Your store 78 in Wichita Kansas on 13th Greenwich has not been consistent on serving their breakfast hot and fresh.

On the other hand the store 267 on North Rock Road in Wichita Kansas has been very consistent on their hot breakfast and I appreciate that service. Having breakfast and dinner at both of these places it's like night and day.

I do hope you can help the store out it does need some attention please and thank you Mr. Troy Overton

Store address: 444 E. Pawnee, Wichita, KS 67211 They have a security guard at there, he is treating customers as suspicious characters. I shopped last week at this store on Monday as well as Friday at the produce section – fresh market.

When I walk into the store the security guard is nowhere to be seen. When I pick my food items and get ready to pay at the register, the security guard comes around and stands at the other register which is 2 feet behind me, he did this twice on Monday as well as Friday.

The store has 10 cameras and there is no need for this creepy approach on the part of the security guard. I discussed this with the security guard on Friday and found out that he is willing to lie to defend his unwelcome actions.

Crappiest customer service I can recall in years. 4435 NW Cache Road Lawton Pk. Pock faced kid acting like a minor supervisor by passed us after observing us standing in line for 15 minutes and waited on people several behind us. Entire line behind us then moved in behind them and he failed to correct situation or a knowledge us. We drove across town and got our order in only two more minutes than we stood in that line.

I am a local business owner in town. I would never employ anyone from the 4435 Cache Road store. If they get a good employee they never last. There's been a couple. The slow inattentive ones seem to never leave. Service and store cleanliness has steadily slid since last summer. But tonight took the cake. This crew obviously doesn't appreciate a paycheck. I ordered a triple turtle sundae with extra caramel. I took it home to eat it, and I discovered that whoever created the sundae must have been purely mean. My sundae was 80-90% caramel and fudge and almost no ice cream at all.

Every bite was nothing but caramel and fudge. I probably won’t go there again, anytime soon.

We ordered a grilled chicken salad with an extra chicken patty and chicken strips. We get our food and there is only one grilled chicken patty in our salad. Took the inaccurate order back to the counter to get another chicken patty.

Waited for 10 minutes for said chicken patty. In the mean time the chicken strips are getting cold. When the manager handed me the salad back he didn't even apologize for the wait.

Also, doesn't anyone know how to come to work with a clean white shirt? I can always tell who the new people are. They're the only ones with clean white shirts. Including management.

I ordered a California bagel with bacon cause I love the quacamoli and I drove across town after working 12 hours and got home and my bagel had none on it only egg and bacon. To dry to eat . Had to toss it in the trash and to tired to drive back.

Went to Braum’s yesterday 7:43AM through the drive thru, they asked me to pull forward for a freeze(smoothie), waited 15 mins and went in to retrieve the drink after receiving grape instead of strawberry jelly and it was specified. Today 7:45Am went through drive thru ordered 2 plain biscuit with strawberry jelly and said no grape, and a large hash brown.

Due to the freeze taking too long. The hash browns were not even half full & they were cold, the biscuits were hard and received no strawberry jelly.

Came to your establishment and ordered food. Ordered number 2 combo with no cheese and extra onions.

Also ordered number 1 combo with mustard only. Received burger through drive through and was incorrect. Got out and went in and order was redone and still in correct. Your store so busy rushing orders instead of listening to the customer.

Combo 2 still had cheese when I said no cheese combo 1 barely had mustard on it.

I was not offered a receipt for my purchase. When I got to the window to get my order I advised the employee. oo gift certificate. She asked me to wait and then returned asking me if I wanted a receipt.

I told her no I want the gift certificate. Again asked to wait, then tells me they have to review the cameras. Seriously did she think I was lying? This was at Braums in Elk City August 12 around 10:45 am.

After being insulted like that I said never mind and drove off.

Employee needs fired. Morning shift. Big mouth, customers can hear her, but she's oblivious to that. Foul language while complaining to co-workers. Multiple times I've been there and heard her. Today, while waiting for my food order, she slams open the door as she comes out into market to get cinnamon rolls and was very loudly complaining about 12 burritos and 6 cinnamon rolls a customer had ordered.

My order was after that customer and I saw she had paid $42. That employee had no business badmouthing a customer's order, especially when paying that much. If she doesn't like filling the orders, she needs to quit. It's her job no matter what is ordered.

Meanwhile, one employee was filling condiment cups and another went on break and we ended up waiting 25 minutes for our 2 burrito order.…

Every time I go into the Winfield Ks. Braum's . The adult staff is rude they talk about customers where they can be heard managers stand around laughing and shoving all the work off on teenage children who don't make enough money to begin with .

