Brown's Chicken & Pasta

If I could give it 0 stars I would. This was the worst fried chicken I've ever eaten in my life. The chicken felt like it was 3 day old chicken that was sitting under a heat lamp, you almost couldn't bite into it.

It was hard dry and flavorless. The busciuts were like hockey pucks got through a quarter of one and had to throw it out. For the money I spent it had to be one of the worst meals in my life and I'm in my 60s. It was absolute garbage.

I received your coupon's in the mail and I went to the Brown's Chicken near my job located on North Ave and 15th in Melrose Park IL and the young lady there will not honor my coupon for BOGO MONDAY for the 1/2 lb of the Gizzard for 1.00 dollar that was only for today 12/04/2023 but tells me that I can used the other coupon for 6.99, can you please explain to me why you can used 1 of the coupon but not the other,I was very upset and disappointed with that outcome because I didn't make the coupon nor did I mail them to myself

Poor taste, service and felt price gauged at the Browns Chicken on 143rd and Bell Road in Homer Glen, 60491

filing a complaint for the browns location in crest hill. I have gone to this location many times and each time i have witnessed managers being verbally abusive to their employees. The bald headed one is always yelling and cussing and name calling them.

I just got into a heated argument with the bald headed one trying to defend them. This establishment has no respect for their employess or their customers. the mangers are rude and aggressive.

Mike at the crest hill location treats his employees with disrespect and yells at them right in front of customers. One day I was there and he was calling the employee with glasses a bitch. He cusses with customers. It's not right how their mangers treat customers and employees.

I picked up an order of chicken and mac & cheese on Dec 5th from a local franchise in East Dundee, IL. I do not often purchase at Brown's as it isn't the most convenient to my home and defer to other chicken competitors.

Unfortunately have to say this was the absolutely WORST product quality and product flavor meal I have ever purchased.

First allow me to say the service personnel were the absolute best. Extremely friendly and helpful and that itself was a wonderful experience. It ended there however after returning home and trying the meal. The chicken was simply put dried out - had been in the heat lamp WAY too long.

I placed an online order for 12 pieces of chicken & several sides. I picked up the order and there was no 2 liter pepsi bottles like I ordered so I had to settle for 2 cans of coke really?

Then when I got home there was no chicken. I called the store and the guy told me to come back which I couldn't do so I asked him to refund me for the chicken and he says sure, then hangs upon me.

Word of advice, stop employing highschool kids and manage your employees!
