After experiencing terrible service and food that was clearly not fresh, I contacted CPK customer service department and let them know of my experience, upon doing so I received an email from the general manager named Rosa. She indicated that she was very sorry and wanted to send me “be our guest cards”.
And asked for my home address which I sent her. She responded by saying that she would send the guest cards out that very day however, to date they have never come. Wow! So now not only did I receive bad service and old food, I received a lack of follow through from the GM.
I have lost all faith in CPK management. I will never go back, and I plan to tell everyone I know just how terrible my experience was and why I refused to ever eat there again. SO unprofessional!!!
