nope sadly mistaken you end up spending all the money and then going hungry because the food taste like crap.

I just joined the Loyalty Program and my husband joined the Beer Club. He already belongs to the Loyalty Program. We ate dinner last (March 2nd) and the food and service was excellent as usually. I went to your web site and put in the time for the waitlist because our 11 year old granddaughter has a very rare genetic disorder.

When she is hungry, she needs to eat. When we arrived, my name wasn't on the waitlist. I was told veey rudely, by the way, it was a 20-25 minute wait, and my granddaughter couldn't wait to eat. I looked for a table or booth in the bar, and luckily I got a booth in just a few minutes.

I have ordered catering almost once a month from the Eugene Oregon location for several years. The website changed this month and I am not able to order delivered catering online. I called the store to try to order over the phone.

I spoke with three different employees who were quick to apologize but not offer any solutions. I felt like no one cared if I ordered or not. "Eric" was the 3rd person I spoke with who explained the store does not have a delivery driver and I needed to send someone over to do a pick-up order or order through EZ Catering online.

Today, my husband and I went to this restaurant and waited for 10 minutes in line while we waited for the restaurant to open. We were one of the first four families to be seated. The waitress took our order at 11:10am.

The seats around us in the restaurant began to fill up. By 11:30am we noticed that everyone who appeared to be seated after us had already been served, but we had yet to receive our order. We even noticed another couple who walked in with us had been served with two steak entrees yet we had only ordered burgers and yet to receive our order.

I used to eat at the Slidell La location regularly because the food is always great but I have chose to eat elsewhere for the time being due to the tables that are all sticky now and not sanitary due to everything sticking to them. Please fix the tables or replace them.

I was told they don’t have any tables that aren’t sticky except in the bar area. Hoping the tables are replaced soon

I was not satisfied with the food and is requesting a full refund back. The salmon was undercooked and the mozzarella cheese was overcooked that they were sticking to each other, so you just couldn't enjoy one at at time.

We waited outside 50 min got seated no glasses we were served to go cardboard cups for our meal we both ordered prime rib dinners so fatty and tough we couldn’t even cut them mentioned to waiter nothing happened! Our wedge salad was a PILE of lettuce not a wedge!

Waiter was nice the hole dinner was disappointing for BJ’s which we go to often. I get sometimes things happen but this was a waste of hard earned money spent! I have the receipt if you want to se it. Thank you for listening

Our experience tonight was poor. The staff did not meet any of the 5 hospitality statements which were on a screen at the bar. We were not greeted with a smile, there was no effort to “get it right”, we had to wave wildly to get the bartenders attention, we were not told goodbye as stated on your list.

The only time the female bartender smiled was at the male bartender. The male bartender never smiled. The food was lukewarm. And #5 on your list of gracious hospitality: you lost a customer! Your restaurant is quite elegant. The bartenders are below average.

The food is not served hot.

I placed a catering order on 1/27 for a workplace function. My card was appropriately charged $414 on 1/27. I received notification on 1/29 from my workplace that an additional charge of $410 was placed by BJs restaurant. This charge was not approved and placed me in an overdraft situation.

I called the restaurant on 1/29 and spoke with manager Jarod. He assured me this was a mistake and he would be able to issue a refund within 24 hours. On Monday, the refund had not appeared. I called the restaurant again and spoke with another manager, who did not give her name.

She stated a refund would take up to 7 days. I asked for any documentation or reference number I could provide my workplace to ensure the money would be refunded. She was unapologetic and unhelpful, saying she could not…

Our server was amazing seeing how many tables he was responsible for.

However, I got the new banana split pizookie for my birthday, because I was excited that it was pecans on top and not peanuts.

However, about an hour after eating the pizookie I began having horrible reaction. Ended up at urgent care for an allergic reaction to peanuts. I truly believe that the chef added peanuts and not pecans like the description said.

Ordered online #22468897 and went to Sparks restaurant to get order. Found that order went to Arden Fair location in Sacramento. I hadn’t even been in CA. I had to call Sac location, reorder in Sparks and wait another 30 minutes.

Your website still thinks I am in CA. I have location services turned on. Google shows me in Sparks NV. NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM UPSET. Please fix your software. Hopefully I will be credited for the cancelled order In Sacramento.

BTW, the Sparks people were friendly but offered no help regarding calling the Sac location.

A group of us ate at your Waco tx location yesterday… i & 3 others ordered your ‘slow roasted’ 8 oz tri tip entree… most unfortunately it was closer to 6 oz and absolutely tough/chewy hard to cut as an old piece of shoe leather!!! Extremely unusual for BJ’s!!!! Service & other foods in our group very fine as always! We did not complain & no problem returning to enjoy BJ’s!

I placed an order through the BJs website for lunch for the office, I requested delivery and everything came within the time frame. When we opened the pizza we noticed that ALL of the options I requested were not on and the Tomato topping that I requested be left on was. The order number was#22284470.

I immediately called the store and requested the manager (Tim) he was very apologetic, but still stated that it probably wasn't the fault of the kitchen the order didn't come through correctly. I, and my friends went to BJ’S (Easton Town Center in Ohio )for Girls night out. It was terrible our sever Bella S needs to be trained how to take orders.

First of all I had too ask where our food was after 45 minutes of being there. Some of the ladies food was cold. My one friend got half of her order which was the Salmon meal. I ordered fish, and chips.

I asked could I substitute a loaded potato instead, my potato wasn’t loaded just butter sour cream, and it was cold. I asked the manager could he just charge me for the 4 pieces of fish. He basically said no.

I went to the Oxnard location last night 9/3/22 around 10:10pm. I was seated at a booth in the bar area. The waiter came by twice and said he would bring me water momentarily. I didn't ask for the water, but I figured he would take my order when he brought the water.

He finally came over about 10:35 with the water that I did not order and I just walked out. I was annoyed with him and turned off from the restaurant, and had no confidence that the service would be adequate.

This is the second time we have experienced poor service at the Webster Texas bJs pub. The first time we arrived well before cutoff of the appetizer specials were due to expire. The waitress showed up after we waited 10 minutes and told us that the appetizer special had just expired, 7:03.

We decided to go somewhere else but told the manager who said he would talk the waitress.

Second time we arrived and sat in the bar again in a booth. We waited 10 minutes and saw waiters helping people who arrived after us. We stopped a waiter who had just helped one of these newly arrived couples and asked for a server and he said he would get to us in a minute.

Walked into the men's room and slipped on urine all over the place. Want even close to the urinals. Absolutely disgusting and I fell really hard and they showed no concern. I don't care about the free meal, that's not my thing.

9 of us went to BJ's at Sugar Land, TX location #442. We were celebrating our granddaughter's 11th birthday. We had a toddler with us also. Server's name is Thomas B. The service was worst ever I had we had experienced. we were at the restaurant from 5:30 to 8:30. During this entire period, he never came to our table and voluntarily cleaned up the dirty and empty plates and dishes, even though he came to the table a few times for refills. He brought the food before clearing the table. My 2 daughters cleared up the table putting the dirty dishes on the adjacent table, so that the food can be placed on the table. This server needs extensive training to be a server at the 5 stars BJ's restaurant.