The atmosphere is uninviting and you feel as if you should not have chose to be there . There are a couple of really good workers just a couple as you see everybody else standing around fighting with each other criticizing each other talking bad about this customers.

The places unclean and full of flies. I do not believe there's been a day I haven't seen a teenager that is full of tears They look unhappy and sad to be in their work environment because of the way they are treated but

because of their age they don't have other options to work…

I’m am not exaggerating when I say every time I go through the drive through at the Neosho Mo store, my order is incorrect or incomplete. I verify much love the food; and have not lodged a complaint until now because the team has never been rude when I ask them to fix the mistake.

This time around they forgot a fry for my combo. I did not receive a “sorry” and whoever was working drive through was extremely RUDE. I’m at my breaking point with the mistakes considering how much I spend here. This store is in serious need of training…EVERY SINGLE TIME MY ORDER IS MESSED UP IN ONE WAY OR ANOTHER!

The store that you have in Grand Prairie off Pioneer, is lacking a lot of attention. A food establishment that I love to visit, however, it is extremely filthy. s. I grew up in Grand Prairie, and always looked forward to bringing my children and grandchildren for ice cream or to shop in your store. I walked in 3 months ago, and turned around and walked out. The whole place should be shut down, and disinfected from top to bottom. Not only is it an unhealthy environment, but the teenagers that work there, walk around like zombies. Not a hello, a blank stare, disorganized, and keep their counters filthy. Several neighbors in the area, have stopped going there because of the filth at your store.

I'm surprised this store is passing the health department inspections. I hope you all look into…

Didn’t take her name but is the only Asian look employee there. I complaint with the manager couple of weeks ago about her nasty way to treat people specially if they are Hispanics and because of that she didn’t wants to take my order today.

I’m a Braum’s customer since long time ago. By the way Braum’s was my first job when I came from Puerto Rico 33 years ago. Is my first complaint here but I had to do it because she is making Braum’s look very bad. Thanks

I went to Braums in Owasso, Ok on 96th Street. I ordered a kids chicken tenders, fries, ranch and a drink. When I got to the window for my food, the girl quickly handed me my drink and a sack and shuts the window.

Before pulling away, I looked in the sack, no chicken. I sat there watching the girl and a couple of other employees goofing off, so I honked my horn to get her attention. She opened the window, I asked for my chicken, she said “oh, you didn’t get your chicken”?

She hands me another sack with the chicken. Then I said, “ how about my ranch”. She said “ oh, you didn’t get your ranch”.? How rude of her to question me if I received my food or not. If I had received it why was I asking for it...

VISIT 7/623 plano, tx Parker road store. I frequent Braums alot so do my employees. I HAVE COMPLAINT, THIS STORE HAS FALLEN BELOW ANY HEALTHY STANDARDS! THE FOOD PREP AREA IS FILTHY AND UNSANITARY, The people cooking,serving and handling food are absolutely DIRTY WITH FILTY CLOTHES.

Craving a sundae, I looked online and the one at Braums looked amazing, so I went. What I got looked nothing like the advertised item. It's super disappointing to feel like you've been taken advantage of by a company. I keep trying to upload a picture of this disappointment but your system says each one I try is too big.

This morning I went to a Braums on Preston Rd in Dallas and I ordered a sausage and gravy biscuit single and a regular hashbrown and 2 cups of water when the young man handed me the water I noticed he didn't put the lid on because I spilled the water on myself I don't know if he noticed because he didn't say anything and then I waited for my order and I got it and left I did pull over in a parking spot at the restaurant and wanted to eat there and I noticed that my hashbrowns were very crispy like if they were overcooked which isn't to my liking at all so I really didn't enjoy it that much please let your workers know to make sure they cook their food correctly before handing it to a customer. Overcharged for your # 2 Burger, out of medium size cups, out of chocolate ice cream for shakes; had to have vanilla ice cream with a little hot fudge- shake is a light tan color. Waited 30 mins. for 2 shakes- kid who took the order couldn't even remember what the drinks were and couldn't make them.

A different employee finally did the shakes but milk was everywhere on the counter, down the cabinet and on the floor! Busy night on 05/05/2023 but 3 out of 5 employees were wasting their time trying to make shakes, banana splits and sundaes. WORSE service experience EVER.

If you had a 1/2 star rating it would still be too high. Will NOT return there and I have been going to that store for twenty years!

