The manager was rude. The tellers were polite, professional no complaints.

I am in once in a while for coffee and doughnuts, both are very good, I will probably keep doing this.

In my opinion, there's no need to be rude to a customer who likes your coffee and is polite and otherwise minding their own business, and this describes my words and actions the very few times I've been in your store.

I may have been mistaken for someone else.

I will not respond to and messages. I was in yeaterday or the day before.

I had just paid for cigarettes, food and drinks and was heading out the door when I was stopped by manager named Mickey (I believe that to be his name) He had manilla folder in his hands and proceded to ask my name. I responded "Lesley Gates" I asked him if there was a problem which I received no answer as he was going through papers in this folder.

I asked him again after a minute what was going on? He then told me that I was banned from this store which is located on Lenox Ave in Oneida, Ny. I asked I'm shock why what did I do?

He then told me that I had been seen stealing beer from the coolers. I them told him that I do not drink and I'm not a thief and I believe you've got the wrong person to which the cashier on register proceded to say that's her,that's her!

I always stop at Byrne dairy on route 5 in Oneida I will not go in there again while the lady that works deli is in there she is so rude and this is not the frist time she is not a people person and should not be working there at all it’s around 430 5 I go And get a sandwich and I will keep complaining till something gets done I will go over and above she doesn’t need to be so rude

Ordered two BLT sandwiches and the person who made it put all the ingredients on the bread and then toasted it instead of toasting the bread and bacon first. It totally made the sandwich all soggy and unable to eat it.

Maybe the guy was new because it's never happened before. This is at the Homer location.

This would be the third time that I have put $60 in the lottery machine to grab two $30 tickets and only received one and there's never anybody there but one person who cannot get into the machine to get my ticket so I lose out on $30 this is completely uncalled for I get told that there's absolutely nothing I can do for you

16. I paid for this, went outside and started questioning the price in my head. I went back in and asked the same cashier what the price was for a 12 oz coffee. She went over a showed me the cups, and with an attitude, said that I was charged the correct price.

Never once said what the prices of other sizes were. I asked for the managers name and she said that she was one of the managers. She claimed the overall store manager was Miss Cathy. It was 12/11/22 at 430pm.

She was a black lady with glasses. SHE SHOULDNT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THAT ATTITUDE. I will not be back.

This store is a month old. There are cigarette butts papers trash all over the entrance of the store. The east side store is filthy inside. I think the manager Shoukd be on top of the cleaniness. I will not go to either again.

This place is the most awful place to work. They don’t care about their employees at all. If a customer complains about you at all even if you aren’t in the wrong you get written up and they don’t want to hear your side.

They hire pedophiles and punish a minor who doesn’t feel comfortable around him and cut her hours rather then addressing the concern with the pedo. Not only that but the management turns a blind eye to everything no training but expects you to know what you’re doing no matter what you’re loosing.

So fuck Byrne dairy and their corporation

Was in Auburn store on 7/2 at 7:45 p m. Two of the associates where saying the “f” word many times. I asked to talk to the the manager And told her they should not be saying the “f” word especially when little kids were in there for ice cream.

She just shrugged her shoulders at me. I told her I will file a complaint. Her response was” Good do it. Do it. I’ve been to the store quite often. The store associates are way out of hand. I now go to fastrsc because of what happened.

Stopped in the Auburn store on 7/2 at approximately 7:45 pm. Many of the store associates were saying the “F” word. I was shocked with their language will young kids were waiting for ice cream. I asked to talk to who was in charge and was directed to Nicole.

Told her it was wrong with the language that was being used. She shrugged her shoulders and laughed at me. I told her I would file a complaint and she said go a head and laughed again. I can’t believe this kind of language is supported by Byrne Dairy.

You store on 1800 W Fayette St. Syracuse. New York is supposedly opened 24 hours but tonight and multiple more times than this I get to the store around midnight or 1 AM for lunch because I work third shift.

Every time I show up the doors are locked and the worker just stand there and stare at us and refuse to serve us just tonight they turned away me and 3 other people. They refuse to answer the phones I’d call for 30 minutes before someone picks up and when they do it’s with a big attitude so you need to get on this because I’m not gonna continue to waste my time and

go all the way up there just to go somewhere else because of your LAZY ass workers. It’s sad that they can’t do there simple jobs of cashing people out so hop on this or I’m calling corporate to get it shut down because…

I have had several issues with the Byrne Dairy, location of 6215 Rte 96 in Farmington NY 14425, over the past month. Recently I tried to buy a product that would not scan at the registers. The cashier said the bar code would not scan.

So he wasnt going to sell it to me. I went over to the shelf to get the UPC off the shelf label in front of the product, and had to help the cashier type in the correct 12 digit code.

A second time I went to purchase something, my change came out of the register dispense, and before I could take my change, the cashier scooped it up and put it back in the til. And just today, I went to purchase something, and had to wait because apparently the cashier ( Tina ) went to the bathroom.

Neither of the other two people working behind the counter would ring me out,…

I called at 650pm on Friday 5/6/2022, to order 2 large pizzas. I wanted 1 pepperoni, and one mushroom. I was told they would be ready in a half hour. I went in 40 minutes later to pick them up, and they hadn't been made yet.

There were 2 young people running the store and neither was a manager. The older of the two, gave me nothing but attitude because I questioned why they weren't ready. He then told me it was because they didn't have any mushrooms.

This could have been avoided if the two of them had communicated to each other, and they had my phone number and could have called me back to let me know. Instead they did nothing. Then gave me attitude for it.

I plan on posting this on social media for everyone to see.

Really poor customer service with just one individual who works there. He apparently has something against me for me to come to the store and he is on register it doesn’t matter if there is people in line or not.

He will be at the register and when it’s my turn he literally and deliberately finds or makes up a reason to go do something else and make me wait long periods of time, sometimes to the point another store attendant who is not even on register has to come help. It’s a young gentlemen with blonde hair and usually wearing a cap

22 around 1pm. I go there often for Gas, food, drinks and to play Lotto scratch offs. I only had a $100 bill and asked the cashier if she could make change because a wanted to get some Lotto tickets.

She said this was ok and stated making the change. After this another employee came and told the cashier she should not have done that, and said that i would not be able to do this in future, due to it being against policy.

At this time I apologized and offered to return the change and take the $100 bill back, it was not a big deal for me to not be able to get scratch offs and I could always be back after getting change. The employee that spoke to cashier said it was fine for today.

Because I do not live far from Byrne dairy in Norwich NY, I am a frequent customer and I spend a great deal of money there. On Sunday morning (4/17/22) around 2am, I placed an legnthly order that included chicken wings.

When I received my order I only recieved 8 of them, which means I paid just about a dollar and a quartet for each wing. This may seem petty, had it not for the conti unusual mistakes on my orders that it is not petty at all.

I have just about had enough and while I use to believe that the Byrne dairy food was more affordable than other surrounding restaurants but now I am thinking I would rather pay more knowing that my order is correct. I spend an average of over 20 to 70 dollars each time I go to Byrne and I believe that you may have lost a valuable customer.
