I ordered a replacement battery for my power shot. I ordered from Canon instead of Amazon because I wanted a good canon replacement battery. I didn't have an opportunity to use it until April. I ordered it March 28, 2023. It doesn't work.

Everyone at Canon is very sorry but the orders are only good for return for 14 days. I will use Amazon next time. They are not only very sorry for bad merchandise, but they will send me a replacement or return my money. Lesson learned.

I purchased a product and the wrong product came so I returned it. You as a company receive that product back on 20 December and I have not received a refund. I’ve called at least five times speaking to someone and no one has resolved this. I have sent numerous emails along with tracking information and details, and no one has responded to me whatsoever.

My phone number is 702-715-4270. This should be escalated. I won’t be surprised if I don’t hear back from you, which is very unfortunate.

I needed help connecting my printer to my new network. Your Canon support agent, Michael Sinclair, scammed me into buying some network security software that I didn't need. He showed me all these files that were supposedly causing the problem and said I needed to buy this software to clean up my computer so I could get the printer installed on my network. He said the Norton security I had wasn't enough. All I really needed to do was walk over to the printer and enter the network password. The software cost $1,000. The name of it is Webroot but it was sold through a company called Business Express. I believe Michael Sinclair is getting kickbacks from this company and that's why he was so instant that I needed to buy it.

I bought a ts3320 printer , to replace my HP printer , but the down load was not what i expected , after the set up, there was no icon on my monitor to click for print or scan , so i retuned it , very disappointed as i had a canon a long time ago no problem .

Purchased a Canon printer fom Colors in Ondarra La Marina shopping centre in Spain.After set up, the next day an error code B200 was showing with a reqest to return to shop. I did this but shop says I must deal directly with Canon.European and Spanish law is clear, it is the shops responsibility, not mine to deal with this matte, they sell your products can you put pressure on them to obey the law, as they are giving you a bad name.

my complaint is NOT with your printer but with the printer ink. I just purchased a new black 271 cartridge for my printer. Opened the box, removed the plastic strip and ink shot all over me and my beige carpet.

You have a tech named Clinton Scott Brown. B so he said he did. Clinton was a family friend when he was very young. I have been in contact with him over the last year. B. He told me and my family he was a supervisor over the states of TX and OK . B Robotics.

He told me he had secured me a job and I would start in a week. As time passed he started to my excuses and pushing my start date back. I owned my own company and closed it in preparation to go to school in Miami Fl.

I have since found out that it was all lies. When I confronted him with it he became very angry and threatened me and my family with death threats. He also told my nephew Danial Evens the same thing. Danial moved from Alabama to Oklahoma City just to find out there was no work for him.

On 10/18/19 I ordered ink cartridges for my printer Canon TS6020. On 10/22/19 I receive my order but the cartridges were incorrect. I called and was told the correct cartridges would be sent. On 10/28/19, I called because I never received my cartridges.

Again Customer service said they had not shipped yet and I would be notified when they did. On 11/03/19 I called again about not receiving my cartridges and I got the same story about the cartridges not being shipped yet.

She said she was going to send a message to her supervisor about the cartridges. There was nothing else she can do. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH POOR SERVICE FROM CANON BEFORE. IT IS UNFORGIVEABLE.

I stayed at the Holiday inn and Suites Virginia Beach from Aug 11th thru 17th. My room was 101 ground floor at the end of the boardwalk. I travelled 7 hours with my family for a quiet beach vacation. The first night I was there, the construction outside my room started.

Large pipes being constructed, loud bangs, and beeping of construction vehicles backing up. This went on for 2 nights, then the pumping of sand and vehicles the next 2 night. Deconstruction the last 2 nights of the piping with all the same sounds.

We did not sleep at all, sleeping in most mornings because we were up all night. I complained to the front desk and was told this needs to be done before hurricane season and due to the government shutdown last year, this had to be done now.

Mind you, this is peak vacation…

I just purchased a TR8250 printer and set it up with a direct wireless connection to my computer. I get up today and it is no longer connected. I call technical support and it is closed. Canon my take time off but many American business owners do not.

What kind of junk doesn't work right the very next day after set up!!! Poor job by Canon,Trsitan Traivolia

In 2018 my new 80D body started to do some crazy exposures. I sent it to the repair facility in Canada. It ended coming back with the same problem, so I kept sending it back each time it messed up a few shots.

This camera can do well for hundreds of photos, then overexpose drastically ruining shots. Canon Canada started to imply that I was not using the camera correctly. That is total garbage, it is the camera choosing either ISO or shutter speeds that mess up some shots.

