On 12/16 online order placed and opened up a new credit card to pay for it. It shows delivered on 12/18/23, however when I called the CS, they said that they were not able to resend it on time before the Christmas so requested for a credit and I agreed.

However, that credit request was declined and I received an email about it. I called immediately to inquire further and felt so frustrated. They assured me that everything will be okay. And don't worry, it will get approved.

However, I received another email showing that was declined. I called again #1800-777-0000 and asked to speak with the supervisor as the associate said it was declined due to the business decision? I did not what that meant? The supervisor said that she put a request for reorder and call me back in a few days once it…

If I could rate them I’d honestly give them an even worse rating than one star. I purchased a dress from the Santa Monica location they closed down while having my dress at the dry cleaners. I’ve been dealing with customer service in store email for 3 years.

They have not been able to give me a resolution nor find my dress. I’ve been told to go back and forth between in store to on the phone for 2 and a half years. But today was the last straw.

I spoke to one of the supervisors her name was Donna her id number is 91121796. Absolutely horrible was not only rude to me would cut me off in the middle of speaking or speak over me. It is one thing to explain you cannot help which was expected because it’s been two years but to be rude to a customer who has been dealing with an unresolved issue…

I am a frequent shopper at the San Francisco location. Even thought this Bloomingdales has a loss prevention team and on top of that two sfpd officers - this place does NOT FEEL SAFE. The security guards need to walk around each department frequently and so do the officers.

If this issue is not resolved then locals and tourists will no longer want to come shop at downtown San Francisco.

i called your outlet store and your main store. I also went on line. NOne of it worked. It was a simple question. can i get a physical gift card in the store or outlet? Is the outlet card good in the main store?

Your website kept rerouting me. Your voicemail system did the same each time - outlet or main store lines - i tried to reach a live representative. Suffice to say the 300$ certificate I was going to et for a friend's birthday will come from another store.

I ordered 2 towel sets from Bloomingdales online. One of the bath towel came out of the box damaged --side is ripped!!!! I called the "customer service" number at the bottom of the order. Worst experience. They lied to me saying the order will be delivered overnight, according to which the order is supposed to delivered yesterday and it didn’t so I called them on the store phone number only to get rude replies that they are busy with customers and no time.

One representative asked me to send a picture of the screenshot which I did and ghosted me. I called customer service today that is on Monday, which is of no use. as a gift from my grandma. They didn't fit me and took them back to the store in san francisco and tried to exchange then but they said they could only return them. 88 on a gift certificate so I can use to buy anything in that store.

I placed an in store order and as of today i still have not received the item. Bloomingdale's manager has been no help and has refused to give a me her manager information. Bloomingdales says the package was sent but it never was, then they stated it was sent out and delivered on December 16th which it was not.

I put a claim in to Blooimingdales, UPS and AMEX. UPS has admitted that they can not find the package but Blooimingdales will not issue a refund! Please advise what the next step is?! There has to be a better way to resolve this.....

I have never been so upset with anyone before! I called and asked for help and they are very rude! I was placing an order today and the computer had the price at 50 percent off when I went to sign out after shopping for more the price changed this WAS today.

Chat with Old Orchard Bloomies in Skokie, IL last night (January 18th)

I was having issues with placing my on line order as I had signed up for your Loyalist program and the order continued to charge me $11 for shipping, so I did you help "chatter". I spoke with Denise and was smart enough to screen shot the chatter when she became really rude and then the chatter was disconnected. I would like to speak to someone about how your staff treats customers, this is unacceptable!

I started with Bloomingdales in 1979 when before Pat Chadwick was manager. I fell in your store tripping on a rug and nearly broke my hand on Nov 22 2022. When i was supposedly giving my fall information to one of your non caring very uncompassionate Asian Managers.

, made purchase online using Klarna, this is really a complaint about Bloomingdales that starts when Klarna is involved. placed order klarna took my payment (1/4 of total), I didn't get the usual Bloomingdales confirm. I call klarna and they say purchase is in progress I'll get confirm in a few hours and be able to pick up after 4pm same day.

I call Bloomingdales at around 4pm to go pick ip ... they tell me Klarna never completed the order, that they see the order and then before it was complete Klarna System dropped it. I contact Klarna they say Bloomingdales has to cancel the order.

01, at the Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts store. The employee who helped me misapplied this amount. It was not credited to my store account ending in 1451. 01 was credited to my Bloomingdale's account ending in 3009. This error has caused me much anguish and time trying to correct it because I was charged for late payments and interest.

