My local club in Charlotte NC is open until 9:00pm. The Deli at my store routinely closes early unannounced. last night I arrived 2:30 before scheduled closing time and found a poorly handwritten sign stating the deli had closed. The 2 deli workers were behind the deli counter but refused to cut my meat.

They referred me to the sign. I asked for the manager and when she arrived I realized this is a management, not a staffing issue. She refused to make eye contact with me or the deli employees and stated there was nothing she could do.

I reminded her she was the manager on duty and the deli should provide member service until 9:00pm. She stated she had no control of the deli. This is a real issue, as many members only belong to BJ's for the deli.

I sincerely hope management addresses…

I asked a person who works in the meat dept if they had any steak sandwich meat. He looked at me like I was asking a crazy question, said “you mean shaved steak”? I replied no steak sandwich meat not shaved.

He rolled his eyes, walked over to the shave meat, said this is shaved steak and proceeded to walk away with nothing else to say. He went back to stocking chicken and completely ignored that I was standing there. I was left standing there being completely ignored.

It was incredibly rude, embarrassing and disrespectful. It was the Wallingford store in CT. That employee need to learn some manners and customer service skills. Will not be going back.

I was at your Revere club when the store manager, Alex, decided to make how many items in my cart his personal business. He outright told me I could not use the self checkout 20 items or less. He harassed me over and over, kept pointing to the sign that said 20 items and telling me he didn’t want to argue when ALL the while that was he was doing .

I don’t know how he determined that I had too many items. In the end I only had 19 items but the whole experience made me very angry. Never have I had anyone at the store bother me like he did.

Most of the employees are nice and helpful.

Within 1 minute of walking through the doors, I was nearly mobbed by a cell phone representative. I had to cut him off from speaking so that I could continue shopping. Not what I want to deal with while shopping.

After my shopping was completed, I advanced to the self check out. While doing so, I had a problem scanning an item because of poorly labeled bar codes. I had two of the same items, so I rang up the item with a functional barcode twice.

Afterwards I was stopped by the receipt checker. He noticed the barcodes were off but was incapable of listening. I had him summon the manager and I explained how embarrassing this was and I didn't appreciate being treated like a criminal.

Lived in my current home for the past 8 years now and never received a mailer card for me to renew my membership. I'm planning to have a big bbq soon and I thought it would be more cost effective for me to buy in bulk so I chose to open a membership with BJs.

28 on July 23rd, 2022. I have shopped several times since and paid over $875. This is some serious money; not chump change. The minute I open a membership, I get a mailer card to become a member for $25.

What kind of BS is this? It's just simply unfair!!!! Ohhh now you wanna offer me a discounted membership rate AFTER I spent $70 to open a membership on my own. I guess I chose the wrong wholesaler to open a membership with!!!!

We are in a pandemic.. We buy cases of water. Pile stuff on top of it. As soon as we go to self scan they rush us to scan the water.. I don't beed people touching my food to get to a barcode..

When 8 am done scanning my stuff i should be able to ask for help.. Wr find it rude and intrusive.. I asked for a manager and it was like talking to a wall and i was in the wrong..

Not happy with their tactics and may not renew our membership.... I am all for customer service but mot being rushed up on...

I was at the self check out and I forgot to get one case of Poland spring water it was right next to the register. When my son went to pick it up. A worker name Justin started screaming at him to put it down.

He said that water is for online customers only. 29. He Justin still cont to give me a hard time. He never offered to go all the way to the back of the store to get one! I would like my membership fee returned so that my family can go to Costco!! 202-956-5164

I stopped by to gas up my car on 8/7/22 after shopping in the Hampton VA club. I couldn't get my card to work at the pump even though I'd just used it in the club so I went to the window to ask the employee for assistance.

She had a bad attitude from the first minute she came out. Although it turns out I was making a stupid mistake (trying to swipe my card before scanning it), all she could do was keep telling me "YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG!"

Her bad attitude really upset me. I drove off without gassing up.

I didn't get her name but it was a black lady and the time on 8/7/22 was 6:45pm. She definitely needs some customer service training.

I had very bad experience with BJ's same day delivery service. I placed an order for water irems on 21 July 2022 and another order for wtaer items on 4 August 2022 which both had to choose same day delivery option for shipping vis BJ's APP, urfortunatly I have not yet received none of the delivery but

I confusingly I did receive emails to confirm that bothe deliveries have been made. I have no idea where to lodge a complaint for the poor service and how can I get refund as I failed to get my orders.