I went through the drive threw and ordered a large chocolate malt. At the window they asked me to pull up cause the chocolate was hard today and it would be a min. When the lady brought it out it was so full that it was running down the cup.

I asked her if she could empty some of it out. When she came back out with it it was all over the outside of the cup, and still running down the sides. I had to use all of my napkins to clean it up and my hands.

It was really a mess..... That was totally uncalled for.

The last 2 times, at 2 separate Braums in south Okc, that I ordered chicken tenders with GRAVY in the afternoon, the GRAVY was so disgusting looking, I couldn't use it. For God's sake, are the employees too lazy to make fresh gravy throughout the day, or is it poor management or both? Do BETTER Braums, I would be Embarrassed to serve the nasty ass GRAVY that your stores serve in the afternoon & evening.

I walked in and ordered a milkshake & an ice cream cone. The same boy that took my order then immediately took the next person's order. He then proceeded to make the 2nd person's order of a milkshake & 1 scoop in a cup, gives it to them, & then he takes a 3rd person's order.

He proceeded to make the 3rd person's banana split. After that, I said what are you doing, where's my order? He said what did you order, I said YOU took my order before these 2 people that were After me!!

I'm a semi truck driver and I stop at least 2 times a week to get my dog that rides with me a bag of burgers. When I order I ask to have them cut in fourths. I'm told they can not cut them in fourths because it's not on the computer.

I asked could ul you tell the cook by mouth pls cut them in fourths. I was told NO. This has happened a lot. I'm asking is there a key that can be added to cut burgers into fourths. It's much easier and safer for me to feed in fourths to my dog then having to bite pieces off to feed her.

Thanks for reading my complaint and hopefully there's a solution to this problem other then NO we can't cut in fourths!

I went to Braum’s store#139,i located at Waxahachie,Texas and had to wait 5 to 10 minutes before being helped. Their were 3 young girls behind the counter & one girl made herself an ice sundae in front of us & went to the other side of the counter to eat her ice cream & didn’t take our order.

The older lady was fixing a shake for a customer & the 3 girl’s hiding in the back didn’t come to help. The manager was making burgers in the back & she didn’t ask the other girls to help us or other customers.

Poor management & customer service sucked! Seeing the young girl make herself an ice cream & not take out order is less than tolerable! I won’t be going back there, again! Kuddos to the older lady taking our order, then changing the trash cans inside while the other girls & one guy doing….…

m. today. I didn't get to eat lunch at work so I was taking a late lunch. I walked up to the counter and waited to order a jalapeno hamburger. one of the employees was busy with a customer, the other employee completely ignored me.

I waited about seven or eight minutes and still no one acknowledged me. I gave up and stepped over to get a small Shake. when I paid for my shake, I told her I'd given up because I wanted to get a hamburger and no one would help me and she said "oh " and turned around and said "I'm leaving".

Lobby & dine in area at the Tecumseh, Oklahoma store are always dirty. Watched a crew member who finally came out to “clean” wipe every table & the self serve drink area with the same nasty rag. Food all over the floor and a swarm of flies. Every customer was complaining.

Was at the store in El Dorado, Ks. Yesterday and the manager was screaming at the help where the customers was able to hear her. This is non professional. The young lady at the counter was having a hard time.

She was new and I felt sorry for her at no training. I will probably not returning to that store. I fell u all need to check into this. Thank U

Went to Braum’s yesterday for a quick breakfast because we had a funeral out of town. A group of men came in and ordered separately. They started calling their order numbers. They never did call our number. After 10-15 minutes of waiting, my husband went to counter to see about our order.

Don’t know what happened but they fixed it. I had ordered a bacon and egg biscuit and my husband ordered double biscuits and gravy. My biscuit had cheese on it as well as being hard as a rock. My husband’s biscuits were also hard.

He used a knife and they were still very hard. We didn’t have time to wait for them to redo order. Horrible experience.

This complaint may not find the correct person. But I would like to make Braum's Corp aware of the poor freaking customer service at store# 201, 907 Cockrell Hill in Duncanville. People spend over 5 bucks on Ice cream to not get the full serving required for your product.

I purchased 4 tuxedos sundaes and each one had a half golf ball serving in the container. When I asked if she was done fixing my order the young lady states you want them to be made over. The front end is very Rude and all employees need some more training on making orders.

Another star student employee states I'm not making nothing over. It is what it is. Payton the assistant manager has no control over those rude ass young ladies at the front end. I am not pleased with this store today and I will not be returning to…
