I bought a couch at the Palmer Park Mall Boscov's in September 2018. The motor has already died mid-recline on the one side. I filed a complaint with Guardian since I paid extra for their coverage, and they have not rushed to review anything.
Being tired of waiting for anything to be done - can not sit on this side of the couch comfortably - I called the store. The furniture dept. told me to call Corporate, since this motor failed within the manufacturer's 1 year defect warranty.
But Corporate told me to just wait for Guardian. I bought this couch from Boscov's because of their good reputation, but the way everyone is passing me along from person to person without addressing the issue is making me question if Boscov's stands behind their products.
I would like the couch repaired or…