It was finally corrected but my credit score by Experian was damaged even though I specifically asked your Customer Service if this could happen. I was told no it would not affect my credit. Recently, I found that Experian did lower my Credit Score.

I just purchased a mattress for $6300. I very specifically told the sales person that any mattress had to work on a mechanical bed. It arrived today and the minute the head is raised there is a giant lump in the middle of the bed.

The sales person—despite repeated reminders—failed to provide a COI.

As I have only one bed, I will sleep on it until I hear from you about a replacement that works with a mechanical bed. So far, the only successful part of this deal was the delivery. This is most inconvenient.

I spent over $6k at Bloomingdales Nov 17 to 26. My purchase for 3 shirts on Nov 17 amounted to $659. I bought the shirts for a prolonged trip to the UK. One Eton shirt which cost around $225 has come apart with the first wash.

I attempted to purchase a handbag online. For some reason I wasn't able to track my loyalty points. I called cust. Service and there was no help. I went to the store to get the bag. There was only a display bag in store which was damaged.

Initially they refused to order me a new one. The manager was VERY rude but eventually agreed to damage it out and fulfill a new order with and advance card payment. I thought it was over when I received my receipt via email.

To my chagrin, I woke up today with an email saying they couldn't fill the order "sorry for any inconvenience" and "you have not been charged" checked my bank and boom, yes I was! After all that, no bag no refund, nothing! Ugh. Just go to Saks.

Nov25 ,2022 at Bridgewater Commons Mall Shop for suit, the sale person names Maurice Brown is super rude. Not only bad temper , he behave like crazy king insult every customer who is interested in products. Two other group of people left because of that.

I liked the Canali suits at first sight with good fit to my son, complete the purchase in a rush. My two young adults and their friends started complaining right after we left the store. ” When my son is looking for fitting room to on direction.

My friend, Kim Moran, bought a shirt (Peter Millar) at Bloomingdales in South Coast Plaza, for my birthday. When I opened it, it was the wrong size, so I called Bloomingdales and was given an online return label. It has been more than 2 weeks since I mailed it and still no shirt. I have a copy of the receipt of the package by Bloomingdales on Oct. 28, 2022, in Cheshire, CT with reference number 0020622337282, signed by "SOF" at receiving dock. I have gotten virtually NO HELP WHATSOEVER FROM BLOOMINGDALES even though my friend and I have spent spent thousands of dollars at their stores. Please advise.

00 on my Bloomingdales card. order #605398503 I mailed in the payment to Bloomingdales Louisville, KY address ck 4200 8/20/25. the check cleared. (image attached) apparently Bloomingdales applied this payment to my Macy's account! I call and they said, "they can not transfer it over".

I placed an order for a David Yurman mens bracelet. Order(#606674584) on 9/25/22 by phone. The order was accepted. I received an e mail on 9/26 saying the order was canceled due to the fact that I needed to confirm my information, after my credit card was charged for this purchase.

I was told I may not be reimbursedfor a week. Not acceptable! The process was demeaning to say the least, and when I went to complain to customer service I was told by a rude representative that " It's for my protection" I did not repurchase the item from you.

I bought it at Saks. For a luxury retailer, you customer service is akin to Walmart.. It's lucky that I don't get such protection from your competitors...

I returned a necklace I purchased from Bloomingdales back in June and Bloomingdales sent me an email informing that the item was wrong/ not their item along with a tracking number. Tracking number was for a completely different person, in another state.

I ordered an expensive Burberry hat for a gift and it arrived in a plastic bag all crumbled up and it looked like I got it out of a dumpster. I was assured that a replacement would come in better condition in a Box wrapped up nicely So the hat wasn't all crumbled up.

The 2nd one arrived worse than the 1st and the sales rep told me that if it was a gift the person won't care what it looks like and I should just steam it. I sent that 1 back and was assured that the 3rd one would come in perfect gift giving condition and that 1 came not only a mess but had a stain on it you know that one.

I was shopping today in your Westchester store. It happens to be a beautiful store with a great selection.

However, I have to say that in the hour I was shopping, nearly 10 salespeople approached me to ask if I needed help. It was aggravating, intrusive, and annoying. They are like vultures! I'm assuming they work on commission, but seriously?

It was very irritating, and I got so annoyed that I left the store. The friend I was shopping with said that the last time she was in that store, the salespeople actually verbally fought over whose sale it was in front of the customer.

