At your Yonkers Boston market in Cross County Mall horrible service. I return food to them because it was not edible. 73 ents. I was extremely dissatisfied with how I was treated the many different stories I got from the store the assistant manager and the manger whom bc did not put in an appearance to rectify the situation.

I was told the manager would get back to me. This happened on bc November 11. 2022. I’m bc still bc out of my $82 poor service and no food. I had to go elsewhere to buy food. This is my second such incident with this location.

I went thru the drive thru yesterday 11/2/22 at approximately 4:15PM . The store is located at 15784 N. Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd, Scottsdale, AZ 85260. I am a weekly regular at BM. I have never seen the person before who was at the drive thru window.

kept talking over me and repeating things I said I didn't want. I asked why he was speaking to me this way. I pulled up to the window to pay and it got worse. I asked if he was new to this location and he told me he was older.

I just within the last 20 minutes went to pick up my order at your location on 5132 Broadway Suite C101 ,Oakland, Ca 94611 #1297. I just experienced via phone service and in office service by a Maria in which she did not want to provide me with a number to call but I goggle this number.

I had a coupon and ordered buy one chicken half meal and drink and get one BOGO meal free I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and candied yams and the other dinner was with the same but meat was meat loaf. Customer service was really bad and I was not told that I would be charged a dollar extra for yams and it was not told to me over the phone when I ordered for pick-up.

Your staff Maria and another lady making food plates thought it was just funny to them and laughing in my face why I was trying to ask…

Under the heading you can't know unless someone tells you, I am attaching a photo and receipt for the burned crisp dinner I received last night thru the drive thru window at BM #0198 in Raleigh, NC. Obviously it was not edible. Make it a teaching moment for the staff who should have discarded it instead of bagging it and sending me out the door with a burned product. BM chickens are usually a great product. I will try again. I would like to be reimbursed $14.60 for the cost of the order. Family of 4 did not go hungry, but the time and expense of alternative dinner was a pain. Thank you.

Boston Market Greentree, Pa on Greentree Road. On Sunday October 2, around 3:00pm, my friend and I stopped in for dinner. No one was in the restaurant except two workers. The male looked at us and responded with “Oh great, I want to watch the ballgame” , as a TV played a game.

A female slowly moved to gent our order smacking her gum, with an attitude. We ordered food then a drink each. She said we “we got no ice”! We only have large drinks. I clarified what she said, she said “ There Ain’t no ice”.

After the attitude, we said never mind and left! I really use to love Boston Market, never again!

I when to the Boston Market in Austin and i arrive there at 7:20 or 7:30 pm when on you guy website say you closed at 8 and when thru the drive thru and nobody answered so we when to the window and saw a man wrapping up food and he looked at us over several times and still didn’t come to the window we blow the horn to see if he would come .

He finally came saying that they’re closed after waiting 8 to 9 mins . He was so rude and i told him that someone else is in the drive thru can he at least tell them so people won’t be waiting he said he nobody ask them to come there … this is so

Went there on Sept 21st 2022. The music was Inappropriate and very loud. Talk with manager to turn down she says she cannot. Very disappointed in the menu they did not have turkey they did not have stuffing. We haven’t gone there since the pandemic and we thought we would try it we are very disappointing.

Went to the Boston Market on Concord Pike in Wilmington, Delaware yesterday around 2:30 in the afternoon to order dinner. I had received a special offer online for $15 off any purchase of $30 or more. I was prepared to order the Two Family Meat Combo (We wanted 2 orders of meatloaf, 3 Caesar salad, 1 sweet potato casserole and the cornbread).

The problem was that they had NO SALADS AT ALL, NO SWEET POTATOE CASSEROLE, and very few sides. I was told by the manager that they haven't been getting the salads and most of the sides for over three weeks.

I asked if I could pay for the Two family meat combo and get the meatloaf and the cornbread and get a raincheck for when the salads do come in. She said no because she had no idea when they would come or if they ever would.

I ordered online from the University Heights location. I put my order in at 6:21pm, my expected delivery time was 7:30pm. At 7:55pm I received a text message from DoorDash saying that my order was modified or cancelled and to reach out to the store directly for more information.

I then received an email saying my order was cancelled contact the store for more information. I tried to call the store multiple times and no one answered. I checked my bank account and the transaction was still pending. I have NEVER had a good experience with this location when I order online.

Something is ALWAYS wrong with my order. And I cannot order from another location because this is the only location that has delivery to my job! This location needs to be shut down or re-staffed.

99. They only had 3 chickens left but the supervisor Noora didn’t want to sell them to me. What’s more disgusted is the fact that she treated a paying customer with the hope that more customers would come in. I was the only one inside the restaurant and they close at 10pm and it was about 8:30pm when I arrived.