The cashier was rude to begin with told me to move the bag I had a pork roast in so I did . Instead of telling me his religion didn’t allow him to touch pork I had no idea what was going on!

My daughter was with me and somehow knew so she took care of whatever else he couldn’t touch! Then he actually started throwing my groceries into the cart I had chips he put two large bottles of lemonade on I rescued my hot dog rolls that he was tossing heavier food on and

had it piled so stupidly that before I got out the door I was picking falle groceries off the floor! He clearly didn’t care! I had just spent $400 plus dollars to have my food thrown in the basket! And if his religion won’t let him touch pork how about some gloves or maybe don’t work in a grocery store!

I WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY DEBIT CARD AT THE GAS PUMPS AND A VERY OBNOXIOUS EMPLOYEE GAVE ME MUCH LIP SERVICE AND TOLD ME TO GO RETRY AT THE PUMP . I ASKED HER TO RUN MY CARD .SHE TOLD ME TO TO RETRY AT THE PUMP AGAIN, THAT SHE COULDN'T RUN THE DEBIT CARD AT THE BOOTH AND WAS VERY RUDE ABOUT IT

The delivery company said they would report it and we would be contacted to receive a replacement. We never heard anything. So, we called BJs customer service who said I needed to speak to the delivery company about that.

So I called the delivery company who said that they had recorded the damaged piece and informed BJs so I needed to call BJs. Called BJs twice more because each time they said they have to speak to the furniture manufacturer and would call us back, which no one does.

First complaint I tried to up load a 21 second video showing the issue your site would not allow a 21 second video??!!

The video showed a long line winding around and down an isle for check out. Only one register was open other than self checkout. I asked the manager if she could open a second register she said “ No ma’am”

This same scenario happened Friday before 4th of July. We r paying a membership fee to be treated like crap!! If I do not see an improvement on how we members r treated I will not be renewing my membership. If u would like to see the video please send me a Decent platform so I can upload a 21 second video!!

Your kitchen towel paper break in a very big piece causing us to run out paper very fast. Bounty and browny break in half of your pieces paper (Berkeley and Johnson) causing them to last longer and even if they are more expensive than your paper, it will wind lasting at the same price as your because it ‘ll last longer. During checkout I felt racial profiled because I only had 7 items and they greeter physically counted and moved items in my cart several times. I then observed several people of different race go thru line without her even touching items in their full cart.

I proceeded to look for manager to file complaint but talked to a supervisor who did nothing. No incentive offer or nothing! I really like my local Bjs but if that person is at door I will not be returning and will go elsewhere to shop.

I stopped at Bjs to play the lottery. I was advised by the employee at the member desk where the lottery machine is that I could not purchase them with her I had to go to the kiosks machines… she advised me it was easy…. … that’s dumb!!!

There was no one she was waiting on she was just standing there.. this is unexceptable why do you have a lottery machine! I did not want to purchase my tickets that way. I purchased nothing... I left the store and went elsewhere.

I can tell you this I will not be renewing my membership next year!!!

On June 15, 2022 I received a damaged and defective patio set. I immediately called cust service and reported the issues. I immediately provided all photos of the damage and defects. It has been over a month and nothing has been done to address the issues.

Besides the tabletop defects and damage I have one seat that arrived with rips in the seat fabric and can not be used at all. This is unacceptable. Multiple emails have been sent and still no action.

I have been buying the quarter legs at the rotisserie at Bj's and it seems that they always run out . Three times before i went there the bjs at 1000 old nichols rd in islandia . I even at one point spoke with someone at customer service. I am not mad that a store aran out of things but i am upset when an employee does not acknowledge you nor respect the fact that as a shopper at bj's a question should be answered. I have gone to a lot of bj's and if i walking an the chicken is being cooked or being placed on their containers, the person will hand me straight what i asked for.

But that is not the case at club 49 in islandia ny. after waiting for quarter legs of chicken to be cooked once again and having someone being the counter who works slow you will have a family member at the bj's…

I just received my first statement from BJ's. 75 for DA interest. I am so thoroughly upset with BJ's and their "Comenity" bank which seems to be a NON Functioning bank. I have tried to get through to this bank with questions for nearly a month and after holding for nearly a half hour each time, they have a recording apologizing that they are down and to try again at a later date.

