I was trying to pay for my food my card don't have a chip but I have used it before at Walmart it's a visa card the lady at the register didn't understand to swip it. Said they gotta get a manager now this my complaint if you have a customer needing help why it ok for the manager say they are eating and won't help that's not customer service I left the store cause I'm not waiting 30 mins for someone figure out how to scan a card Walmart never gave any issues.

On January 2, 2024, I stopped at Brookshires gas station, store #48, 2202 N. West Ave, El Dorado, AR 71730. I am a Arkansas State Worker, which I had to be at work at 8:00am, plus I had to transport a client out of out.

However, I was there before 8:00am, and I was able to pump my gas at the gas pump. After I finished pumping my gas, I tried to retrieve my receipt, but my receipt would not print out, by this time the time it was 7:57am, and worker was to be found inside.

I called the Brookshires Grocery Store, and spoke with the manager Deborah. I stated to her that I got gas, but I wasn't able to retrieve my receipt and there was no one inside for me to get a printed receipt, and I had to be at work by 8:00am.

Went to your website to update my Profile information and received No password re-setting or email – could not get in.

So, I opened a New Registration account also linked to my cell number 469.951.5309 and when I went back to update my Profile your “Damn Popup” attached will not allow me back in ----- it blocks every attempt to login no matter how many times I try or what website entry tried – I’m blocked out of both accounts.

Brookshire's grocery in Monroe Louisiana at 7920 Desiard St. Their deli is staffed by rude and sarcastic employees. I go to this store daily to purchase chicken leg quarter packages that they put out in the register checkout areas. The one decent deli employee was saving me a package back each day, and told me that I did not have to call every day.

Then recently, they told me they were not going to save any for me. The one employee is extremely rude and acts angry with a bad attitude all the time. I have spoken to 3 different managers in the store, and not one has done anything to correct the problem.

They claimed that because another customer asked them to save something and did not pick it up, they had to penalize me as well. If it were not for having to drive additional miles to…

I drove through the brookshires gas station drive through window in corsicana and the lady checking me out was very rude and seemingly put out that my card wouldn't work after trying it a few times. I asked couldn't she just type it in and she hatefully said no like I was a moron.

I said since when and she said I don't know but we don't do that here. I am a loyal customer who shops here frequently and rude employees like her who act like I am bothering her instead of apologizing to me that they are having trouble with my card that works every where else, don't need to be working in customer service period.

The Brookshires on Broadway in Tyler, Tx. I love the store. It appears clean thru out the store but when I go in after work between 9:30 and 10pm, several times I have went into the women's bathroom and it was disgusting.

The stench alone could knock you over. Every stall was gross, filled with toilet paper. Seriously disappointed. I couldn't even go to the bathroom. When I walked out from the bathroom I noticed all employees just standing around. Talking. Anyway, just wanted to bring it to someone's attention.

It truly reflected badly on the store, to me and Im sure to anyone customer that walked in there. Thanks

The Brookshire Brothers store here in cuero Texas always has bad meats and vegetables. My son has went four times to get vegetables over there and they're all bad on the shelf I've had two friends go to get meats to barbecue and we open them and they're bad I think we are done shopping at the store.

Very rude aggressive/arrogant employees managers are pretty awful and nasty customer care definitely isn't the number 1 priority apparently either

This complaint is for Willow Park TX. May,24. 7:30 PM I was in self checkout and it stopped my order and asked for help. There were multiple teens and people standing around talking and doing nothing and there were several of us customers needing help.

I had to take what self checkout refused to scan and wait in line at a register to get the rest checked out. I did not want to check out twice.

Need to hire more sackers!!! I’ve had 3 back surgeries.. I go here because they can load them in my car! I’ve been to 3 different locations in Bullard, Tyler( rice rd), and 155.. I would say over 1/2 the time I literally have to walk my cart out myself, then take it back in store because no one is around and no cart areas in parking lot..

it started raining one night , I was trying to get in out, my best friend was in town to visit , and it started raining all of sudden and we had to ask a slacker to take our groceries to car on 155 location ( he was afraid to get his new shoes wet) I told him he should of wore different shoes to work in or put bags around them.. If you are going hire kids to work at the store to carry out and sack your grocery they do not need stand there and watch as elder customers push their cart to their car and then unload it When they have use a cane to walk.

I needed a prescription refilled and the pharmacy stated that I was out of refills. They asked if I wanted them to contact my doctor and I said yes. They advised that my prescription would be ready on Wednesday five days after I called in.

On Thursday I went to get my medicine and the medicine that needed doctor approval was not ready. The medicine is one of my blood pressure medicine. So now I have been without it for over a week. I used ‘my chart’ and contacted my doctor again.

They advised that a 90 day prescription was sent in on February 15. Called the pharmacy back and they stated that the prescription was found on file but never filled. Last time my primary doctor pled a 30 prescription. Evidently that’s what they said was expired.