Can you please get in contact with me. I’m submitting a receipt for a chicken that I bought showing the address of where this occurred. I will never step foot in that location again. The audacity of her telling me that I should’ve came in earlier that day to use the coupon.

On August 31, I placed an online BOGO order # 12358742357639174 with Boston Market #546 5124 Northern Boulevard, Woodside, NY 11377 After placing the order, they called me to say that the Chicken Cordon Bleu was not available at their store. So I requested to just send me two of my other order Crispy Country Chicken with white gravy.

The said they did not have white gravy and so sent me three other types of gravy. Since the Chicken Cordon Bleu was more money , I asked for my bill to be adjusted and my card given the credit of the difference of my new order.

The amount was never adjusted.

Second- The Crispy Country Chicken was not crispy, it was just breaded and very disappointing in taste and texture.

Third- My one compliment is that the order , as disappointing as it was, came on time…

I visited the Boston Market in Deptford, NJ yesterday, September 11, 2022 to find a sign on the door “no Mac and no mashed”. I still went inside to see if I could find something else that my family would like as I had planned on ordering a half chicken meal with mashed potatoes and chicken soup as well as three bowls with mashed potatoes, corn and chicken.

The 2 employees that were behind the counter were clearly cleaning up for the night as there were only 3-4 choices of sides and almost no corn bread out at it was only 7:10PM. I asked if they were making more and was told they don’t have anymore.

That location is typically very busy even up until their 9:00PM close time but there was nobody around last night since people were arriving only to be greeted with the sign on the door. My…

Went through drive up. women taking my order. I ordered two meals. One for 1/2 chicken with two sides and a second for BBQ Ribs with two sides.

Also added a small order of chicken nuggets to try. Ordered two desserts. A Apple Cobbler and a lemon italian cake and 1 bottle of Sprite. At window she advised no apple cobbler. Substituted with lemon cake and they were out of bottled sprite. Asked for fountain sprite.

She gives me drink but they were out of straws. Get home no chicken dinner and sprite had no syrup. Tasted like tonic. Returning to store wasn't reasonable so my dinner was shared with guest. A huge disappointment.

i wish i could give less then 0 stars. i literally have this Boston market in the corner of my house. i went two days ago around 5 pm to see if i could go eat with my husband. as soon as i walked in one of the ladies was sitting on the table with her phone eating the food uniform all dirty.

This restaurant closes early, the employees pack their food to go plates and then tell the customers they ran out and there’s still 3hours before closing! I pull up today to give them another chance and they won’t let us in. Says online only!

There were about three other customers over the age of 50 who don’t know how to order online so they left. I’m tired of the unprofessionalism and either you open completely or close the restaurant down completely!!

Purchased the ribs and chicken meal last night the ribs were terrible they were half fat and what wasn’t fat was not good tasting they tasted like they had been sitting there for quite some time they were old. The chicken didn’t even look like a whole breast half of it was gone not fresh either.

Did not receive the corn bread.

Overall just not happy at all with my experience last night. I’ve been to Boston market several times since they came about. Never had a problem with the food before, for $20 I expect a decent meal, half of this one in the trash except my vegetables and potatoes.

You have a serious problem with your location in Wheatridge CO on Wadsworth. That store has gone downhill to the point where I was avoiding it due to bad service. I made the mistake of trying it again thus afternoon.

Found a 50% off family meal coupon. Printed it. Order a rib family meal and spoke to Greenbelt, Md. staffer about coupon. Was told I had to get credit from Door Dash. Called Door dash who told me the promo code 35403 was not in effect.

The date was 7/23 and 7/24. 00 for the meal. The ribs were obnoxious. The customer service was rude from your delivery service. You’re off my list for many reasons…no more turkey, no more ham. The last prime rib we had was inedible.

We visited the Boston Market this afternoon on Hall Road and the older gentleman who assisted us was grumpy and mean. My granddaughter and friend said he was “mean” and scary. The food was dried out and awful!! I spent over $18 for a terrible assortment of food!!!

If you close at 10. Then you should be open until 10. Not 9:30. Employees have side work and cleaning and stocking. I get it. I worked in food service for 10 years. Never did we have close a restaurant and turn people away until the time we were closed.

I have sat customers at 9:54 and made them dinner. I visited the Allentown restaurant, driving out of my way because that is what my family wanted to eat, I know y'all close at 10. When I got there at 9:40. They're closed. It's insane. 99 a gallon.

I could even understand if it were 10 minutes to closing. But all that stuff should be done after the restaurant is closed. Shutting the grills. Cleaning. All that gets done after. If not then change your hours.

I have been coming to Boston Market for a very long time, but this location has really gone down hill. In the last 2 years the store has had a very difficult time keeping employees.

Also, every time I come here there is always a problem. Today for example, the Diet Coke was empty and they had no chocolate chip cookies. There is always something missing.