My complaint is about a customer service chat that took place last week. Your representative was very dismissive and rude. I ordered a bag for a co-worker and it was damaged. It was pretty embarrassing, so I wanted to know what were the options to receive another bag. The representative ended the conversation with "what do you want from me?" I made an order on Bloomingdales, during Black Friday, thinking that I will receive 25$ for every 100$ spent. The promotion was showing on all steps throughout the ordering process. At the bottom of the Online order, before hitting complete, it was saying in purple "This order qualifies you for a $250 reward card". I waited a few days and kept calling Bloomingdales to tell them I don't see the points or balances added to my account. After my 3rd phone call, when the promotion was not available anymore on their website, they told me that the items I bought were actually part of an exclusion on the offer and I will not be getting the 250$.

On April 6, I had trouble ordering from the Bloomingdale's website, which I find very frustrating most of the time (particularly because it offers gifts that don't exist and then you have to delete them to order. I called, got a nice service person who told me she had placed my order (for Le Lift Creme and serum), but there is no record of it and no confirmation.

I called again today and nothing. Very disappointing and frustrating for a very loyal customer.

I own a Bloomingdale's card for YEARS. Despite in person conversations and written complaint to correct my status, you still insist that my husband give consent to have me speak on my own behalf regarding account issues. I have held a card in my own name for 27 years, never carry a balance and always pay my bill.

I find the practice of needing "permission from my husband" demeaning and discriminatory. Please correct this ASAP.

1. I bought a Gucci Wallet in the Gucci store located in the Bloomingdale AVENTURA, FL 2. I went to Chicago and found that they give me the wrong item. Therefore, I took it to the Bloomingdales on Michigan Ave, IL.

The customer service there take it. Manager Allison Ulmer helped with my return and told me that she will send it back to the Bloomingdales in Florida so that they can possessed the refund. She later gave me a tracking number of this wallet. 3.

Complaint Recently I wanted to buy a watch to wear, I prefer the models, AR1925, AR11223, and AR female Watch Gift boxes. I went to several Bloomingdale stores to buy, but I got nothing. Then I tried to order it on Bloomingdale website.

I found that the original hundreds of stocks were gone in an instant. Therefore, I was so sad. But in a twinkling of an eye, I found that many Chinese people bought these kinds of watches from a Chinese woman at a price ranging from 80 dollars to 110 dollars, which is far below the regular price.

I have purchased a pair of shoes a week ago at your Miami Outlet location. Unfortunately, I found the heel to be too tall and I decided to return them. I was issued a merchant check. When I tried to use in store it did not work. They tried two registers. They called manage 2x - no one came. I then just paid. I called after and jasmine (store manager) said she would credit to my credit card.

She was to call within the hour. She never did. I called 4 x after and each time she said she was almost done and would call. She never did!!!

I actually have 3 complaints from last night, April 23rd. I grabbed a young man who said they were short help and he would get back to me as soon as he finished up with another customer. Never happened. Then, I was looking at sneakers, and asked to have 3 pair brought to me.

I purchased 6 place settings and the knife and pie server from a bide's list. I did this early in case most of the items would be gone. The wedding is July 4th 2019. They sent it to the bride's home.

Your site asked for my address and nowhere was I informed the gifts would go elsewhere. Never has this happened for other weddings when i shopped from the bride's list. Your site never mentioned the address where you would be sending this.

Otherwise I would have picked it up in the store. It is the Royce Brunson (groom) wedding.

I am a Bloomigdales American Express Card holder. I have a Black card from Bloomingdales. Yesterday I wanted to use my American express card. I was told it was rejected. 000. I play my Card balance off every month. I call to find out what was wrong.

The Customer center told me the reason was they sent out a new card and the expiration date was different and I had to use the new date. I explain to them my card has a expiration date of 03,21 and I did not receive my card .

I call the Store and explain to them to use the new expiration date. They called me back and said the card would not accept my purchase. I was very embarrassed, this is a company Iam decorating my home with.

I Called back to Customer service, and ask to speck to a supervisor . The supervisor said they sent me a new card…

There are two charges on my credit card in the amount of 139920, 180.00 these items were never received by me. Ive ask your company several times to remove this charge but to no effort the charge is still on my card. Once agin I did not receive the items and I would like a full refund. It’s was not my fault . We purchased a very expensive mens coat at full price at the flagship New York store while traveling shortly before Thanksgiving. We were given a promotion gift card but forgot about it while traveling. I just found the promotional card and it expired December 24th.

I called our local Bloomingdales and was told they will not extend or honor the card even for a full price purchase. Bloomingdales has lost me as a customer for my lifetime and I will share my bad experience with other family and friends.

Something like this happened to me years ago at Neiman Marcus and they kindly gave me an extension to use the gift card. They earned my loyalty in that one act of treating me like a valued customer. Good bye Bloomindales forever!