On 03/18, I bought over $50 worth of groceries in Flint,TX. One of the items, pork hocks were spoiled. One of the mgrs took my name & number and told me to come back and either get a another pack or refund.

I returned the next day (03/19) and told the cashier what was said. She called an office cashier over, Jerrie. Jerrie began to interrogate me as if I was lying. I told, again what a mgr said would happen. She rudely told me there was no note left and that she couldn't just take my word.

Her told of voice and words were demeaning an unprofessional. I was so frustrated, and ticked off that I walked off without my debit card(but quickly retrieve it). Three minutes after I left the store, Travis, the mgr who I spoke on the 18th called me and stated the note was indeed left.

I have been getting my prescriptions filled at Brookshires in Weatherford for years. I love their pharmacy techs. They are always so nice. My complaint is with the management. After Doyle retired, the pharmacy seems to be having problems filling some of my prescriptions.

I have been getting the same prescriptions filled for years. Last month I had to get my Tresiba filled at the Brookshires in Willow Park. I’m beginning to think that the pharmacist who is over the Weatherford pharmacy is not ordering enough meds to meet the needs of the customers.

I have been to brookshires three times this week to cash a check from the Texas state comptrollers office. I don’t have a complaint. There a young man at the Pines Road store who I believe is Mr Brookshires. He ask every customer how is day ? He is helpful, courteous and down right “Brookshires Friendly “! His name is Ronald. Wonderful nice young man!!!

I do love working for brookshires but I have to say, I was offered a job as a pricing specialist for 13$ an hour.. to walk around all night and replaces tags, no heavy lifting, no extra work BUT I work as a stocker for 11$..

over 2 $ lesss for HEAVY LIFTING and pallet jack work.. I don’t think that’s fair.

I bought a 4 pound roll of hamburger meat the other day to make chili with, I started cooking it and it smelled horrible, had to throw it away. I’ve never had a problem before, but the expiration date was still good. I will still continue to get my groceries there, I was just sad about the meat.

I was getting a prescription for my mother who frequents this store. Ruby could use some attitude adjustment lessons. I cannot fathom what I did to incur her disposition, except that I included a small loaf of bread in my purchase.

I went to brookshires before 7 before they close the front desk I want to get money order and she said she was close and already broke down.

Tonight I went by the pharmacy at 745 PM because the hours posted on the outside of the store are 800 AM to 800 PM Since I needed antibiotics my doctor had sent a prescription in for I very reluctantly struggled to grab a shopping cart to go inside the store for my prescription.

I had left my cane at the house because I planned to use the drive through. Surprise INSIDE THE STORE WAS A PAPER SIGN WITH NEW HOURS SHOWING THE PHARMACY CLOSING AT 700 PM. So what good does that do someone who struggles to move?

Went to Brookshire’s in Clifton, Tx today and woman had dog in shopping cart. Not a service dog! While waiting to check out this dog jumps out of cart into bagging area at cash register. Woman finally grabbed dog and put back in basket.

Cashier or bagger should have wiped area down but that did not happen. Didn’t know Brookshire’s would let dogs in store unless it was a service dog.

COMPLAINT; 1. My Brookshires is located in Magnolia, Ark. and for the last 2.5 --- 3 months my store has been out of my cat's favorite canned FRISKIES SALMON (shredded). ...NASTY Wal Mart carries this product, BUT I hate Wal Mart!!! ...My cat little cares that missing his favorite cat food isn't on the same level, as say, Curing Cancer....He just likes "Shredded Salmon". ...BTW --- Tell the "genius" that loads our truck to put some bloody blinking FRISKIES SHREDDED SALMON on the dam trailer !!!! There are many people in the southwest part of the city who are elderly and like to use Brookshire's Pharmacy. My parents are in this group. My dad is 83 and my mom is 79 and have been loyal patrons of Brookshire's most of their lives.

My parents moved to a senior apartment complex about 7 years ago and moved their prescriptions to the Brookshire's on Mansfield Road and Bert Kouns location. My dad says that they have experienced a lot of trouble over the last year or so.

Many times the drive thru is not working and he has to come inside only to see a very long line; it's a taxing effort for my dad to walk in from the parking lot only to see such a long line. He also stated they rarely have enough help which is what they blame on the drive thru not being open.

I want to complain about several items I've purchased at Kilgore Brookshire in the last 2 months. 3lb bag of nectarines & 3lb peaches, both most were rotten. Bag of mandarin oranges all were mushy and rotten. 2 different watermelons mush inside and a bag of ready salad raspberry vignette and the dressing tasted molded.

I understand we are having a drought and tough times getting products. But it very disappointing when you can't enjoy the fruit you want. Just wanted to let you know . Thank you

I shop Athens and Chandler mostly. I stopped in Chandler Round 8:30 am Saturday to grab Gatorade ice and 30 pack of beer. Quick lane checker could not scan the beer with her gun, never tried sliding across main scanner. Never would scan. Called for assistance, no one came. She scanned ice and Gatorade with gun, but register would process my card. Called for assistance, none came. I had to leave.
