Blake’s Lotaburger

Good morning we were headed out of town this morning and wanted to stop at Blake’s on 528 and southern in rio Rancho nm pulled up to the speaker a young lady said she’ll be with shortly and we waited and waited we said let’s just go somewheres else we pulled around the building no cars are waiting and no one inside what’s going on with customer service it’s going down even a few weeks ago we went to the one on Montgomery and

Carlisle we ordered it took so long I went in and canceled my order service is real bad it used to be great but now it’s just bad

I’ve visited the location at Española, NM on 3 occasions. Each time there has been an issue with the order and each time I’ve called the customer service line each time over the span of a month without a call back.

Yet again today I had an issue with my order and the customer service. I called again and had a less than satisfactory response from the operator and was transferred to a voicemail yet again. Part of today’s issue, I ordered a hamburger without bread and it was stuffed into a little bowl.

I would be happy to explain further should someone decide to call back regarding my other complaints.

Pulled up to the drive through there were 2 car waiting for there order at the drive threw window. Your server said wait a minute Well 3min. Later i backed up and parked and went inside. No employee asked if they could help me .

One employee standing right in front of me with a nasty greasy apron on didn’t say a word so I left. One of your employees was taking an order out i told him great service he replied were really busy what a joke 1 burger patty on the grill is busy.

You have got a real employee and manger problem. I will never buy there again until your company can fix your crappy attitude employees.

I ordered a number one breakfast burrito with extra red chili I received a cold burrito with nothing but old hash browns hardly any chili also my breakfast sandwich was cold very poor service

Horrible service. We ordered our meal, after 35 minutes I asked for a refund. Several people just left. That's the last time we will go there. You'd be better off if you closed it down. Tables are dirty, flies are everywhere.

I normally don’t issue complaints due to I’m in the customer service business. I just wanted to give you an FYI on the quality of your food. Example I ordered 2 burritos with extra cheese and green Chile and received 2 burritos 1 with a tiny bit of red Chile not green and 1 burrito with no chile .

This has happened the past few weeks at a couple of different locations. I would say stripes burrito company is pretty consistent.

Worst place to wait for food good food but not a single employee knows how to work they take 15 minutes just to get one order out with 20 people waiting for food absolutely not worth the wait when the workers are incompetent

Employee Patricia at st Michael location in Santa Fe is ALWAYS rude every time I come to that location. Never fails!!

Also been over charged by her in the past not sure if on purpose or just not paying attention. Form she’s always there during my lunch so I honestly stopped eating there as much to avoid that interaction really fed up wit it though is why finally writing a complaint I honestly hope someone actually reads this.

Yes I came to order food from the Blake's on moon and central on 3/23/2023 while here I got a flat tire so I moved my car in the adjacent parking to the lotaburger. Placed an order online this morning and also had it delivered and My drink didn't get sent and there wasn't any green Chile on my burrito, I spent 31.00 and I've been trying to get in touch with the Restaurant all day and been on hold forever. I hang up and tried a later time and again on hold.

Went today your people were rued and not making food orders correct and playing on the phones and other people were complaining about there orders and your workers were talking back to costumers and saying bad things about the customers complaints this was at 03/15/2923 at 7:30 pm and even phone order were not ready

Yes I ordered a Blake's Lotaburger With cheese and two of the green chili burgers seasoned fries and onion rings the burgers were DRY! the only thing that was good was the season fries. I called the store and said would replace Burgers but could not replace Onoin rings as come from another company, which was OK with.

However went to get replacement Burgers. And no such information was there -- so I was lied to. I normally have great food no reason to complain.

This is the third visit , this Manager on duty seemed very disturbed with customers walking in as if it was closing time even so we our visit should have been pleasant I work at a restaurant establishment and I know this Manager does not like her job we were not greeted or asked can I help you I just told her our orders not a thank you in return .

And for some reason only in the evenings after 7 the restrooms are always closed and and benches are put in front to make sure no one uses restrooms , I get they are probably cleaned already but if we are customers dining in and have a child or even ourselves that need the restroom that pretty much tells me to take my order to go .

Grreen Chile cheeseburger had NO CHEESE and only 6 quarter inch diced green chiles

I stopped at 6215 San AntonioNE, Albuquerque 87109 at 11:55 am I ordered NM green Chile cheeseburger meal

I received my order at 12:15pm

When I open up mu bag, I opened up my burger to put on some mustard.

There was NO CHEESE! There were only 6 quarter inch diced GREEN CHILES!b I counted

I paid $14.23 to get a partial green Chile cheese burger with almost no green Chile and no cheese

I have been eating at Blake’s for years. I am very disappointed with such a failure.

First of all I only wanted the meal which comes with burger ,fries and drink. Why would they charge me for extra anyways,which I didn t receive . I tried to talk to an employee but I could not make him understand.

What is going on here. I have the receipt. At first I wasn t paying attention then I realized that I didn t order and didn t receive the extra fries and drink. That is bull corn. But what s wrong is wrong.. Very disappointed!!

Location of restaurant 305 US Route 66 Moriarty, NM It seems that your staff has been infiltrated by KKK loving racist. I went to this particular restaurant and wasn't waited on they looked at me with contempt. I know that racist look.

This restaurant is not inclusive at all. If those KKK loving racist don't want to wait on a Diversified clientele they need to move to an all-white town. I wanted to try your hamburgers but now I'm sitting at a Sonic and will never patronize that restaurant ever again.

Clovis New Mexico location, On the 28 October 2022, went to Blakes drive thru and order a Lotaburger with cheese and bacon and onion rings. 00 and change. I was asked by the employee to pull and park in one of the number slots and they would bring my order to me.

I waited about five to ten minutes and they brought my order to me. Upon my arrival home my order was wrong, burger had no cheese/bacon as I paid extra to have these items. So l then called the location and after punching several number, got to finally talk to someone and explained my situation.

Automated phone order system was pure crap I couldn't place my oder due it kept getting it wrong.so I was transferred to a representative who barely new English and she could get my order put in because of supposed technical issues then tried to order at the drive up window and had to repeat the order 3 times ..you have lost a customer very disappointed

I tried placing an order online, the automated system kept getting it wrong. So then it transferred me to an actual person from a call center I'm assuming. So I just decided to go into the store and order in person.

Well they completely forgot one of my meals and on top of having to wait long. So I went in and told them I'm missing me chicken tenders meal. I ordered a child's one and an adult one. I showed the employee the receipt and he was telling me it's not there.

I just ate at Blakes on Zia Road in Samta Fe. The place was filthy. Almost all of the tables had food or dried soda on them. There was trash and food on the floors. The bathroom was disgusting. The trash and we're overflowing and I was the only customer.

This group needs some training. After 40 years no more Blakes for me.