My first statement arrived today and is not due until July 27th yet there are these 2 interest charges and I want to know WHY!!!!!!!!!! I am a new member along with my husband and already we HATE BJ's and their so called "Comenity Bank".

I’m a delivery driver to your warehouse at 12200 Atlantic Blvd in Jacksonville FL. There is a employee at this location that treats only a certain race of drivers that come there really bad and what’s more upsetting is that this location is aware of this behavior .

The gentleman name is Greg in the receiving dept, the company I work for came out and addressed the problem but evidently BJ’s don’t care how there employees treat people. What’s even worse is that the employees of BJ’s even say the reason why he’s still here is because no one files a complaint on him, well that’s changing.

I’m just there to do a job and to be treated differently because of the color of my skin is not right. It makes me wonder if BJ’s find this acceptable when it has been bought to there attention before.

We ordered a BJs Gajezo on 4/22/2022. 48 including taxes. This Gazebo got delivered on 5/7/2022 and Handy’s installation team tried installation on 5/9/2022. While building the gazebo, the top frame piece was not of the right dimensions. I called BJs and Sunjoy customer support and they promised to send a replacement.

The ticket number was: XX and the representative that helped me is: XX. Since I didn’t receive any information, I escalated it on 5/14/2022 and spoke to BJ’s local warehouse in Pineville. I received an update after numerous phone calls to BJs that the replacement part was sent to me on 5/25 and I will receive it shortly.

I received it during the first week of June and Handy’s installation team came on 6/12 to install. They told me that the replacement part was also of wrong…

I made an online purchase on 6/21/22 from a BJs email advertisement. 99. 99. 00 difference because the item was moved to clearance.

First of all, this was not 2 weeks after purchase or 30 days after purchase, IT WAS ^ DAYS. No where in any of my paperwork have I found a policy in my BJs agreement does it say that if something that I purchased is moved to clearance, I am ineligible for a credit.

Second of all, this is a rather stupid so called policy on your part…

I Shop at 1752 Shore Pkwy BJ's club in Brooklyn, NY that is closest to me, Many time that I visited that club they don't have Evian spring water, I had to drive to gateway BJ club in Brooklyn, NY to purchase Evian spring water, and Gateway BJ is quite far and traffic, it takes me almost an hour to get there. My question is where is my saving, Shore Pkwy should carry Evian water all the time as Gateway BJ club store.

Everytime I go to call them to ask a question they NEVER answer the phone..lots of times I am waiting up at customer service and they are either too busy talking on their personal phone or joking with one another..I am ready to end my membership and go to Costco..it's not worth my time to wait around till they decide to do their jobs..there is too much goofing off at that store !!

Been to the store several days this week due to my kids' birthday party. Went to get a couple of bags of Ruffles potato chips. 98. 99 per unit. Seems to the buy more save more is actually buy more pay more.

When I brought it a customer service representative at the checkout she seemed disinterested and unwilling to do anything. Then I went to the customer service counter and the girl there was very nice. She went to the price point to get a photo to show the manager.

She went into an office and came back a few minutes later and said the manager told her the price COULD NOT be corrected and I WOULD NOT get the $1 credit. This is extremely poor customer service. I made a purchase at BJ's online on June 17, 2020. I did not know BJ's uses Doordash to do the deliver. I never received my groceries from Doordash. I called Doordash and call BJ's, and BJ's never answer the phone is the worst customer service never pick up the phone.

I was trying to call since 8:00pm and never got through with them. I call Doordash and they told me it was not there responsability it was BJ's. I bought a 5 lb. bag of your Wellsley Farms russet ORGANIC potatoes and was not pleased when I began to to peel them. black spots inside. They look good when emptied from bag but inside the potatoes are disappointing.

You should buy your potatoes from a better potato farm!

on several occasions i have purchased the large hamburger meat, a pork butt, 3 gallons of milk. the meat was not out of date of sale. the milk was not out of date of sale. it seems that perishables should not be purchased at your store in mechanicsville virginia.

00 a year over the last ten years. i like shopping at your store, however i cannot purchase any perishables there any more. i realize i am not a large customer but i still expect food to be edible and not rotten. thank you.
