i was eating in the bar area and my waiter came up smelling like a lot of liquor and i always see the cook go outside smoke and come n l in and finish the food just know i want be coming back at all the only good thing is the host with the pretty nails and smile kept checking on me and we had a nice conversation she so

sweet and i went on a wednesday thinking i was goin go get 1/2 on my bang only for it to come out cold and i heard the manager matt yelling it scared me so i just left

Returned to bonefish grill to dine for the first time in a while. I always enjoyed the food and convinced another couple to go eat with us for a special occasion. I’m sorry I didn’t take pictures of the food you would not believe how bad it was my husband‘s hamburger was completely raw on the inside, and only the outside edges were cooked he asked for medium well .

He refused to send it back, but when he didn’t eat it not the server nor manager who came to the table noticed that it hadn’t been Eaten, my cod imperial which I’ve always enjoyed was completely dry and I don’t know what they put on top but it was overly seasoned and it was a cold clump of cream cheese in one corner.

We visite BF on carrollwood & service was good however: my mom steak was not done medium well, I sent it back & the outside was over cooked & inside not done as ordered. My fish was so dry, no sauce & it l tasted bland, I left half I just wanted to know why restaurant was not fulled.

We had a party of 10 people at your vero location which we visit every other Wednesday for the last 2yrs it was the worst service from one of your server’s I’ve ever experienced from arguing about our drinks to sliding drinks across the table this is 3rd time we had this disappointing problem we are now considering other places

My sons and grandchildren took me to dinner, 11/29/22, for my birthday. Tuesday night, 6pm. We were a party of 9. We ordered our meals as well as 4 appetizers. 3 people ordered drinks from the bar, rest were soda or iced tea.

The kitchen help brought the dinners to the table 2 at a time. Two people didn’t get either of their sides, one person only received one of their sides. One person ordered mango salsa on their fish and didn’t get it.

We NEVER saw our waiter again. No one ever asked if everything was all right. Never asked about another drink from the bar nor did anyone get offered a refill on their soda or tea. We NEVER got any appetizers.

WOW! My wife, daughter and I decided to have an early dinner tonight, so we headed out to the Bonefish restaurant in Tallahassee, Florida. We were seated in a comfortable booth and our waiter took our drink orders. He returned promptly and with the bread.

My wife ordered the fried shrimp, French fries and house salad; daughter ordered Salmon, creamed spinach and Caesar salad; I ordered the cod, mashed potatoes, and house salad. After about 5 minutes our waiter informed me there was no cod, so I switched to Maui.

Five minutes later I was informed no Maui or sea bass. I selected salmon. Thirty five minutes later our food arrived without our empty salad plates being removed so our waiter needed our cooperation in stacking those plates—no worries on this.

I would prefer this to be anonymous. Had an experience today that was rather disturbing. I came to buy gift cards when this establishment was about to open and had to wait for a bit. While waiting, a man came in that appeared to be an employee.

He was very loud and obviously had an "interesting night" that I feel was not appropriate to be shared for public consumption. Whomever helped me were great.

However I would be concerned if this gentleman were to assist anyone that I give the gift cards to.

I already submitted a complaint directly to Bonefish Grill Headquarters in Boynton Beach, Florida but have not heard back from them as yet.

We had a late lunch with my niece and nephew @ 3 PM on 12/11/22 in the East Brunswick , NJ Bonefish grill. The waitress was more than accommodating and the food was very good as usual. The waitress asked mid meal if everything was okay and my husband said the green beans were so hard he couldn't eat them.

The manager then came out and asked if my husband wanted another vegetable but at that point he didn't. We were very surprised that he did not offer at least a free desert or coffee. We did order two capuccinos and two coffees.

He could have offered him a free cappucino. In the past, if there were any problems, the manager would offer free dessert or a card for a free appetizer next time we came. We normally go to the Bonefish grill in Manalapan because it is closer to where we live.…

Location on Thompson Lane, Murfreesboro. Had experienced for few years now @ this location drastically under-filled Martinis. ). He was also not manager material. Said sorry you feel that way. Next time you come in and you have an issue, we will see what we can do for you! Ha!! Next time? That locale? Highly unlikely.

About 1 wk ago i applied at the restaurant in safety harbor florida. The mgrs name was jenette We talked and she said i was hired for the host position and i just had to fill out the application process and take an assesment test Well i filled out the application and called her when it was complete.

well upon calling her she said it wasnt in the system and resubmit it So i did. Once again i was told to do it again because it was kinda stuck in the web someplace. Well once again i called her and said she was going to try something to locate it.

this went on for about 5 days and i was excited to start. I led the way in being cordial and checking in with her. i just wanted to start and figure out what to do. Well she said her boss was working on fetching it off the net.

Reservation was at 12, not seated until 12:45, but at a table without an assigned server. After complaining, a server came 25 min after we were sat. It’s now 2:25, we’ve been here for almost 2 1/2 hrs and still haven’t gotten our lunch and waitress said it should be about 10 more minutes, but she’s not sure.

I mean, this is pretty awful. I was informed the manager was busy and could not address my concerns. The photo will show you, it’s not currently so busy that this should be happening. (File too big to attach, but restaurant has at least 30% open tables)