The last time I sent them the camera it was now messing up in a manner they could not deny. So they said that the warranty is expired and wanted to charge me $259. for a repair. I told them I wanted a new body that I could trust.

Why would I pay for them to repair a camera that they have not been able to time and time…

it will no longer scan , will no longer work wireless or wired. This goes thru ink like no tomorrow. I bought it because it was supposed to be a printer that was less expensive to replace ink. I know I have had it long but that shouldn't affect ink I bought ink of every color and installed.

It refused to print a black copy because it said it was out of cyan How does that happen and since I can't scan no matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall I'm stuck with paying 36 dollars for print ink I will never use, the other colors are apparently full.

I just love printing in only cyan This isn't the first time around Christmas I spent $50 or so which was gone in no time and when I just wanted replace black it said I needed to replace them all. No more Canon computers or ink for me

Purchased Printer MG2522 at WalMart on 9/13/19 Tried setiing it up on 9/14/19 Ink cartridges show as empty on the website. Tried contacting online service on 9/143:00PM After 20+ minutes I got absolutely no positive response Then I tried the 800 number After answering 5 or more question I was told they were closrd and to call back during normal business hours THAT A HELL OF A WAY TO RUN A BUSIESS I wiil be returning this piece of junk MONDAY AM and buying a good printer that works!!!!

Bought a canon printer MX922 a few years ago and requested the operation manuals in book form. The printer comes with only a quick set up pamphlet that does not detail any of the printers functions. Staying at the computer screen for long periods of time reading instruction manuals gives me headaches.

Canon provided me the booklets and I was very happy with all the options that the printer provided after reading the detailed operation manuals. Very poor policy obviously made by an executive that does not care about Customer Relations and taking care of the needs of the Company for future sales.

I recognize that not everyone wants the full details of a printer that they might purchase or that some people are fine with having the information available on line without a booklet, which saves…

I Have been purchasing the Canon PG 245 Black Ink Cartridge XL -Black and Color Cartridges for some time now. They are expensive and do not last. They have been drying out rapidly and I have purchased from multiple locations. I am very disappointed. I am a working mother and wife and Live paycheck to paycheck and cannot afford to waste money on overpriced cartridges that will only last for a handful of prints. I want to put in a formal complaint with your company. I deserve as a well deserved paying customer to get my money back or to be sent workable cartridges.

On July 11th I purchased a Canon TS3122. On the first page of the set-up manual it tells about the items included with the printer. After my computer friend set up my new Canon, the printer indicated that the black cartridge needed replacing. 40.

I am upset because the product didn't come equipped with all of the items that it was supposed to. I called Walmart and they can't do anything and they told me to contact Canon. I feel that I am owed a new black cartridge because that is what I paid for.

the problem isn't the printer it is the company Canon. I cannot get a copy of any scanned document to store on the desktop on my computer, everything it seems is stored in their online site, I don't like that.

When I open a file I go online, so much for privacy. I scan 3 documents into a file and can only view the first one. So if you want to make changes good luck. For this reason if I want to add detail or change something to my resume for example I have to type up an entirely new resume and scan it in all over again.

Had Canon made me aware of this obvious invasion of privacy prior to buying their product I would never have purchased a Cannon product. The biggest joke of all is down below where it says attach an image. I cannot attach anything because I would have to go online to your…

I purchased a refurbished bundled canon T6 and telephoto lens on 11/24/17. When I received my package, it ONLY contained the telephoto lens. I have called Canon 3 times and emailed them 1 time. They told me a claim had to be sent to Fed Ex.

Fed Ex has called me twice and I honestly don't think it's a Fed Ex problem. I don't believe the camera was ever put in the box to be sent. This was purchased as a Christmas present for my daughter and I am getting the run around.

Canon customer service actually told me that the bundle was sold out and to purchase another T6 camera from BH Video! I already paid for the items and don't have any extra money laying around to pay for another camera!

On May 6, 2016, I purchased a Canon EOS 80D, 18-15 Kit Camera. After using the camera the third time, the memory card would not lock in. I contacted Canon and sent my proof of purchase, warranty information and sales receipt. After sending the camera to the Newport News Repair Facility I was assigned Repair ID Number RNA25459. After waiting in excess of a week I contacted the repair facility and was told that they were still evaluating the problem. I waited 4 more days and I was told they were waiting on a part to come in.

I have owned my Canon PIXMA MX712 all-in-one printer for several years and other than the fact that the ink cartridges are extremely expensive I have been generally happy with it. I have had problems with the scanning capability which is probably an operator error and have been able to do what needs to be done using the paint application on my computer. About three days ago, my printer suddenly stopped printing. It makes the same sounds it always did, the paper feeds as usual but nothing prints.
