Waited apprix 10 minutes. Two weeks ago I ordered 4 fish and frys and only received 3 fish instead of 4 but paid for 4 fish. Iam sure waffle frys sat for 10 minutes on counter while the made the chili and that was the reason they were ice cold.

I didn’t get napkins in my to go Oder. My hands were greasy and in a sudden traffic incident I almost wasn’t able to navigate my steering wheel safely because my hands were so slick.

My whole order was cold and I called them they said they would send me a gift card but I never reserved it so I called them back a male manager said to come down there and he would give me card since I never reserved it so I went down there next day and a woman manager said the male manager gave me one but I never went down there that night it was then

I'm offended. went through the drive thru when gettn ready to pay with card was immediately prompted by drive thru employee that if I want to tip push this button....since when do fast food employees hustle for tips...is this a corporate Idea or just independent stores doing this...the credit card machine looked janky with hand written instructions taped to machine....are u paying your employees enough

It’s such a shame that this restaurant has such consistently slow service because the food is good. ” They occasionally look up at you then quickly divert their eyes. Who the heck trains these people?? There does not appear to be a manager overseeing what’s going on….

Yes, they are working but it’s like they could care less that you’re there. ) place that serves gluten free options as well. Sadly, I don’t recommend this place to others or if I do I tell them they have to have a lot of time on their hands.

Ordered two $12.99 fish and chips baskets and only got the fish...and I had to wait 10 minutes just for that...was not very happy when I got home to say the least...up till now I've been a very happy customer but not this time...

Burgerville,97035 50 SW Upper Boones Ferry Road, Lake Oswego, Oregon, 97035 Date: 7-16-2022 at 6:51pm Ordered food. Received Number 52. 30 minutes later we asked about our order. Employees couldn't find our orderwith our order number. Two employees passed by our table and noticed we were still sitting and waiting as we had our number on the table still.

Finally got our order, thank goodness we had a receipt. Not happy.

, Lake Oswego, Oregon,97035 7-18-22 at 6:51 PM We submitted our order, paid and waited 30 minutes for our order. When we went back to the counter, our order or number 52 were nowhere to be found. Luckily we had our receipt order plaque.

There were a couple employees cleaning tables around us, who should have inquired and did not stop to ask if we were still waiting on our food. It was obvious we had been waiting. No compensation? Not happy.

I ordered the shake it was good but the straw collasped and so i had to throw the cheap straw away and got ice cream all over my face. The shake was good but since your so cheap on buying straws that dont work, its the last shake ill buy at burgerville

Twice in the past 30 days my order has been prepared/delivered incorrectly. Today at Fisher's Landing (Order ID 3104309652752470), my order was initially delivered to the wrong person, and one of the Original Cheesburgters was not prepared correctly. It had onions and lettuce.

I had to retrieve it at the counter and ask for ketchup. Not the type of service I have experienced in the past at this location. Is the third try going to be better?

I come to this location at least twice a week and I spend between 25to 30 dollars on food well I had a issue with my order I contacted the store immediately offered to bring the food back because I wanted a refund so the individual said no worries she said you don't have to bring the food back but you have to bring your receipt I said ok I'm not sure if I will be back in today she said no worries just bring your receipt anyways so

two days later I call and explain to Janelle everything she was extremely rude she kept talking over me the whole time telling me how she wasn't going to be able to do anything to help me I was extremely upset I said I'm only going by what I was told she didn't care I am extremely upset because I can't help what I was told and Janelle is a poor excuse for a…

Upon ordering my meal yesterday, My fries were limp, and cold, My double beef was Dry, didnt have the secret sauce on it, and both the fries and burger were Super Salty...I couldnt even enjoy eating any of it. I didnt think of taking any pictures, sorry.

On 4/25/2022 at 11:40 at the Albany Burgerville I ordered 2 crispy halibut sandwiches and a waffle fry. Something must have been wrong with the fryer. My fish was literally raw and the fries, which are always crispy, were very soggy.

I would have taken everything back, but I live in Stayton which is about 35mins away. I was very disappointed to say the least. My family and I always enjoy Burgerville and this was the first time something like this has happened.

Not sure if I'll order another fish sandwich again.

Hillsboro burgerville sucks. Sat in drive through line, stuck in line, for 25 min. I will never stop here again. Now if I can ever get out of this line.
